Abstract

Abstract One of the problems with mathematics education in Indonesia can be seen from the fact that there are not many mathematics teachers who explain mathematics material that is integrated with the values ​​of Islamic Religious Education. In order to measure the professional competence of mathematics teachers, an instrument is needed. The professional competency instruments for mathematics teachers used so far do not fully contain the values ​​of Islamic Religious Education in their aspects and indicators. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a professional competency instrument for mathematics teachers that is integrated with the values ​​of Islamic Religious Education. The development method used is ADDIE. Data collection and data analysis techniques use quantitative and qualitative approaches. This research was conducted at SMA Tapung District with a sample size of 210 obtained using the Issac Michael formula. From the results of research and development and product trials, a valid and reliable mathematics teacher professional competency instrument was obtained so that it can be used. Keywords: Professional competence, integration, Islamic education Abstrak Permasalahan pendidikan matematika di Indonesia salah satunya dapat dilihat dari belum banyaknya guru matematika yang menjelaskan materi matematika yang terintegrasi nilai-nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam. Agar dapat mengukur kompetensi profesional guru matematika dibutuhkan sebuah instrumen. Instrumen kompetensi profesional guru matematika yang digunakan selama ini belum sepenuhnya memiliki nilai-nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam pada aspek dan indikatornya. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan pengembangan sebuah instrumen kompetensi profesional guru matematika yang terintegrasi nilai-nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ADDIE. Teknik pengumpulan data dan analisis data menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Kecamatan Tapung dengan jumlah sampel 210 yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus Issac Michael. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan hingga uji coba produk diperoleh sebuah instrument kompetensi profesioanal guru matematika yang valid dan reliabel sehingga dapat untuk digunakan. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi profesional, integrasi, Pendidikan Agama Islam.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the implementation of the Islamic Religious Education (IRE) curriculum based on religious moderation at Private Madrasah Aliyah in Pelalawan Regency. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, the study aims to: (1) analyze the policy foundation and implementation of the IRE curriculum; (2) identify the supporting and hindering factors in its implementation; (3) describe the concept of religious moderation from the perspective of the teachers; and (4) design a curriculum based on religious moderation. The findings of the study show that: (1) the IRE curriculum has been implemented, supported by the tolerant cultural roots of the community, government regulations, and other facilities; (2) challenges include the lack of understanding among educators about the broader values of religious moderation and insufficient supervision; (3) the concept of religious moderation among teachers emphasizes nine core values of moderation: Tawassuth (the middle path), Tawazun (balance), I’tidal (steadfastness), Tasamuh (tolerance), Musawah (equality), Syura (consultation), Ishlah (reform), Al-Muhafazhah ‘ala al-qadim al-shalih wa al-akhdzu bi al-jadid al-ashlah (preserving relevant old traditions while adopting better new practices), and Tathawwur wa Ibtikar (innovation); and (4) the realization of the Islamic Religious Education curriculum design based on religious moderation, in both written curriculum and hidden curriculum formats. This design is based on the Qur'an and Hadith. Keywords: Curriculum, Islamic Religious Education, Religious Moderation Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis moderasi beragama di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Kabupaten Pelalawan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis dasar kebijakan dan penerapan kurikulum PAI; (2) mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaannya; (3) menggambarkan konsep moderasi beragama dari perspektif guru; dan (4) merancang desain materi kurikulum berbasis moderasi beragama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) penerapan kurikulum telah dilaksanakan, didukung oleh budaya masyarakat yang toleran, regulasi pemerintah, dan sarana prasarana; (2) kendala yang dihadapi meliputi kurangnya pemahaman pendidik terhadap nilai-nilai moderasi dan minimnya pengawasan; (3) konsep moderasi beragama di kalangan guru menekankan sembilan nilai utama moderasi: Tawassuth (jalan tengah), Tawazun (keseimbangan), I’tidal (ketegasan), Tasamuh (toleransi), Musawah (egaliter), Syura (musyawarah), Ishlah (reformasi), Al-Muhafazhah ‘ala al-qadim al-shalih wa al-akhdzu bi al-jadid al-ashlah (melestarikan tradisi lama yang relevan dan mengadopsi hal baru yang lebih baik), serta Tathawwur wa Ibtikar (inovatif); dan (4) terwujudnya desain materi kurikulum PAI berbasis moderasi beragama, baik dalam bentuk written curriculum maupun hidden curriculum. Desain ini didasarkan pada Al-Qur’an dan Hadits. Kata kunci: Kurikulum, Pendidikan Agama Islam, Moderasi Beragama
