Abstract

In the world of education now learning methods do not only use conventional methods such as from textbooks and teacher explanations, but also with effective and efficient learning methods using information technology. An example is multimedia-based learning media. Community service is one way that can be used to carry out information technology socialization. The community service that will be carried out in this study is entitled Easy and Interesting Mathematics Learning Through Animation. For elementary school students, with the aim of helping students in the learning process of mathematics that is more interesting interactive and fun, because in general lower elementary school students view mathematics lessons are difficult and boring learning. In this service, a learning media for mathematics will be created that includes the problem of building and space in accordance with the existing curriculum. Learning applications that are built include material, training, and tests, in accordance with applicable competency standards. Furthermore, training will be given to several elementary schools, as a briefing on how to use this learning system application so as to increase student motivation and ultimately improve student achievement and improve education quality.

Abstract

After the millennium era, the development of information technology (IT) was sufficient quickly, changes in business patterns have also increased sharply. This is called the disruption era. IT technology has also penetrated the world of Education, both in management too learning method. In the world of education now the learning method is not only using conventional methods such as from textbooks and explanations from teachers only, but also with effective learning methods and efficiently by utilizing information technology. Abstract

Utilization of information technology is a very important requirement for every component of society. Easy, fast and accurate data and information access can optimize routine daily work. Mawaridussalam Islamic boarding school Batang Kuis as an Islamic education institution that plays a role in shaping the character and personality of the next generation of the nation is expected to be able to optimally manage finances and provide good service to the academics of the Islamic boarding school. Until now, financial management is still done manually using bookkeeping, there is no specific financial application used in Islamic boarding school financial management, so it is difficult and slow in recording, processing, controlling and reporting financial activities. Based on these problems, an application is needed that can be used by the treasurer and board of boarding school leaders for financial management systematically. The method applied is the User Centered Design approach and the target that was successfully achieved is the availability of web-based financial management applications that are used properly to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of financial management in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Sebagai pendidikan formal, madrasah dalam Sistem Pendidikan Nasional memiliki kedudukan yang sama dengan lembaga sekolah pada umumnya, namun realitanya di lapangan masih terdapat perbedaan, khususnya dalam hal sarana prasararan dan pembiayaan pendidikan yang masih jauh dari ideal. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan pendidikan Islam masih tertinggal jauh di belakang, untuk itu perlu manajemen yang dan tata kelola finansial pendidikan yang baik. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengelolalan Pembiayaan Pendidikan Islam Abad XXI; Analisis tehadap UU Nomor 20Tahun 2003 tentang Pembiaya Pendidikan Islam di Madrasah. Iplikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi tolak ukur dalam mengelola pendidikan Islam di Abad XXI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research, dengan sumber data UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang dilakukan tentang Pembiayaan Pendidikan Islam Abad XXI; Analisis tehadap UU Nomor 20Tahun 2003 tentang Pembiaya Pendidikan Islam di Madrasah, maka dapat di tarik kesimpulan bahwa pembiayaan madrasahh adalah: pertama Dana yang bersumber dari pemerintah pusat dan daerah, kedua Zakat, Infak, Shodaqoh dan Wakaf, ketiga Dana yang bersumber dari masyarakat (orangtua siswa), keempat dana yang berasal dari bantuan-bantuan masyarakat bukan orang tua siswa termasuk diantaranya lembaga-lembaga donor dalam dan luar negeri.

Abstract

The initial decision after treatment in the hospital emergency room is very important because apart from being an indicator of the quality of care for emergency room practitioners, it is also needed to achieve health goals, namely improving the quality of critical care and preventing death. The initial decision was also for an unplanned ICU transfer. Unplanned ICU transfer is the transfer of patients who originally came from the ER (Emergency Room), then to the Inpatient Room (having been treated for 24-48 hours), then to the ICU. Many studies have been carried out to predict the initial decision of unplanned ICU transfer using univariate analysis, logistic regression analysis, and association rules. The association rule algorithm generates rules between patient diagnosis features that form a decision model for unplanned ICU transfers, so it is essential to get an association rule algorithm that is more efficient in generating rules. In this study, we compare two association rule algorithms to get a more efficient algorithm; then, the rules are used to form a decision model for unplanned ICU transfers. The study results obtained that the Apriori algorithm requires a completion time of 3 ms and the FP-Growth algorithm requires a completion time of 31 ms. Hence, the FP-Growth algorithm is 28 ms more efficient than the Apriori algorithm, while the resulting rule generation is the same number of 67 rules. Only 11 rules meet the minsupp and minconf threshold and include the set of Class Association Rules (CAR), which are used to form a decision model for unplanned ICU transfers with binary integer programming

Abstract

Nonlinear systems of equations often appear in various fields of science and engineering, but their analytical solutions are difficult to find, so numerical methods are needed to solve them. Optimization algorithms are very effective in finding solutions to nonlinear systems of equations especially when traditional analytical and numerical methods are difficult to apply. Two popular optimization methods used for this purpose are Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). This study aims to compare the effectiveness of GA and PSO in finding solutions to nonlinear systems of equations. The criteria used for comparison include accuracy and speed of convergence. This research uses several examples of nonsmooth nonlinear systems of equations for experimentation and comparison. The results provide insight into when and how to effectively use these two algorithms to solve nonlinear systems of equations as well as their potential combinations

Abstract

This study aims to show the performance of the ASM method on transportation problem. The transportation problem relates to the distribution of a product from several sources, with limited supply, to several destinations, with a certain demand, in order to obtain the minimum transportation costs. However, the amount of supply and demand cannot always be known with certainty and may change from time to time. In this paper, the coefficient of supply and demand uses fuzzy numbers and uses the ASM method to determine the optimal solution both to minimize costs and maximize profits. The result is that with the ASM method, the balanced transportation problem is always optimal, while the unbalanced transportation problem is not always optimal.

Abstract

Non-negative Matrix Factorization is an iteration optimization algorithm. ie to decipher one matrix into several non-negative component matrices. Non-negative Matrix Factorization (FMN) serves to obtain a picture of non-negative data. There is a problem in the Non-negative Matrix Factorization that is optimization at the constraint boundary, where in the optimization solution on the constraint boundary it is necessary to do long iteration and of course very difficult and conquers a long time. Quadratic Programing is an approach to solving linear optimization problems where the constraint is linear function and its purpose function is the square of the decision variable or multiplication of the two decision variables. This method is considered to be an effective method to overcome the optimization in the Non-negative Matrix Factorization.
