Abstract

This research aims to determine the Jigsaw Learning Model to Increase Student Competence at MAS Tarbaiyah Islamiyah, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang. The research uses a narrative descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources are (1) primary data, obtained from school principals, teachers and students, (2) secondary data, obtained from literature, relevant research and documents. Data collection using observation, interviews, documentation and field notes. Data analysis by reducing data, displaying data/presenting data, and verifying/drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research on the application of the Jigsaw learning model to increase student competency at MAS Tarbaiyah Islamiyah, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang, it can be concluded that the application of the Jigsaw learning model is more fun, there is creativity, innovation, new ideas emerge, critical thinking, so that it can increase student competency. In the Jigsaw model learning process, students really like exchanging ideas with other experts, changes in the way students learn because students are required to master the material provided by the teacher. By implementing the Jigsaw learning model, the teacher does not only play an active role in explaining the material because there is a division of tasks and expert groups. In addition, students' cognitive, affective and psychomotor competencies improve significantly, this is in line with the assessment process during group discussions and expert groups, as well as during presentations.

Abstract

Globalization brings great challenges to the world of education, demanding the education system to adapt through innovation and digitalization. In the era of the Industrial Revolution 5.0, mastery of technology and development of multi-talented intelligence are important so that Indonesia can compete globally. The purpose of this study is to find out how innovation and digitalization build multi-talented intelligence. The research method used is also based on literature studies with data collection techniques based on relevant written sources. Such as the use of E-learning which is one of the results of innovation and digitalization can build multi-talented intelligence, and it is hoped that further research can develop many innovations and digitalization that can build multi-talented intelligence.

Abstract

The challenges of modernity have eroded spiritual values in Islamic education, so a classroom management strategy is needed that balances academic achievement and religious character building. This research examines religious classroom management innovations in improving the quality of student learning at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Tarbiyah Islamiyah. The focus is on the school's innovative strategies in creating a religious learning atmosphere, conducive, and supportive of students' character and academic development. The research method uses a phenomenological qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results show that spiritual-based classroom management through the integration of Islamic values, worship habits, and strengthening the spiritual relationship between teachers and students can create a positive and meaningful learning environment. This strategy has an impact on improving discipline, learning motivation, and academic achievement. The findings corroborate Vygotsky's social constructivism theory that emphasizes the importance of social and cultural interactions in learning, as well as Islamic education theory that places spirituality at the core of forming a whole person.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran jigsaw yang digunakan berhasil membuat siswa aktif dalam kelas saat belajar. meliputi pertama, guru membagi siswa dalam 5 kelompok setelah itu siswa disuruh memilih ketua kelompok setelah itu setiap ketua kelomppok mengambil soal yang telah di siapkan guru dan setiap kelompok berdiskusi setela selesai salah stu berpindah kekelompok yang lain untuk memahami soal berikutnya, kedua siswa harus berpikir agar bsa menjelaskan apa maksud dari soal yang telah diberikan oleh guru, setelah itu setiap kelompok mempresentasikan hasil yang mereka dapatkan. Faktor pendukung adalah semua faktor yang sifatnya turut mendorong, menyokong, melancarkan, menunjang, membantu, mempercepat dan sebagainya terjadinya sesuatu. Adapun yang dimaksud dengan faktor penghambat adalah semua jenis faktor yang sifatnya menghambat (menjadikan lambat) atau bahkan menghalangi dan menahan terjadinya sesuatu. Selain itu juga siswa di dalam kelompok kurang aktif karena setiap orang yang diutus menjadi kelompok tim ahli hanya berpatokan kepada buku yang mereka pegang, jadi yang terlihat adalah siswa-siswa hanya menghafal dan bukan memahami, sehingga ketika kembali ke kelompok semula, dalam penyampaiannya hanya membacakan buku kembali.Selain adanya faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam model pembelajaran Jigsaw.

Abstract

This paper examines the impact of technological advances in the 5.0 era on the younger generation, especially Generation Z, who tend to experience a decline in moral values and morals. The focus of this study is to describe how the implementation of khidmat attitude can shape mahmudah morals at Pertubuhan Kebajikan Al-Muhibbin, Melaka, Malaysia. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study show that the implementation of khidmat attitude in this madrasa involves various activities such as cleaning the environment, providing food, preparing a place to study, reading the Khulaso wirid, practicing the Ba'alawi tariqah, and pilgrimage to the graves of the founders of the foundation, ulama, and habaib. This study recommends further research to examine the application of khidmat, not only in madrasah but also at home, as an effort to strengthen moral and moral values among the younger generation.
