Abstract

Education is a system, namely goals, educators, students, materials, methods or learning media, and the educational environment. Each component has a unique function, and each component benefits other components. In today's world, there are many problems caused by various changes, such as social and religious changes, as well as technological changes, all of which harm education. The method in this article uses library research, namely collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to the research. There are four stages of library study in research, namely preparing the necessary equipment, preparing a working bibliography, organizing time, and reading or recording research material. This system describes real events and entities, such as places, objects, and people that exist and occur, Input to the Education System The input system for education has been divided into three categories: general input, instrumental input, and local input, The educational process is always influenced by the surrounding environment, Islamic education whose function is as a transfer of valueGlobalization has brought many positive and negative impacts to people from all over the world. The positive impact of the virus can be seen in advances in information and communication technology. Abstract

Purpose of the Study: This study aims to analyze the causal relationship between the leadership of madrasah heads, organizational culture, and the provision of rewards on the work motivation and performance of certified teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) in Bireuen Regency. In particular, it seeks to uncover both the direct and indirect effects of these organizational factors on teacher performance through the mediating role of work motivation. Methodology: The research adopts an ex post facto design and employs exploratory quantitative analysis. A sample of 242 certified teachers was selected using random sampling, with a significance level of 0.05. Data were analyzed using path analysis to identify the magnitude and direction of influence among the variables. Main Findings: The findings reveal that the leadership of the madrasah head, organizational culture, and the provision of rewards each have a significant total effect both directly and indirectly on teacher performance. Leadership influences performance through motivational pathways, while organizational culture and reward systems serve as structural supports that reinforce professional commitment and productivity. Novelty/Originality of this Study: Unlike previous studies that often isolate one or two variables, this research presents a comprehensive and integrative model that simultaneously evaluates multiple external (leadership, culture, rewards) and internal (motivation) factors. Conducted in a unique institutional and geographic context public Islamic elementary schools in Bireuen Regency this study contributes novel empirical evidence relevant to performance improvement strategies in faith-based educational environments, especially in the post-certification era of Indonesian teacher reform.

Abstract

Because of the proliferation of do-it-yourself internet and technology during the disruptive era, Muslims now have to exercise more discerning judgement when deciding what information and digital da'wah to accept online. Muslims have a challenge in this area since they are urged to exercise more discernment in their consumption of the vast amounts of digital information and propaganda available today. Two issues arose as a result of this investigation's findings: 1. Sayyid Ahmad Al-Marzuky, in his book Aqidatul Layman, explains why learning about aqidah is important; 2. Implications for today's society of the values espoused in aqidah education, as stated by Sayyid Ahmad Al-Marzuky in his book Aqidatul Awwam, in light of the prevailing disarray. This kind of research is often done at a library. The Book of Aqidatul Awwam, translated and published by "Al-Miftah" in Surabaya; secondary sources employing a semiotic approach; data collection techniques involving reduction, heuristics, and hermeunitics; documentation; and, finally, the use of contingent analysis to interpret the results. The study's goals led to the following results: 1) Sayyid Ahmad Al-Marzuki's Book of Aqidatul Awwam is divided into six sections, which are as follows: a. Belief in Allah, which necessitates acceptance of the attributes attributed to Him; b. Have confidence in Rasulullah; c. Angel Trust; d. Faith in Allah's scriptures; e. Faith in the Last Day; f. Confidence in one's own future. 2) There are reportedly three types of Implications of the Values of Aqidah Education found in the Book of Aqidatul Layman in the Disruptive Era. Here are the three classes: a. Muslims are barred from worshipping anything or anybody save Allah; b. To safeguard oneself against the influence of false religious teachings that may emerge as a byproduct of advances in technology; c. Promote the spread of Islam. Â
