Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group guidance using psychodrama techniques to increase the self-efficacy of class VIII MTS students. This study uses an experimental method with a quantitative approach. The total population in this study was 120 students of class VIII MTS Nurul Hidayah Miftahurroja with a sample of 12 students as the experimental group and 12 students as the control group. The research instrument used a questionnaire and observation sheet. Self-efficacy data were collected using a pretest-posttest questionnaire. The hypothesis test is seen from the results of the Independent sample t-test and to measure service effectiveness with the gain test. The results showed that there was effectiveness in group guidance using psychodrama techniques to increase students' self-efficacy from the results of the hypothesis test with a Sig (2-tailed) value found in Equal variance assumed worth 0.000 with a significance level of 0.05 (α=5%) . The results of the self-efficacy gain test obtained an n-gain score of 0.7750 in the high category and a percent n-gain of 77.5% in the effective category. Thus the gain results show that group counseling with the psychodrama technique is effectively used in increasing student self-efficacy.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan: Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan permainan ular tangga dalam bimbingan kelompok untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri siswa kelas IX di SMP Negeri 1 Batujajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development, dari 10 tahapan peneliti menggunakan 7 tahapan menyeseuaikan kebutuhan penelitian dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: (1) Identifikasi Masalah, (2) Pengumpulan Data, (3) Tahap Perencanaan, (4) Pengembangan Draft Produk, (5) Validasi Produk, (6) Uji Coba Produk, (7) Revisi Produk. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat dari hasil validasi ahli media yang mendapat persentase 92,00%, ahli materi mendapatkan 92,00%, dan ahli praktisi mendapatkan 90,46%. Maka dari validasi keseluruhan yang telah dilaksanakan diperoleh hasil rata-rata 91,33%, maka kualitas kelayakan produk yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Layak”.Kata Kunci: Permainan Ular Tangga, Bimbingan Kelompok, Percaya Diri

The development of technology in the digital era as it is today is growing faster from day to day, month to month to year in the future The presence of communication media and the rapid development of information communication technology facilitate the spread of pornographic material. A survey states that every year there are 72 million visitors to pornographic websites. In every second 28,000 internet users see pornographic content. Two-thirds of the pornography connoisseurs on the internet are men and the rest are women.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the impact of gadget addiction on adolescent mental health, especially among class VII students. The phenomenon of excessive gadget use, especially among teenagers, is increasingly common. This research focuses on the effects on the mental health of class VII students at MTs Yabis Pasirlangu who are involved in gadgget addiction.

Abstract

Coffee is one of the drinks that contain caffeine and is favored by various groups including teenagers and children. This study aims to determine how the influence of the habit of consuming caffeinated drinks on class XII students at MA At-Taqwa Cihampelas. In this study using the observation method, and systematic literature review by searching and collecting library data via the internet which aims to identify the influence and impact of consuming caffeinated drinks excessively, and also identify how students' insights and understanding of the dangers of caffeine addiction. The results of the study show that there are 2 students who can be said to be addicted to caffeine, which is known through classical guidance in the brainstorming session and shows a lack of insight into the negative effects that can be felt when addicted to caffeine.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group counseling services on smoking behavior of high school students in Palembang city. In this study researchers used descriptive qualitative research with data source sampling techniques in this study were snowball. The data collection techniques used in this study are interviews and documentation. The results of the implementation of group counseling showed a decrease in smoking frequency in some subjects, especially those with mild addiction. Based on the comparison of pre-test and post-test data, there was a significant increase in their understanding of the dangers of smoking, attitudes towards smoking behavior, and motivation to reduce smoking. This is evidenced by the average N-gain score recorded at 63.29%, indicating that group counseling with the role playing method is quite effective in reducing cigarette addiction. Overall, this study shows that a group counseling approach with role playing techniques can be effective to help adolescents reduce smoking habits and increase their awareness about the dangers of smoking.
