Abstract

UMKM berperan besar dalam perekonomian nasional, namun masih menghadapi berbagai kendala dalam hal branding dan pemasaran, yang mempengaruhi daya saing produk mereka. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing Keripik Mak Parmi melalui rebranding kemasan, pemanfaatan Google Maps sebagai media pemasaran digital, serta pemasangan banner sebagai alat promosi. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, mahasiswa melakukan pendampingan langsung kepada pelaku UMKM yang mencakup pembuatan logo dan label produk, dokumentasi visual, serta pengelolaan akun media sosial untuk promosi daring. Selain itu, tim juga memberikan edukasi dasar mengenai strategi pemasaran digital dan pentingnya identitas merek. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kapasitas pelaku UMKM dalam memanfaatkan media digital, serta terbentuknya citra usaha yang lebih profesional. Selain itu, omzet usaha mengalami kenaikan sebesar 18% dalam tiga bulan pertama setelah implementasi. Hasil ini mengonfirmasi bahwa branding dan pemasaran digital dapat meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Dengan demikian, kegiatan KKN ini tidak hanya memberi manfaat langsung kepada mitra, tetapi juga membuka peluang jangka panjang bagi pengembangan UMKM berbasis teknologi informasi.

Abstract

This study aims to identify models of activities that can enhance Arabic language skills at the Al-Amanah Islamic Boarding School. The objective is to explore the types of language activities that strengthen students' Arabic skills and the assessment forms applied at the school. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through in-depth interviews with teachers, language department management, and students proficient in Arabic, along with documentation of the learning materials used. The results show that Arabic language activities at the school include four activities: vocabulary enhancement, speaking skills in daily life, lectures, and an intensive Arabic program for new students. These activities significantly improve students' ability to speak Arabic, focusing on education that supports speaking practice through memorisation, reading vocabulary, and speaking in Arabic.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has enabled the public to openly express their views through social media, including on strategic national issues such as the Draft Law on the Indonesian National Armed Forces (RUU TNI). This study aims to map public sentiment toward the RUU TNI and to compare the effectiveness of two popular sentiment analysis algorithms, Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Random Forest (RF). A total of 525 relevant tweets collected between February and May 2025 were analyzed and classified into three sentiment categories: positive, negative, and neutral. The results reveal that neutral opinions dominate at 81.4%, followed by negative sentiments at 11.1% and positive sentiments at 7.4%. The performance comparison shows that SVM achieved an accuracy of 92%, outperforming RF which obtained 91%. These findings highlight that strategic defense issues tend to generate predominantly informative public opinions, while critical voices show an increasing trend as the discourse evolves. The novelty of this study lies in the application of three-class sentiment classification and the comparative evaluation of SVM and RF within the domain of defense policy. This research contributes to the academic discourse by extending sentiment analysis beyond electoral and marketing topics, while also providing practical insights for policymakers in understanding and responding to public aspirations more effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the influence of the role of the principal on teaching motivation, (2) the effect of the use of instructional media on teacher teaching motivation, (3) the effect of the role of the principal and use of instructional media jointly on teacher teaching motivation in public junior high schools in the district of Bula, East Seram regency. This type of research is expost-facto using quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or a Likert distribution questionnaire. The population as well as the sample in this study were all 69 PNS/Non PNS school principals and teachers from 3(three) public junior high schools in Bula District, East Seram Regency. The results showed that: 1) the role of the school principal (X1) had an effect on teachers’ teaching motivation (Y) by 6.3% based on (R square) of 0.063, (2) The use of instructional media (X2) had an effect on teachers’ teaching motivation (Y) of 23.6% besed on (R square) of 0,236, and (3) the role of the school principal (X1) and the use of instructional media (X2) has an effect on teacher motivation (Y) of 23,7% based on (R square) of 0.237. Based on the results of the reseach conducted, the variabel of the role of the school principal and use of learning media should be increased in order to increase the motivation to teach teachers in public junior high schools in Bula District, East Seram Regency.
