Abstract

Semakin banyaknya media pembelajaran siswa yang tentunya sangat berdampak terhadap dunia pendidikan, dengan adanya inovasi digital akan semakin mempermudah tenaga pendidiik untuk mencerdaskan dam membentuk intelektualitas serta psikologi anak, penelitian ini menggunakan metode bacaan dengan harapan mampu menyimpilkan dan memberikan edukasi menganai pentingnya inovasi media dalam mendorong keberhasilan dunia pendidikan. Namun masih banyak nya kekurangan dan kendalam dalam mengaitakan antara kemajuan IPTEK dengan media pembelajaran siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the HACCP in catering A, B, and C and the quality as seen from microbiological, physical, and chemical contamination. This descriptive research uses a purposive sampling method to take the sample of catering, and random sampling to take samples of fried chicken. The result data of observation and questionnaire sheets are analyzed by the researcher based on HACCP application and National Standardization Corporation (BSN), then analyzed by tests of microbiological contamination including the extrapolation of Total Plate Count (TPC), MPN Coliform, and the existence of Escherichia coli, test of physical contamination including taste, scent, color, appearance, texture, and the existence of unknown things, and also tests of chemical contamination including quantitative test of Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), qualitative test of formalin, and pH measurement. The time of research started from March until May 2015. The sample used is fried chicken from catering A, B, and C. The results are catering A and B have percentages of 67.34% and 66,69% with a critical point on the packing step, and catering B has a percentage of 57.74% with a critical point on the processing and packing step. The result of TPC on the fried chicken sample of catering A and B is more than standard, MPN Coliform of the three samples is more than standard, and E.coli is found on the fried chicken sample of catering B. The BMP of MSG examined on three samples of catering A, B, and C are 13.200 mg/kg and there is no formal found on the three samples. The rancidity is only found in the sample of catering A, and besides pink color is only found in the sample of catering C.

Abstract

Sectio caesarean is a surgical process involving an incision that is very risky and causes many complications for the human body. One of the complications caused by an intra-cesarean section is hypothermia. Hypothermia is a medical emergency that occurs when the body loses heat faster than it produces warmth. When the body temperature drops, the nervous system and other organs typically cannot function properly, which in turn affects the functioning of many other organs (Dafiani, 2021). This study aimed to determine the effect of a blanket warmer on the body temperature of intra-cesarean section patients to prevent hypothermia. This quantitative study used a quasi-experimental design (pre-test–post-test with a control group design). Data were collected on intra-section cesarean patients. As many as 35 respondents had been given non-pharmacotherapy therapy in the form of a blanket warmer. The results of the analysis showed that most pregnant women were aged 20–35 years in the no-risk group (91.4%), cesarean section with absolute indication (68.6%), and cesarean section duration < 60 minutes (57.1%). The minimum body temperature of 35.7°C before receiving a blanket warmer, and a maximum body temperature of 36.6°C after receiving one. After carrying out statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test, a P-value of 0.000, or ≤ 0.05, was obtained. In conclusion, blanket warmers influence the incidence of intra-cesarean hypothermia at SMC Telogorejo Hospital. Suggestions for further research include developing variables that can disrupt the thermoregulation system, as well as comparing the use of tools other than blanket warmers to prevent hypothermia before surgery.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap persepsi guru PAUD tentang pentingnya memahami neurosains. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Yaitu dengan menggunakan metode penelitian survei. Dalam penelitian kualitatif, ciri terpenting berasal dari metode kualitatif alami/nyata pada tahap wawancara dengan bantuan guru di TK Hang Tuah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru memahami apa itu neurosains dan bagaimana cara menstimulasi perkembangan otak anak. Dari 7 guru PAUD di IK Hang Bua, 5 guru PAUD memahami pentingnya neurosains bagi anak usia dini. Selain itu, terdapat 2 guru PAUD yang masih belum memahami neurosains dan pentingnya bagi anak usia dini serta belum mengetahui cara menstimulasi perkembangan otak anak karena banyaknya perubahan yang sering terjadi pada tahap pembelajaran saat ini.
