Abstract

Banyak bisnis kosmetik telah mengadopsi teknik pemasaran yang berfokus pada platform online sebagai hasil dari perkembangan internet yang luas. Mereka menggunakan internet untuk berinteraksi dengan pelanggan, berbagi informasi, dan mengiklankan bisnis mereka.. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki bagaimana celebrity endorser untuk merek kosmetik Skintific mempengaruhi pilihan konsumen. Uji regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai metode analisis data, dan kuesioner digunakan untuk pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa celebrity endorser memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian merek kosmetik Skintific. Selain itu, secara parsial variabel celebrity endorser juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The best use of labor is what human resource management entails, with an emphasis on leveraging a person's physical and mental capabilities to meet organizational or business objectives. Performance is one aspect of human resources. It is indisputable that a firm or organization will struggle to accomplish its objectives if employees don't perform well. Workplace discipline and rewards are just two of the numerous elements that promote better performance from employees. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between employee performance and rewards and work discipline. This study employs qualitative methodologies, and the information gathered is based on data from earlier studies used as a guide. The findings of this study demonstrate that work discipline and rewards have a favorable and significant impact on employee performance. Consequently, a business or organization can motivate staff members to perform better by offering rewards that are appropriate.

Abstract

Intelligence implementation in marketing strategy Competition in the field of marketing is increasing, the implementation of artificial intelligence has become an increasingly important topic in the digital era. Now it can help startup companies process data more quickly and efficiently, enabling them to make smarter decisions and make the most of their own marketing strategy. Rules or systems that can be used in marketing is through customer data analysis. By using rules or machine learning processes, companies can analyze the existing behavior and uses of their customers, and predict their future needs and wants. Thus, companies can customize their products or services and enhance their marketing to achieve the business goals that startup companies require.
