Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran manajemen sekuriti terhadap keamanan data dan kepercayaan konsumen pada pengguna ojek online. Mengingat peningkatan penggunaan layanan ojek online, isu keamanan data menjadi semakin krusial bagi konsumen dan penyedia layanan. Studi ini mengumpulkan data melalui internet sourcing mendalam dengan pengguna ojek online di Indonesia, serta tinjauan dokumen terkait kebijakan sekuriti perusahaan. Analisis tematik digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan tema yang berkaitan dengan persepsi konsumen tentang keamanan data dan tingkat kepercayaan mereka terhadap layanan yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sekuriti yang komprehensif dan transparan sangat penting dalam membangun dan mempertahankan kepercayaan konsumen. Konsumen lebih cenderung merasa aman dan percaya pada layanan yang memiliki kebijakan perlindungan data yang jelas dan implementasi yang konsisten. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya peningkatan kebijakan dan praktik sekuriti untuk memperkuat kepercayaan pengguna dan menjaga integritas data pribadi mereka. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pemahaman lebih mendalam mengenai hubungan antara manajemen sekuriti, keamanan data, dan kepercayaan konsumen dalam konteks layanan ojek online.

Abstract

The best use of labor is what human resource management entails, with an emphasis on leveraging a person's physical and mental capabilities to meet organizational or business objectives. Performance is one aspect of human resources. It is indisputable that a firm or organization will struggle to accomplish its objectives if employees don't perform well. Workplace discipline and rewards are just two of the numerous elements that promote better performance from employees. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between employee performance and rewards and work discipline. This study employs qualitative methodologies, and the information gathered is based on data from earlier studies used as a guide. The findings of this study demonstrate that work discipline and rewards have a favorable and significant impact on employee performance. Consequently, a business or organization can motivate staff members to perform better by offering rewards that are appropriate.

Abstract

The nation's economic development and the sports sector both depend on the sports industry. Offers field rental for sports, especially futsal. Companies that rent out futsal courts are called "futsal field rentals". The expansion of futsal rental in a number of places, including Bekasi, shows the growing importance of rental in the company's economic potential. This software will be ordered by the information system in an effort to help with the futsal field rental problem. To be useful, futsal field rentals currently utilize software-based technology (website). With the hope of reaching all the people who still rent by hand. This study aims to determine the potential value of business in the sports sector in projecting online futsal field rentals based on the results of information systems via the website. This study uses qualitative methods with journals for literature review.
