Abstract

Execution giving of employees grounding and incentive represent one of the conservancy of very important employees to maintain employees which with quality. For that, hence PT. XYZ try to maintain its employees which have had ability, membership, loyality and pushing him/ it so that/ to be having high performance through giving of incentive and intensify execution training of employees. Data collecting done with questionayre (enquette). Obtained to be data to be analyzed constructively SPSS version computer 11.5. onclusion 1) Pursuant to result of analysis test regression, especially test F ( test variance) indicating that variable gift of training and incentive by together have influence which is significant to employees performance. PT XY Z, where Fhitung variable value gift of training and incentive to employees performance equal to 62,213 > Ftabel = 3,25 2) Pursuant to result of regression analysis, especially test t indicate that variable influence gift of incentive to employees performance. PT XYZ is positive and significant, where t calculates bigger than t of is tables of 3) from result of analysis test t obtained by training variable influence to PT XYZ employee’s performance is positive and significant, because t value count/calculate bigger than t value of is tables of. Abstract

Usage of dangerous Materials in inseparable industry so that negative impact of risk to health of worker which in it become important attention. From breakdown of background above, hence problem of research shall be as follows : many operator which still disregard lead danger risk and also by dozens operator which do not know lead danger to environment. Target to know factors influencing operator perception produce to lead danger risk in battery storage acid lead manufaktur industry and to know dominant factor from factors influencing operator perception to lead danger risk. This research pass/through formulation of problem of, determining target, book study, research method desain, data collecting in the form of matrik so that easy to in data input, data-processing with SPSS release 17 and hereinafter conclude. From result of research can be concluded that factors having an effect on direct to worker perception to lead danger risk [is] ( 1) control systems operation of lead danger. ( 2) interaction with lead danger. ( 3) factor training of K3. ( 4) Climate K3 in company organization also give influence to worker perception. Suggested to increase control systems operation of lead danger and also training system mereview so that/ to be worker perception become attitude and goodness posed at in working to fulfill healthy and peaceful job/activity standard Keywords:

Abstract

The importance of quality to maintain market share/customer on a tight industrial competition today, it would require quality improvement continuously by reducing variation in the process output. Improving quality with Six Sigma method is very appropriate to be applied to reducing output variation process YNA in PT. AO. With the concept of Six Sigma by approach define, measure, analyze, improvement, and control (DMAIC), obtained CTQ’s which became the cause of defective components opportunity YNA. There are ten (10) opportunity quality characteristic: body edge is not rough, body is not crack, body lips are not curve, body texture shall symmetric, handhold is not crack, handhold is cut straight, head of handhold is not curve, edge of bracket not rough, holes at bracket not too large. The value of Six Sigma capability in that Company is 3,86, with the value of DPMO, 9,12 this indicating that company is for from word class company peat reach capability five to Six Sigma. Process Improvement DMAIC approach are done by exact time and right way, by road map PDCA concept and by, application of control chart (SPC). Abstract

This research comprise about procedure select and acceptance of employees and also procedure orient and training work applied by field is PT. ' TORAY' ISTEM Tangerang. Rekrutmen is seeking effort a number of certain up to standard labour candidate in number to be done in and by an company. Procedure scope select and acceptance of PT employees. ‘TORAY’ ISTEM define responsibility and activity part of personnel since entry of request of labour from entire/all part of up to work agreement hand sign.
