Abstract

This research aims to explore K.H. Abdul Wahid Hasyim's thoughts about Islamic holistic education. Islamic holistic education is an educational approach that includes spiritual, intellectual, emotional and physical aspects in overall individual development. This writing applies qualitative techniques through library research. The data presented in this paper originated from the thoughts of  KH. Abdul Wahid Hasyim spread in many books and articles. The findings from this study are that K.H. Abdul Wahid Hasyim has forward thinking ideas in about Islamic holistic education. His thoughts on character education are also relevant in the context of contemporary Islamic education. In this holistic education, Wahid Hasyim emphasizes five things, including overall individual development, integration of Islamic knowledge and values, contextual learning, strengthening spirituality and building a just society. His thoughts can be a reference in developing holistic Islamic education, which includes the development of all aspects of an individual's life

Abstract

Marriage is a physical and mental bond between two people who live a family life. Interfaith marriage is a problem that occurs in society. This type of research is qualitative using the library study method (Library Research) by collecting data obtained from various literatures so that it can be selected and correlated with the research title and analyzed using a theological approach to obtain conclusions. The purpose of this study is to determine the analysis of interfaith marriages in the perspective of a theological approach. The results of this study are two conclusions; first, Q.S Al-Baqarah: 221 is a strict prohibition of interfaith marriage because it has a close relationship to divinity and gives birth to offspring that have an influence on education in the development of Islam. Second, Q.S Al- Maidah: 5 allows interfaith marriage on the condition that a Muslim marries a woman of the book who maintains her honor (muhshanat) and prohibits interfaith marriage for a Muslim woman who marries a member of the book (non-Muslim) or a disbeliever.

Abstract

The use of social media and digital platforms is increasing in da’wah activities. Many studies have not explored the optimal use of technology by da’wah practitioners to reach wider and more diverse audiences or face digital challenges, such as disinformation, the digital divide, and technical skills. This research explores the influence of digital technology on da’wah communication strategies in the modern era using the case study method—data collection through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and analysis of documentation from various digital platforms. Research findings show that social media, video platforms, and podcasts have changed the way preachers preach, allowing preachers to reach a wider and more diverse audience with more interesting and interactive content. In addition, the use of analytical tools to understand audience demographics is very important in increasing the effectiveness of message delivery. However, challenges such as the digital divide and the need for technical skills in content creation were also identified. The results of this research emphasize the need for preachers to receive digital skills training so that messages can be conveyed professionally and attractively. In addition, this research provides practical recommendations for preachers to optimize the use of technology in da’wah activities, including content creation strategies and how to deal with challenges such as misinformation.

Abstract

Rahmatan lil'alamin's character education is very crucial in facing the challenges of the digital era. This article highlights how the Rahmatan Lil'alamin concept in the Merdeka curriculum creates strong and adaptive student characters. It is hoped that this curriculum can be a solution in the world of education, especially in building a generation that is not only intellectually focused, but can also pay attention to the development of morals, ethics and social skills. Information technology is currently developing rapidly, the world of education needs to filter information in depth, so that news does not match reality. In character education, the Rahmatan lil'alamin contained in the independent curriculum is very crucial in forming the habits of students who have good morals. This article discusses the integration of Rahmatan lil'alamin values ​​in the Independent Curriculum to face the challenges of the digital era. The method used in this research is a literature review study, through several research stages, namely by collecting continuous data through discussions from articles and books, as well as analyzing the data and then discussing and concluding. This article highlights the importance of character as a foundation in building individuals who are able to overcome the negative impacts of digitalization. This article also contains an in-depth analysis of strategies for implementing Rahmatan lil'alamin character values ​​in the Indonesian education system
