Abstract

Circumcision is cutting part of the foreskin of the penis to the entire glans so that the corona radiate is clearly visible. The penis is one of the tubular organs that passes through the urethra and is used to channel urine and to channel semen and sperm together into the vaginal canal during intimate or sexual intercourse. One effort so that every child can perform Sunnat is by carrying out Sunnat activities in the community. From this mass circumcision activity, it is hoped that many children in Indonesia, especially the city of Makassar, will be able to be circumcised, thereby achieving the goal of increasing the health status and good growth of Indonesian children. The method used is a mass Sunnatan in collaboration with the Association of Teachers and All Indonesia (AGDOSI) with Alumni of SPK Depkes Ujung Pandang 98 in community service activities to meet the demands of maximum health services, in accordance with what is expected by the community in the health sector through Human Resources the professional one. The community is very supportive and supportive of the activities carried out by the PkM team. This PkM activity was successful and ran smoothly according to the hopes and objectives of the PkM team.

Abstract

A scavenger is a person who collects and processes waste on roads, rivers, rubbish bins and final disposal sites as a market commodity. Scavengers are a social group whose work is to collect or sort items that are considered useful from rubbish, both in TPAs ​​(Final Disposal Sites) and outside TPAs. The aim of this PkM is to improve the level of health and standard of living as well as to protect themselves from the health risks that the scavenger group faces. The methods provided are health counseling and education in an effort to prevent various infectious diseases and work-related accidents which can be caused by direct contact with continuous waste and also the minimal use of personal protective equipment when scavenging. The expected results of community service activities are preventing and minimizing the occurrence of infectious diseases that may arise as well as ensuring safety and security while they work, increasing income and skills in processing waste into useful and marketable materials.

Abstract

Hallucinations are a symptom of mental disorders. Patients experience changes in sensory perception, experiencing false sensations of sound, sight, taste, touch or smell. Patients feel stimuli that are not actually there. The purpose of this study was to provide psychiatric nursing care to patients with sensory perception disorders Hallucinations. The research method is a case study by studying patient cases directly using the nursing process approach. Continued with data collection techniques. The results state that the nursing problems found, in cases of auditory hallucination patients based on theory there are three nursing diagnoses , namely: Risk of harming oneself, others, and the environment related to auditory hallucinations that Changes in sensory perception: auditory hallucinations related to withdrawal; Impaired social interaction: Withdrawal related to Low self-esteem. The conclusion obtained is that there is an increase in the patient's ability to control the hallucinations experienced and the impact on reducing the symptoms of auditory hallucinations experienced.
