Abstract

Village Head Elections are a manifestation of village democracy in order to determine qualified village leadership. In Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, Article 31 Paragraphs (1) and (2) states that Village Head Elections are held simultaneously in all Regency / City areas. The rapid development of technology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 has affected many things, one of which is in the process of simultaneous village head elections, the government can utilize technology by creating an E-Administration system policy in the registration process. This E-Administration system aims to increase professionalism and accountability both to the community and stakeholders. The method of implementation in this research is through forum group discussions involving the research team, supporting team, surveyor team, and several stakeholders. The results of this study are that after several discussions between the research team, supporting team, surveyor team, and several stakeholders, all parties agreed and equalized perceptions regarding the technical implementation of the 2025-2026 simultaneous village head elections in Cianjur Regency.

Abstract

Kekerasan di sekolah, baik secara verbal maupun nonverbal, menjadi ancaman serius terhadap keselamatan dan kesejahteraan siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian di SMKN 1 Cilaku bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal sebagai upaya pencegahan kekerasan di lingkungan sekolah. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pengisian kuisioner, pre-test, penyampaian materi, diskusi panel, dan post-test. Materi yang disampaikan menyoroti pentingnya Strategi Optimalisasi Media Sosial Untuk Mencegah Perundungan, Peran Kearifan Lokal Dalam Mencegah Dan Mengatasi Anti Kekerasan Dan Perundungan di Lingkungan Sekolah dan Membangun Lingkungan Sekolah Dengan Indahnya Toleransi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa mengenai pentingnya nilai-nilai kearifan lokal seperti gotong royong, toleransi, dan penghormatan terhadap perbedaan dalam membangun hubungan yang positif. Dukungan dari berbagai pihak menjadi faktor pendukung keberhasilan kegiatan, meskipun keterbatasan waktu menjadi salah satu tantangan.

Abstract

This article discusses the review of Social Conflict Resolution Related to Bullying Cases Through the Deliberation System Based on the Perspective of Pancasila. Bullying can be physical, verbal, and mental. Bullying cases in Indonesia are increasing and need serious handling. Deliberation based on Pancasila values can be a solution to resolve bullying conflicts peacefully and constructively. A culture of deliberation needs to be promoted in schools and communities to create a safe environment and respect for human rights. This article discusses the importance of resolving bullying-related social conflicts through a deliberation system based on the perspective of Pancasila. Bullying conflicts create tension and hostility in society, and if not properly addressed can affect the school and workplace environment. This research uses a normative juridical research method by referring to literature and internet materials. Bullying is a form of physical and psychological violence that can be experienced by anyone, and has long existed in society. Bullying is increasingly widespread in educational institutions, influenced by family, environmental, peer group, and media factors. Victims of bullying experience psychological, physical, social and academic impacts. Perpetrators of bullying also experience psychological, social, academic and long-term impacts. The resolution of bullying conflicts can be done through deliberation based on the values of Pancasila, but if not, the conflict can be resolved through deliberation.
