Abstract

This study is aimed to analyse the significantly impact of Earnings Per Share, Dividend Per Share, Book Value Per Share, and Return On Assets toward Stock Price of Publicily Listed Firms in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) Period 2009-2013 not only simultaneously but also partially. This study uses secondary data from Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD) of the firms, Annual Report of the firms, and financial report of the firms from 2009 to 2013. Population in this study is thirty firms which publicily listed firms in Jakarta Islamic Index in the period 2009-2013. Sample in this study is ten firms which are taken based on purposive sampling method. Data analysis model which is used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression with Panel Data. Hypothesis test which is used in this study are F Test, R2 Test, and t Test. The result of hypothesis test shows that Earnings Per Share, Dividend Per Share, Book Value Per Share, and Return On Assets simultaneously have positive significant impact toward Stock Price. The value of R2 is 97,5516 % so 97,5516 % of variable Stock Price can be teached by variable Earnings Per Share, Dividend Per Share, Book Value Per Share, and Return On Assets, while the residue 2,4484 % is teached by the other variables in the outside of this study. Earnings Per Share partially has positive significant impact toward Stock Price, while Dividend Per Share, Book Value Per Share, and Return On Assets partially doesn’t have positive significant impact toward Stock Price. Abstract

Competition in the business world is increasingly tight and competitive and achieves maximum profit. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support and organizational justice on organizational commitment. The independent variables are perceived organizational support (X1), organizational justice (X2) and the dependent variable is organizational commitment (Y). The population of this study was all 811 employees of PT Sam Kyung Jaya Busana in Boyolali Regency and the sample was 89 people. The data collection technique was a quantitative method using a questionnaire. For instrument testing using the Validity, Reliability, and Classical Assumption Tests. For data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis methods with t-tests, Model Feasibility tests and Determination Coefficients (R2). The results of the study using multiple linear regression show the following regression equation: Y = 0.386 + 0.539X1 + 0.449X2. From the t-test, it is known that the Perceived Organizational Support variable has a significant positive effect on the organizational commitment variable, the organizational justice variable has a significant positive effect on the organizational commitment variable. The main suggestion for Organizational Leaders is to be able to motivate employees to master their work well according to supervisory directions with an orientation towards the results to be achieved later.

Abstract

Abstract. The research problems behind this research is the case of the decrease in income of outlet rent and store Semarang, beside that there is also gap of research about influence from market orientation to marketing performance. So this study aims to analyze the influence of customer orientation, competitor orientation and cross-functional coordination of marketing performance. The population in this research is all owner of rent and store outlet of Semarang, with sample number 100 respondents, taken based on purposive sampling method. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study proves empirically that customer orientation, competitor orientation and cross-functional coordination have positive and significant impact on marketing performance.

Abstract

In this modern era, Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) face complex challenges in their growth. This research sampled beneficiaries at BUMDes Gumregah Makmur Wirosari. The study results indicate that the BUMDes Management variable has a positive and significant influence on Village Economic Growth. The Community Empowerment variable positively and significantly influences Village Economic Growth. This research suggests that BUMDes Gumregah Makmur should improve its management by enhancing BUMDes performance. This will foster a positive perception among beneficiaries towards BUMDes Gumregah Makmur, as good management will lead to increased village economic growth.
