Abstract

This study aims to analyze three concepts, employee job satisfaction, dynamic capability, and turnover intention, without separating these three concepts by analyzing the effect of employee job satisfaction on dynamic capability and turnover intention as mediation. This research is correlative quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach for employees in Indonesia and uses SEM-PLS to analyze the data. The study results show that employee satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and turnover intention has a negative and significant effect on dynamic capability; including the mediation variable in this study shows that turnover intention could mediate between employee satisfaction and dynamic capabilities. From the result, this research could be a starting point for developing flexible work program strategies and measures, as well as the implications in the changing business environment, especially in the digital era or situations that cause rapid changes quickly, like urgent situations or even uncertainty and contribute to further research discussing these three concepts.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence between task variation and knowledge of the job on employee performance using the value of services as the moderating variable. This research tries to fill the inconsistency of previous research findings and fill the existing literature gap. This research uses 133 active employees from Pemerintah Kota Semarang, that are collected by purposive sampling method. This research is quantitative research using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result shows that task variation has a significant and positive influence on the value of service, but is not significant on employee performance. Furthermore, knowledge of a job has a positive and significant influence on the value of services and employee performance. This research also concludes that the value of service has a positive and significant mediate influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Competition in the business world is increasingly tight and competitive and achieves maximum profit. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support and organizational justice on organizational commitment. The independent variables are perceived organizational support (X1), organizational justice (X2) and the dependent variable is organizational commitment (Y). The population of this study was all 811 employees of PT Sam Kyung Jaya Busana in Boyolali Regency and the sample was 89 people. The data collection technique was a quantitative method using a questionnaire. For instrument testing using the Validity, Reliability, and Classical Assumption Tests. For data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis methods with t-tests, Model Feasibility tests and Determination Coefficients (R2). The results of the study using multiple linear regression show the following regression equation: Y = 0.386 + 0.539X1 + 0.449X2. From the t-test, it is known that the Perceived Organizational Support variable has a significant positive effect on the organizational commitment variable, the organizational justice variable has a significant positive effect on the organizational commitment variable. The main suggestion for Organizational Leaders is to be able to motivate employees to master their work well according to supervisory directions with an orientation towards the results to be achieved later.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of teamwork and communication on employee performance in the preparation department of PT Kanindo Makmur Jaya Jepara. The population in this study was 250 employees, while the sample in this study was 150 respondents using the Sloven formula. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. The independent variables in this research are teamwork and communication, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The data analysis method in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, model feasibility tests, partial tests, and determination tests. The results of this research prove that the teamwork variable has a significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the results of the t test which shows a regression coefficient value of 0.170 and a significance value of 0.010 <0.05. The communication variable has a significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the results of the t test, which obtained a regression coefficient value of 0.680 and a significance value of 0.000<0.05. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that Teamwork and Communication have a significant effect on the Performance of PT Preparation Department Employees. Kanindo Makmur Jaya Jepara. Suggestions that can be given to PT. Kanindo Makmur Jaya, especially in the preparation department, can maintain teamwork and communication so that the performance of its employees can always be good and improve so that production activities can run smoothly.

Abstract

Abstract. Companies that can survive in the current era of globalization are companies that have healthy financial conditions and strive to convey useful information to stakeholders. This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance on investor confidence in PT. Aneka Tambang, Tbk. The population in this study is secondary data from PT. Aneka Tambang, Tbk's quarterly financial reports totaling 40 data and used as research samples. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of the study stated that the liquidity ratio, profitability ratio and solvency ratio partially have a positive and significant effect on investor confidence. PT. Aneka Tambang, Tbk (ANTM) must be able to improve the values of the liquidity, profitability and solvency ratios to be even better, because these ratios affect investor confidence in investing in PT. Aneka Tambang, Tbk (ANTM), investors will pay attention to the ratio information as a guideline in determining investment choices.

Abstract

The economic instability and global market fluctuations that will occur in 2023 have created various complex economic challenges and have far-reaching impacts. These dynamics are influenced by various factors, including monetary and fiscal policies, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, geopolitical conflicts, and changes in commodity prices. The impact of this instability can be seen in financial markets, macroeconomics, business and industrial sectors, and has significant socio-economic consequences. This research aims to analyze the causes, impacts, and policy responses to economic instability and global market fluctuations in 2023. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data obtained from various relevant research results or previous studies. Data processing is carried out carefully to ensure accurate and in-depth analysis. The results of this research show that the combination of the impact of monetary and fiscal policies, the ongoing influence of the COVID-19 pandemic, geopolitical dynamics, and changes in commodity prices have contributed to global economic instability. This impact is manifested in financial market volatility, macroeconomic disruption, as well as impacts on business and industrial sectors. Socioeconomic consequences such as increasing poverty and income inequality underscore the need for effective policy responses. The policy responses taken include monetary policy strategies, fiscal measures, structural reforms, and international cooperation.

Abstract

The global recession will certainly weaken exports which are one of the sources of growth in Indonesia. Furthermore, weakening exports followed by shrinking foreign capital flows will weaken the rupiah exchange rate, especially as capital outflows have the potential to increase along with the increase in benchmark interest rates in developed countries. If we assume that the world will experience a recession, then the impact, both directly and indirectly, will hit the domestic economy, everywhere. Therefore, every country needs to prepare itself to face the threat of recession. Objective: To provide insight into improving the quality of sales for MSMEs in Semarang City and to provide outreach &; training on digitizing MSME sales in Semarang City. Implementation Method includes the following: (1 ) Planning and preparation (2) Implementation of training (3) Evaluation. core activities by delivering material on entrepreneurship digitalization and continued with the use of social media in implementing digitalization. The first material conveys the importance of digitalization for today's business, its role and stages of implementation. The second material discusses in detail what social media can be used, such as WhatsApp Business, Facebook Ads and other media that are currently being used, such as TikTok and Instagram. This activity ended with a discussion and questions and answers to strengthen the community's understanding and practice in utilizing digital media which has been explained. All Semarang City MSME Actor Training activities have been carried out smoothly and according to plan. The main aim of holding the training was to increase the knowledge and skills regarding the role of digitalization in entrepreneurship for the participants. especially for MSME business actors in Semarang City, it can be an opportunity for academics to carry out research and service. Optimizing understanding and practice in every community business is used to improve the marketing of its products and get better profits from these economic activities. The results can be used to focus on specific social media uses that are relevant to the target market.
