Abstract

Pada era digital saat ini, penggunaan internet sudah menjadi hal biasa untuk semua kalangan. Akses secara massif dilakukan oleh banyak orang, secara mayoritas digunakan untuk melakukan transaksi online dalam media sosial. Media sosial facebook menjadi dominan dalam banyak aspek, salah satunya ialah aspek ekonomi dengan kegiatan jual beli. Fasilitas marketpace menjadi pilihan favorit untuk media promosi online yang mampu menyebar secara cepat dan luas. Para pelaku usaha UMKM di kota Pati memerlukan perluasan area promosi untuk memperkenalkan produk unggulannya. Melihat kebutuhan yang mendesak tersebut, sebuah kegaitan pendampingan untuk mengenalkan penggunaan marketplace facebook kepada pelaku UMKM perlu dilaksakanan. Dengan metode klasikal dan praktik dengan pendampingan secara langsung, hasil yang diperoleh ialah berupa terlihatnya produk unggulan dari setiap UMKM dapat dikenal secara luas dan dicari dengan mudah oleh para calon pembeli melalui laman marketplace facebook

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the Innovation Ability and Performance of MSMEs in Kopeng and also to find out if innovation ability mediates the relationship between CSR and MSME performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with data collection techniques using the Purposive Sampling method. The sample taken and used as a research sample is a member of the Memayu Jogo Tonggo cooperative who works as a flower seller. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results of CSR research have a positive effect on MSME Performance, CSR has a positive effect on Innovation Ability, Innovation Ability has no influence on MSME Performance. Innovation ability does not mediate the relationship between CSR and MSME performance.

Abstract

Transportasi merupakan salah satu sarana perhubungan yang sangat penting dalam segala hal aktivitas manusia. Semakin berkembang sarana transportasi semakin mudah terjalin hubungan antar manusia. Seperti halnya saat ini perkembangan di industri transportasi berkembang dengan sangat pesat, terlihat dari munculnya transportasi ojek online salah satunya adalah Taxi Maxim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek dan loyalitas merek terhadap ekuitas merekpengguna Maxim di Kota Semarang. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah semua pengguna aplikasi Maxim di Kota Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode non probability dengan menggunakan metode sampling aksidental (accidental samping). Maka sampel dari populasi ini adalah siapa saja yang secara kebetulan menggunakan aplikasi Maxim untuk media transportasi online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dilakukan analisis meliputi: uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari: uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F,dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2).

Abstract

Employee performance is an important thing to pay attention to, because at the organizational level, performance targets can affect the achievement of targets that have been set. Performance measurement is the process by which the organization determines the outcome parameters to be achieved by the programs, investments and acquisitions made. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 90 KSPPS Tayu Amanah Berkah Adil Pati employees. The sampling technique in this study was carried out randomly so that the number of samples taken was 47 people. The method of data analysis in this study uses the classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that human relationships did not have a significant effect on employee performance, while transformational leadership style and motivation had a significant positive effect on employee performance. It was suggested that the management team of the Tayu Amanah Berkah Adil Pati KSPPS need to improve how interactions between one person and another person can be created. a comfortable and transparent working atmosphere, thereby affecting the quality of employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze of product quality, human resource (HR) quality, and company culture on business strategy. As well as the influence of product quality, quality of HR, corporate culture, and business strategy at company performance. The population in this study is the manager of micro units for the 2021-2022 period which amounted to 147 with a sample using a population of 147 respondents and the data processed amounted to 102 respondents. Analyzer using SEM (structure equations modeling) The results of investigation prove that product quality has a sign on business strategy. HR quality has a sign on business strategy. Corporate culture does not affect business strategy. The quality of the product does not affect the performance of the enterprise. The HR quality does not affect company performance. Corporate culture has a sign effect in company performance and business strategy has a sign effect on company performance

Abstract

Abstract. Leadership style and promotion are factors that can influence work commitment decisions. The leadership style experienced by employees will have an impact on the agency which will ultimately result in work commitment. Job promotion is also an important factor in increasing employee work commitment. This research aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of leadership style, incentives and job promotions on work commitment in the Semarang City Spatial Planning Sector. The population in this study were all employees of the Semarang City Spatial Planning Sector, totaling 39 employees. Using the census/sample method via questionnaire. Primary data was obtained from a questionnaire with 39 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression equations, hypothesis testing (t test and f test) and coefficient of determination (R2). Leadership style has no significant effect on work commitment in the Semarang City Spatial Planning Sector. This is proven by a significant test which has a significance level of 0.160 > 0.05. Thus, the first hypothesis in this research is accepted and promotion has a significant effect on the work commitment of the Semarang City Planning Service. This is proven by a significance test which has a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. Thus the first hypothesis in this research is accepted. Suggestions from the results of this research are that agencies pay more attention to job promotions which have the greatest influence on commitment, so that employees can work harder and be committed to achieving maximum work goals and results in accordance with the targets determined by the agency.

Abstract

Dividend policy is very important to determine the portion of profits that will be turned into retained earnings and which will be distributed to shareholders. This research aims to determine the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, Investment Opportunity Set on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2017 period. The population in this study were 149 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2017 period. The sample was taken using purposive sampling, and 28 companies were obtained. The data obtained is secondary data using the documentation method. Testing the classical assumptions used in this research is using the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. Hypothesis testing in this research uses multiple regression analysis techniques. The variables in this research are Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA), Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) and Dividend Policy. The results of this research are (1) Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant effect on dividend policy, this is shown by a significance value of 0.014 < 0.05 (2) Return On Assets has a significant effect on dividend policy, this is shown by a significance value of 0.017 < 0.05 (3) Investment Opportunity Set has a significant effect on dividend policy, this is proven by a significance value of 0.03 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of empowerment and the work environment on employee performance. The population in this study were 40 employees of Gisikdrono subdistrict, Semarang City. The sampling technique in this research used census sampling, namely using all sub-district employees in Gisikdrono District, Semarang City, totaling 40 people as the research sample. The analytical tools in this research include instrument tests (validity test, reliability test), classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing via t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this research prove that empowerment has a coefficient on employee performance regression in a positive direction and a significance value of 0.049 < 0.05, meaning that empowerment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work environment on employee performance obtained a regression coefficient in a positive direction and a significance value of 0.017 < 0.05, meaning that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The adj r2 value obtained was 0.583, which means that 58.3% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by independent variables such as empowerment and work environment. The conclusion of this research is that the empowerment and work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The suggestion of this research is that it is hoped that leaders in the Gisikdrono sub-district, Semarang, can optimize employee competency development training and implement knowledge sharing programs well so that competency and The work experience of seniors can be conveyed well by juniors so that employees have a strong determination to complete the work.

Abstract

Abstract. The research problems behind this research is the case of the decrease in income of outlet rent and store Semarang, beside that there is also gap of research about influence from market orientation to marketing performance. So this study aims to analyze the influence of customer orientation, competitor orientation and cross-functional coordination of marketing performance. The population in this research is all owner of rent and store outlet of Semarang, with sample number 100 respondents, taken based on purposive sampling method. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study proves empirically that customer orientation, competitor orientation and cross-functional coordination have positive and significant impact on marketing performance.
