Abstract

Keterampilan dasar seorang tukang sangat dibutuhkan dalam pembangunan, kemampuan dalam membaca gambar, pemahaman tentang bahan, kemampuan dalam menggunakan alat, kemampuan mengukur merupakan kemampuan dasar seorang tukang. Kurangnya pengetahuan dasar yang dimiliki tukang bisa mengakibatkan seorang tukang tidak dapat bekerja secara maksimal, minimnya pengetahun tukang bisa menjadi penghambat seorang tukang untuk berkembang menjadi tukang yang professional, dengan kemapuan yang cukup, diharapkan dapat menjadikan tukang sebagai profesi yang menjanjikan, tentunya harus didukung dengan pengetahuan tentang pertukangan yang lebih. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan tukang di Desa Buntuna salah satu yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan mengadakan pelatihan dasar keterampilan tukang. Kegiatan ini di Balai Pertemun desa Buntuna Kabupaten Tolitoli, Sulawesi Tengah. Prosedur pelaksanaan kegiatan berupa pertemuan langsung untuk menyampaikan materi oleh narasumber kepada para tukang, anak-anak mudah dan aparat desa. Hasil pelatihan memperlihatkan para peserta telah memahami pentingnya menjadi tukang yang memiliki keterampilan dan diharapkan setelah kegiatan ini akan ada lagi pelatihan keterampilan tukang lanjutan, sehingga profesi tukang di Kabupaten Tolitoli mendapatkan peluang untuk menerima poyek yang lebih besar dan lebih kompleks.Kata kunci :  Keterampilan, proyek,  tukang

Abstract

This study aims to determine how strong the influence of service quality and trust on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable at Bank Nagari Syariah Unit Tapan Branch. Agency theory is used to describe the quality of Service Quality and Trust in Customer Loyalty with Satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research is a type of quantitative research. Quantitative analysis in this study is needed to provide an overview of the results of the study, then in order to strengthen the existence of a use of interest in being a customer between variables, it requires proof of analysis carried out on the answers to the results of the questionnaire distributed to respondents. This study aims to find an explanation of the influence of the quality of service quality and trust. The results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The higher the quality of the services provided, the higher the customer satisfaction that can be achieved. Trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The higher the quality of the performance of a banking trust, the higher the customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The creation of high satisfaction allows customers to remain loyal to the banking trust used.

Abstract

The reduced amount of coal transported to cement factories is being diverted to rice husk, which is biomass, to facilitate the use of increasingly expensive coal. This transition is necessary due to the different characteristics of rice husk compared to coal. Additionally, the combustion process in rotary kilns requires extremely high temperatures (1,400–1,500°C). However, a significant portion of the generated energy is lost through the kiln walls, exhaust gases, and heat radiation. These heat losses reduce thermal efficiency and increase fuel consumption. Coal, fuel oil, and natural gas are the primary energy sources for cement kilns, which are not only expensive but also have negative environmental impacts. The fluctuation in fossil fuel prices further affects overall cement production costs. To address these challenges, cement factories must design an efficient rice husk conveying system from storage to the rotary kiln. Transporting rice husks with air ensures no unintended reactions while allowing smooth flow through closed horizontal and vertical transport pipes commonly used in the industry. This study aims to design a pneumatic conveying machine with a closed air pressure system to transport biomass (rice husks) at a capacity of 7 tons/hour as an alternative fuel for rotary kilns in the cement industry. The design method follows several stages, including practical work experience, literature review, material selection, design considerations, conceptual design, calculations, and technical drawings. The proposed system utilizes the dilute phase method, with a blower power of 49.26523 kW pushing the rice husks toward the hopper. The pipeline flow parameter, measured as the pressure drop, is 132.9673 kPa. The selected materials include galvanized iron pipes with two elbows to connect horizontal and vertical sections.

Abstract

Penelitian interdisipliner ini mengkaji fenomena kontemporer "brain rot" dalam kaitannya dengan konsep spiritual Islam "al-qalb" (hati) berdasarkan Surah Al-Hajj ayat 46. Melalui analisis kualitatif yang mengintegrasikan neurosains, psikologi, dan teologi Islam, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana konsumsi digital berlebihan mempengaruhi kesadaran spiritual dan fungsi kognitif. Studi ini mengungkapkan bahwa keterlibatan berlebihan dengan konten digital berkualitas rendah berkorelasi dengan menurunnya kesadaran spiritual, sementara praktik yang sejalan dengan kultivasi al-qalb meningkatkan resiliensi kognitif dan kecerdasan spiritual. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman konsep kesadaran berbasis hati dalam Al-Quran menawarkan wawasan berharga untuk mengatasi tantangan kesehatan digital modern.

Abstract

Sustainable Food Home Area (KRPL) is a concept that utilizes the yard around the house with varios types of plants. So that people get the benefits of getting food independently, can fulfill nutrition, and provide additional income independently. The purpose of this research is to find out how food availability and find out how to improve household food security in Cipari Village, Cigugur District, Kuningan Regency. The implementation of the Sustainable Food Home Area program begins with the search for raw materials to make a plant such as polybags, soil, rice husks, cow dung, and chili seeds, then proceed with the process of mixing planting media, namely soil, dried cow dung, and rice husks after mixing the plant media, then inserting the planting media into the polybag and inserting chili seeds into the polybag that has been filled by the planting media. The result of this program is that there are 200 plant seeds that were successfully made and successfully distributed to Cipari Village residents, especially in the Sukasari Rw 01, Rt 04 environment. The Sustainable Food Home Area Program is a program that can increase food security in every home in the Sukasari environment, especially Rt 04 and in this work program we can produce a product in the form of chili plant seeds.

Abstract

The interfaith marriage passed by the Surabaya District Court is an event that needs to be reviewed by government agencies, because it is an opening tap for people to perform marriages in terms of legal loopholes that apply for applying for interfaith marriages. In this case, the Surabaya District Court has contradicted the first precept, namely the Almighty Godhead and Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. The MUI has confirmed that interfaith marriage cannot be carried out in the State of Indonesia and the MUI fatwa declares it haram related to interfaith marriages passed by the Surabaya District Court. This study used robert N. Entman's framing model analysis to determine the framing carried out by the two media, namely Detik.com and Republika.co.id in reporting on interfaith marriages passed by the Surabaya District Court. The purpose of this study is to find out how to Detik.com and Republika.co.id in describing the four elements of Robert N. Entman's analysis, namely define problems( definition of problems), diagnose causes (causes of problems), make moral judgement (make moral decisions), and treatment recommendations (problem solving) in the news of interfaith marriage was ratified by the Surabaya District Court edition 20 – 28 July 2022. This research uses framing theory. This research method refers to the paradigm of constructivism. The design of this study used a framing analysis study. In this study, the data collection technique carried out by the author used triangulation of data sources as a technique to check the validity of the data. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Detik.com and Republika.co.id have different views in forming a news construction. This can be seen from the four elements of Robert N. Entman's framing analysis in the news of interfaith marriages passed by the Surabaya District Court..

Abstract

Desa bayuning yang terletak di Kecamatan Kadugede Kabupaten Kuningan memiliki potensi pertanian yang sangat baik didukung dengan lahan kosong yang luas. Meskipun mempunyai potensi yang sangat baik dibidang pertanian akan tetapi masyarakat desa bayuning ini kurang memanfaatkan lahan kosong terhadap pertanian karena warga desa cukup mengeluhkan dengan harga pupuk yang semakin melambung tinggi. Warga Desa juga banyak mempunyai pabrik penggilingan padi, dengan hal ini limbah sekam padi semakin banyak dan menumpuk begitu saja di lahan yang kosong. Untuk menangani hal tersebut, tim KKN UGJ melakukan pengenalan pemanfaatan limbah sekam padi dan pupuk bokashi sebagai media tanam kepada masyarakat. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah agar masyarakat mengetahui nilai tambah dari limbah sekam padi sekaligus agar masyarakat dapat memproduksi sendiri pupuk organik yang terbuat dari sekam padi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan 13 agustus sampai dengan 17 september 2024.

Abstract

Various problems are faced by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in rural areas I nobtaining business legality, including the absence of funds to take care of legality, the difficulty of correspondence, and a lack of knowledge and information. This community service is carried out to help MSME actors destroy the legality. This activity was carried out in three stages, namely: (1) a survey of the number of MSME actors in Bento village; 2) provide counseling on the importance of legality and mechanisms; and (3) provide assistance in business registration to obtain a trading business license (SIUP) through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. This activity will be carried out for one month in 2022. The results of the activity show that there are 7 MSMEs that need to be registered immediately. However, of the 7 registered, only 4 MSMEs were successful. One of the challenges is that entrepreneurs have not complied with certain standards. The internet connection is also frequently interrupted.
