Abstract

MSMEs in Sinjai Regency face capital-related challenges hindering their business development and growth. Consequently, government intervention is imperative to address these issues. Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) is a government program aimed at empowering MSMEs. This research aims to investigate the distribution procedures and the role of KUR in fostering MSME development in Sinjai Regency, utilizing a qualitative approach with a focus on fieldwork. The findings reveal a two-stage process for obtaining KUR: initial application and subsequent repayment. Mandiri Bank offers tailored credit limits to match the needs and business types of MSMEs, thereby preventing default risks. Moreover, KUR significantly contributes to enhancing MSME profitability, increasing income levels, and improving overall performance. These outcomes underscore the crucial role of KUR in advancing MSMEs in Sinjai Regency, thereby facilitating economic growth and sustainability at the local level.

Abstract

Penyalahgunaan narkoba di Indonesia semakin meningkat dan permasalahan yang ditimbulkan juga semakin kompleks.Kejahatan narkoba merupakan kejahatan lintas negara (transnational crime), terorganisir (organized crime), dan serius (serious crime) yang dapat menimpa berbagai lapisan masyarakat. Masalah penyalahgunaan narkoba di kalangan remaja dan pelajar dapat dikatakan sulit di atasi, karena penyelesaiannya melibatkan banyak faktor dan kerjasama dari semua pihak yang bersangkutan, seperti pemerintah, aparat, masyarakat, media massa, keluarga, remaja itu sendiri. Penyalahgunaan narkoba terjadi karena korban kurang atau tidak memahami apa narkoba itu sehingga dapat dibohongi oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab (pengedar). Permasalahan narkoba ini membutuhkan perhatian dari seluruh kalangan masyarakat, terutama para tokoh masyarakat. Peran aktif tokoh masyarakat dalam mencegah penyalahgunaan narkoba diwujudkan melalui kegiatan Sosialisasi intensif anti Narkoba (SINAR) yang bertujuan membangun generasi emas,dan penerapan pendidikan karakter bagi generasi muda. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini bekerja sama dengan kepala kelurahan Apala, Organisasi Generasi Indonesia Anti Narkoba (GIAN) Kabupaten Bone, dan tokoh masyarakat. Tahapan pelaksanaan mencakup koordinasi, persiapan, dan pelaksanaan seminar. Hasil yang dicapai dari sosialisasi ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan siswa, khususnya generasi milenial mengenai bahaya narkoba. Tokoh masyarakat juga kini mampu mengenali tanda-tanda remaja yang terjerat penyalahgunaan narkoba.  Sebagai langkah lanjutan, pemerintah kelurahan Apala merumuskan strategi penyuluhan rutin di sekolah-sekolah, guna membangun pendidikan karakter yang mampu melindungi generasi muda dari bahaya penyalahgunaan narkoba.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service and community satisfaction as well as the relationship between service quality and community satisfaction at the Sabutung Health Center, Pangkep Regency. This study uses study tools from Zeithaml, namely regarding physical appearance (tangibles), reliability (realibilitty), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance), care (empathy). While community satisfaction uses tools from the study of Fandy Tjiptono and Chandra stating that patient satisfaction can be seen from feelings of pleasure or disappointment with the services provided by service providers that refer to service quality. This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of correlational research research which is research to determine and find out whether there is a relationship between variables. Sample withdrawal using simple random sampling technique. Data collection is done by field observation techniques, distributing questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, simple correlation to explain the relationship between two variables The results of the research show that the quality of service at the Sabutung Community Health Center, Pangkep Regency is included in the adequate category. Meanwhile, community satisfaction at the Sabutung Community Health Center, Pangkep Regency is also in the sufficient category. And based on the research results, it was concluded that service quality and community satisfaction at the Sabutung Community Health Center, Pangkep Regency had a significant, strong and positive relationship with a percentage of 67,7%.
