Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the actualization of National Education Standards on the competence of graduates at the junior high school level. This research uses a qualitative approach, with a case study research design. The principal was a key informant in this study, meanwhile teachers, staff and students were additional informants. The results showed that there were several indicators that were successfully implemented, but there were also some that were not 100% successful. The indicators that are successful to be applied are regarding the assessment of spiritual attitudes that must be achieved by students and the achievement of increasing knowledge in non-academic fields. While the indicators that have not been fully implemented are the assessment of social attitudes that must be achieved by students, the achievement of increased knowledge in the academic field and the assessment of student competency skills.

Abstract

The quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance can be seen from the communication skills and teamwork skills of students after carrying out the activity. The quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance is good, so students' communication skills improve and the quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance is good, so teamwork skills increase. The research objectives are: (1) to describe the quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance; (2) describe the quality of communication skills of students who graduated from Teaching Assistance; (3) describe the quality of teamwork skills of students who graduated from Teaching Assistance; (4) determine the influence of the quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance on student communication skills; (5) determine the effect of the quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance on student teamwork skills; (6) determine the effect of the quality of the implementation of Teaching Assistance on students' communication skills and teamwork skills. This research uses quantitative methods which are analyzed using descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, and MANOVA test. The results of this research are (1) the quality of implementation of the Teaching Assistance Program for State University of Malang students is classified as high; (2)the quality of communication skills of students graduating from Teaching Assistance at State University of Malang is classified as high; (3) the quality of teamwork skills of students graduating from Teaching Assistance at State University of Malang is classified as high; (4) there is a significant influence between Teaching Assistance on the communication skills of State University of Malang students; (5) there is a significant influence between Teaching Assistance on the communication skills of State University of Malang students; (6) there is an influence of the Teaching Assistance program on the communication skills and teamwork skills of State University of Malang students. Abstract

Pelatihan evaluasi sistem aplikasi E-Recapitulation of  Library’s (E-Rebrav) sangat menjadi pertimbangan dalam layanan khusus perpustakaan. Pengembangan dan pengoperasian aplikasi E-Rebrav di SDN Pisangcandi 1 Malang berhasil dioperasikan selama perpustakaan dibuka kembali setelah dilakukan pelatihan bersama staf perpustakaan dan salah satu guru terpilih. Pengembangan layanan digitalisasi perpustakaan di SDN Pisangcandi 1 Malang memerlukan sumber daya manusia sebagai pengelolaan. Tujuan pengabdian ini sebagai pelatihan evaluasi dan pengembangan keprofesian kepada staf perpustakaan maupun guru tentang penggunaan aplikasi E-Rebrav. Selain itu juga digunakan untuk pengembangan terhadap layanan perpustakaan yang efektif dan efisien. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan yaitu survei, wawancara, perancangan produk, uji coba oleh penguji dan latar permasalahan, pelatihan pengoperasian aplikasi, pengoperasian aplikasi, dan evaluasi terhadap para pengguna aplikasi E-Rebrav. Evaluasi dilakukan setelah pengoperasian berhasil dilakukan selama tiga bulan. Hasil dari evaluasi memperoleh penilaian oleh sekolah bahwa aplikasi E-Rebrav sangat memberikan kemudahan terhadap kinerja staf perpustakaan. Sekolah juga memberikan apresiasi tentang manfaat dan dampak dari aplikasi E-Rebrav. Terutama berhubungan dengan pemberian reward kepada peserta didik yang menjadi pengaruh terhadap peningkatan minat baca peserta didik di perpustakaan SDN Pisangcandi 1 Malang.
