Abstract

Etika dan budaya organisasi merupakan dua aspek yang sangat penting dalam dunia bisnis dan manajemen modern. Etika berkaitan dengan nilai-nilai, prinsipprinsip, dan standar moral yang mengarahkan tindakan dan keputusan individu maupun organisasi. Sementara itu, budaya organisasi mencerminkan nilai-nilai, norma, tradisi, dan sikap yang ada dalam suatu perusahaan atau lembaga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan atau studi literature. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui membaca dan mencatat, serta mengelolah bahan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku organisasi.

Abstract

The use of smart boxes as learning media is a solution by providing more interesting and fun learning material. Social studies learning which tends to be abstract and complex requires a more interesting approach so that students can understand the material more easily. The aim of this research is to find out how smart box learning media is used to produce learning outcomes for phase A students. The method used in this writing is a descriptive-qualitative research method which involves observation, analysis, observations, interviews, and describing an event or phenomenon. that occurs in a research object. The results of this research show that the impact of using Smart Box learning media can result in an increase in phase A student learning outcomes in social studies subjects.

Abstract

Marketing strategy and product innovation have a positive and significant influence on the marketing performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in various cities in Indonesia. When implementing innovative marketing strategies, entrepreneurs must pay attention to good management and organizational skills to achieve business goals. Apart from that, budget control is also an important factor in developing entrepreneurial ventures.When developing an entrepreneurial venture, entrepreneurs must consider innovative marketing strategies and proper budget management to achieve their business goals.
