Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of professional competence of teachers and the work of developing teacher competence to improve the quality of education in Darul Quran Tembung pesantren. The teacher is a decisive source and bearer of an important role in every teaching and learning activity, without a teacher teaching and learning will not run well. As a professional, teachers must acquire experience, skills and knowledge in teacher education, in addition to acquiring the scientific content in which they participate. But in reality, educators who do not have full qualifications to carry out their duties, often act as teachers and educators. Until now there are still many teachers who have not carried out their duties as expected due to various obstacles. One of the prevention factors are: The ability of the trainer who does not support the implementation of the task, the ignorance of the trainer himself, the desire and willingness to try to improve his skills. Therefore, teachers must develop, expand, update and deepen their knowledge and skills from time to time. One of the things that need or be prepared to carry out teacher competency development is of course the creation of a creative and innovative work environment so that the goals of educational institutions can be fulfilled properly. One of the efforts to develop teacher skills involves teachers participating in education and training programs both inside and outside the school.

Abstract

This research was conducted to answer how to analyze procedures for managing electronic records in correspondence management. The type of research used is library research or literature study, where researchers rely on various literature to obtain research data and use a qualitative approach because the data produced is in the form of words or descriptions. Electronic archives are a collection of information recorded using computer technology as electronic documents so that they can be viewed and reused, while electronic dynamic archives are dynamic archives that have an electronic or digital format, and require certain media according to the form of the archive to read them. Management of electronic records can be carried out in four cycles, namely: creation and storage, distribution and use, maintenance and disposition. Electronic archives can be archives created directly using electronic media or printed archives that are converted into digital archives.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of management style on work motivation and the influence of leadership on organizational behavior. The research method used is library research with a descriptive-qualitative approach. The results of this research show that every manager can determine the direction of an organization. Its limitations are the reason for the formation of organizational or work motivation, the influence of differences in management styles used in management. One of the impacts of this leadership style is that it can influence someone. This effect applies to any workplace or organization. This is because someone usually needs a leadership style in managing a job or an organization. Of course, intermediaries are very important for the functioning of an organization or work, because if an organization or work runs without good management elements from its members and leaders, it will be difficult to resolve all problems that arise in the organization or work quickly and effectively which leads to achieving the goals of the organization's existence, and work satisfaction and motivation to achieve these goals is very low. Abstract

Abstract

The relationship between organizational structure and culture and strategy in educational institutions is an important and complex topic, especially in the MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung educational institution. Organizational structure determines how tasks and responsibilities are divided and coordinated within an organization, while organizational culture determines the values, norms, and behaviors accepted within the organization. Both can influence the strategies chosen by educational institutions. This research aims to identify the relationship between organizational structure and culture and existing strategies at the MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung school. This research will involve participants consisting of employees and teaching staff at the school. The methods that will be used are interviews and observations to collect data about the organizational structure and culture, as well as existing strategies in the educational institution. This research found that the relationship between organizational structure and culture and strategy in educational institutions is very important to achieve the desired strategic goals. This research has important implications for leaders of educational institutions. Leaders of educational institutions need to be aware of the relationship between organizational structure and culture and their organizational strategy. In this way, leaders of educational institutions can increase the effectiveness of their organizations in achieving their goals.
