Abstract

AbstrackThis study aimed to determine the implementation of the Mużāra'ah and Mukḥābarah contracts and their effect on the community income in Melle Village, Palakka Sub-district, Bone District. This type of research was a field research by using a qualitative approach. Sources of data was collected through literature study and interviews with respondents. The technique of data analysis used was descriptive. The results showed that the sharing of agricultural products that was applied by by the community in Melle Village, Palakka Sub-district, Bone District, was already known as the Matturi Galung cooperation agreement. It was found that the agreement was in accordance with the Mużāra'ah and Mukḥābarah contracts because it wasn't against the Islamic law. The effect of Muzara'ah and Mukhabarah on people's incomes is that it does not provide great benefits, Profit sharing was one alternative that could be cultivated by farmers to meet the basic needs of their families. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan akad Mużāra’ah dan Mukḥābarah serta Pengaruhnya terhadap pendapatan masyarakat di Desa Melle Kecamatan Palakka Kabupaten Bone. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data didapatkan melalui literatur-literatur dan wawancara terhadap responden penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik Descriptive Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kerjasama bagi hasil pertanian di Desa Mele, Kecamatan Palakka, Kabupaten Bone dikenal dengan istilah perjanjian kerjasama Matturi Galung. Kerjasama yang diterapakan oleh masyarakat bisa dikatakan sesuai dengan akad  Mużāra’ah dan Mukḥābarah karena tidak bertentangan dengan Hukum Islam. Adapun pengaruh dari Muzara’ah dan Mukhabarah terhadap pendapatan masyarakat yaitu tidak memberikan keuntungan yang besar, akan tetapi bagi hasil merupakan alternative yang dapat dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pokok keluarganya.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to explore the verses related to poverty alleviation and Islamic Socio-Economic principles contained in the Quran. The research method used is library research with a thematic approach that explores the term Al Fuqara in the Qur'an. By using the book Mu'jam Mufahras li Alfaz al-Qur'an, the term al-fuqara is mentioned 7 times and there are 3 verses of the Qur'an related to Islamic Socio-Economic Principles in the Qur'an (Analysis of the Strategic Foundation for Poverty Alleviation in the Middle of the Times) while the other 4 verses are related to worship. Islamic socio-economic principles that are reflected in the verses of the Quran are very relevant in poverty alleviation efforts as found in Surah Al-Baqarah (2:271), Surah Al-Baqarah (2:273) and Surah At-Taubah (9:60).AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi ayat-ayat yang berkaitan dengan pengentasan kemiskinan dan prinsip-prinsip Sosio-Ekonomi Islam yang terdapat dalam al-Quran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan tematik yaitu menggali term al Fuqara dalam al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan kitab Mu’jam Mufahras li Alfaz al-Qur’an, term al-Fuqara disebutkan sebanyak 7 kali dan terdapat  3 ayat al-Qur'an yang terkait dengan Prinsip Sosio-Ekonomi Islam dalam al-Quran (Analisis Terhadap Landasan Strategis Pengentasan Kemiskinan di Tengah Perkembangan Zaman) sedangkan 4 ayat lainnya berkaitan dengan ibadah. Prinsip-prinsip sosio-ekonomi Islam yang tercermin dalam ayat-ayat al-Quran sangat relevan dalam upaya pengentasan kemiskinan sebagaiman yang terdapat dalam Surah al-Baqarah (2:271), Surah al-Baqarah (2:273) dan Surah at-Taubah (9:60).

Abstract

This article was written based on the famous Bugis Bone proverb "aja mubotting narekko depa mullei makkaluriwi Dapure'ng wekka pitu (don't marry if you can't go around the kitchen seven times), this article aims to find out the meaning of the Bugis proverb Makkalu Dapure'ng Wekka Pitu according to Islamic law. The main topic of discussion that will be analyzed in this article is what is the meaning contained in the Makkalu Dapure'ng Wekka Pitu proverb and what is the Islamic Law view of this proverb. This research is library research. The results of this research show that the Bugis community has a language that is full of meaning. Pappaseng tau riolo (message from the ancestors) namely "aja mubotting narekko depa mullei makkaluriwi Dapureng'e wekka pitu (don't marry if you can't go around the kitchen seven times) shows that marriage is not only about love, but also about a man's responsibility -men to their wives to provide all the necessities of life both in terms of physical needs and biological needs, apart from that in Islamic law it is also very clear that it is stated that the husband is obliged to provide support for his wife and children in an appropriate manner.

Abstract

Gorontalo as the Veranda of Medina is one of the reasons for having cultural and customary values ​​that are closely related to the Qur'an and Islam. The practice of maysir that has begun to exist in the Gorontalo Regency community is contrary to the culture and customs of Gorontalo which are based on the Qur'an. This study aims to explain the form of maysir practice in Gorontalo Regency and explain the causes of maysir practice in Gorontalo Regency. This study is a qualitative study. Two forms of maysir or gambling that are often carried out by the Gorontalo Regency community are boat racing and kite games. Kite games and boat racing in Gorontalo Regency are maysir because they fulfill the four elements of maysir. The two implementations of maysir in Gorontalo Regency have several similarities and also have several of the same causes. The perpetrators of maysir in Gorontalo Regency are not equipped with good and correct religious knowledge. Furthermore, although the majority of Gorontalo society is now Muslim, rejection of Islam in Gorontalo also occurred and continues to this day, one of which is the implementation of maysir which occurred in Gorontalo Regency. Coupled with the influence of parties from outside the Gorontalo society who provide understandings that are not in accordance with Gorontalo customs.
