Abstract

This study aims to analyze acts of violence on children in Karawang district and analyze acts of violence on children and their effects according to reviews of psychology and Islam. The research method used is a case study of data collected through observation, interviews, psychological tests, and documentation. Research results show that acts of violence on children in Karawang district are a form of emotional abuse and sexual violence. That is, children experience sexual deviation, sexual harassment, bullying, and depression. According to the psychological review of violence, this can affect behavior patterns later in life and according to the Islamic religion, is a violation of children's right to live, grow, and develop properly and thoroughly. The impact can affect the growth and development of a child can also shape the character and character of children in the future.

Abstract

This paper aims to uncover the implementation of the policy of vocational madrasah aliyah (MAK) in Indonesia. The research method used in the study was qualitative. Data was collected through interviews, observations and documentation studies. The results showed that the existence of MAK was considered legal. This was marked by the issuance of the Minister of Religion Affair (PMA) Republic of Indonesia No. 60 of 2015. In its implementation, the establishment of MAK focused on MAK as public school which is outside of Java Island such as North Sulawesi and Riau. The implementation of the pilot project was implemented in 2019, because until 2018 the building of MAKN as national pilot project was just completed. Some foundations or private parties tried to set up MAK but failed due to lack of funds. So they lacked interest. Therefore, the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, through the Madrasah Director needs to product regulations that the community or foundation does not rush to establish MAK. There are needs to be strategic planning to establish MAK.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa berkemampuan tinggi, sedang, dan rendah pada materi SPLDV. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah satu siswa berkemampuan tinggi (ST), satu siswa berkemampuan sedang (SS), dan satu siswa berkemampuan rendah (SR). Instrumen pada penelitian ini adalah soal tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa berkemampuan tinggi mampu menginterpretasikan gagasan matematika pada bentuk tulisan, menjelaskan ide pada bentuk tulisan matematika, mengungkapkan soal yang menggunakan permasalahan nyata pada simbol atau bentuk matematika, dan menjelaskan gagasan matematika. Kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa berkemampuan sedang mampu menjelaskan gagasan matematika, tetapi masih kurang mampu dalam menginterpretasikan gagasan matematika pada bentuk tulisan, menjelaskan ide pada bentuk tulisan matematika, dan mengungkapkan soal yang menggunakan kejadian nyata pada simbol atau bentuk matematika. Kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa berkemampuan rendah sudah mampu menjelaskan gagasan matematika, tetapi belum mampu menginterpretasikan gagasan matematika pada bentuk tulisan, menjelaskan ide pada bentuk tulisan matematika, dan mengungkapkan soal yang menggunakan kejadian nyata pada simbol atau bentuk matematika.

Abstract

Perjalanan panjang bangsa Indonesia telah membuktikan ketangguhan dalam menghadapi berbagai macam tantangan. Ketangguhan bangsa Indonesia sendiri saat ini sedang diuji dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19. Pemerintah Indonesia telah melakukan segala upaya untuk bisa keluar dari krisis akibat pandemi ini melalui percepatan penanganan Covid-19 dan pemulihan ekonomi nasional. Dalam percepatan penanganan Covid-19 dan pemulihan ekonomi nasional dibutuhkan sosok pemimpin yang dapat membawa rakyat Indonesia keluar dari permasalahan pandemi dan krisis ekonomi. Kemampuan seseorang untuk mengantisipasi, memimpikan, mempertahankan fleksibilitas, berpikir secara strategis dan bekerja dengan orang lain untuk memulai perubahan yang akan menciptakan masa depan yang lebih baik bagi organisasi.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Penanganan Covid-19, Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional dan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat AbstractThe long journey of the Indonesian nation has proven its resilience in facing various kinds of challenges. The Indonesian government has made every effort to get out of the crisis caused by this pandemic by accelerating the handling of Covid-19 and restoring the national economy. In accelerating the handling of Covid-19 and the recovery of the national economy, a leader is needed who can bring the Indonesian people out of the problems of the pandemic and economic crisis. Abstract

The study aims to compare two study models, both inquiry and cooperative models, to learn of a more significant impact on volleyball service skills. The study used experimental methods with sampling using cluster random sampling technique in class VIII two classes were randomly selected as samples, use design faktorial 2x2. The data-analysis technique uses tests from tests and kai squared, which is the data analysis technique used to compare the two learning models used. Research obtained results ie 8,81>7,28. From the research results it can be concluded that cooperative learning model is better than the inquiry learning model.

Abstract

This qualitative study explores the utilization of community resources for small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) development. Grounded in grounded theory and thematic analysis, the research aims to uncover insights into the complexities surrounding this phenomenon. Scholarly literature serves as the primary data source, and a systematic search strategy is employed to identify relevant articles. Data analysis involves open, axial, and selective coding techniques to identify emergent themes and patterns. Ethical considerations are paramount throughout the research process. The findings reveal that social capital plays a crucial role in SME development by fostering innovation, collaboration, and access to critical resources. Moreover, management strategies such as microfinance initiatives, entrepreneurial ecosystems, and social entrepreneurship offer promising avenues for leveraging community resources. However, challenges such as limited access to financial capital, inadequate infrastructure, and regulatory constraints hinder SME growth and sustainability. Collaborative partnerships and capacity-building initiatives emerge as potential solutions to overcome these barriers. The implications for future research and practice highlight the need for further empirical studies to explore the effectiveness of different management strategies and the impact of emerging trends on SME development. Policymakers and practitioners should collaborate to design targeted interventions aimed at enhancing SME access to community resources and fostering an enabling environment for entrepreneurial activity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the conceptual thinking process of seventh-grade junior high school students in solving social arithmetic problems when viewed from mathematical anxiety differences. The type of research was qualitative descriptive which used purposive sampling. There were 34 students of seventh-grade junior high school in West Karawang as the subject of this study. The data was collected through questionnaires about mathematical anxiety, written tests of conceptual thinking processes, interviews, and documentation. The data was analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicated that The result of this study showed that the majority of grade VII SMP students' mathematical anxiety tended to be moderate. The results of the analysis concluded that students with low mathematical anxiety had good conceptual thinking skills because they were able to fulfill all indicators. However, students with moderate mathematical anxiety had fairly good conceptual thinking skills because there was only one indicator that was not fulfilled, namely correcting answers. Furthermore, students with high mathematical anxiety had poor conceptual thinking skills since they were only able to fulfill two indicators, namely writing down the information they knew and recounting the steps they took.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of observing and describing junior high school students' ability to understand concepts in two-variable linear equation systems. 36 students of class VIII SMP Negeri 3 West Karawang were the research subjects. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, and the data collected for this research comes from tests that measure students’s ability to understand concepts. The results showed that students in the low category, with 7 students, had a concept understanding ability of 19.4%. The medium category with 23 students, has a concept understanding ability of 63.9%. Meanwhile, in the high category with 6 students, students’ concept understanding ability was 16.7%. It can be said that the majority of students at SMP Negeri 3 West Karawang haave the ability to understand mathematical concepts in the medium category.

Abstract

Purpose:This research is motivated by the low level of character education among students who recognize the importance of character education; therefore, the subject of Pancasila and Civics Education (PPKn), which is one of the subjects that includes lessons in understanding, living, and practicing values in life, is used as a reference for cultivating the values of character education in students, particularly in their love for their country. This study aimed to determine the impact of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) on character education at SMK PGRI 1 Cimahi. Citizen knowledge, civic character, civic abilities, and patriotism character are examined by the researcher. The research method employed is a quantitative research method, and random sampling is the sampling technique. His investigation yielded a mean result of 51.7123, while the mean character education score for students was 41.9726. This study concludes that Pancasila and civic education (PPKn) have an impact on the character education of students at SMK PGRI 1 Cimahi.Methodology:This study employs a questionnaire methodology, wherein a set of questions is formulated and distributed to participants with the aim of eliciting their responses to these inquiries.Findings:The collection of variable measurements was conducted with a Likert scale through the suspension method. The participants in this study consisted of students enrolled in the eleventh grade at SMK PGRI 1 Cimahi.Implication:The sampling method is conducted using probability sampling, specifically employing a probability sample design. This approach ensures that sampling is grounded in the principle that all units within the population have an equal chance of being selected

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of Covid19 on sales of Micro Small Medium Enterprises or MSME (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah or UMKM) In BKT Duren Sawit and to find out the strategies taken to increase income during the Covid-19 Pandemic. At BKT Duren Sawit, there are four business sectors, namely the culinary sector, the fashion sector, the household consumption sector and the tourism sector. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of Observation, Interview and Documentation. This study uses the Miles & Hubermen model analysis method, namely data reduction, data presentation and verification or conclusions. The results showed that all MSME sectors in Duren Sawit BKT experienced a 30-70% decrease in income. The strategy taken to increase the income of MSMEs in the culinary sector is to partner with the Go Food online platform and maintain product quality. MSME in the Fashion Sector use external advertising media (Banners) and WhatsApp social media and implement Product Innovation strategies. MSME in the household consumption sector apply a price strategy and product strategy, the tourism sector applies a sales promotion strategy.
