Abstract

Terapi kompres hangat jahe merupakan intervensi non-farmakologis efektif untuk meredakan nyeri sendi pada lansia. Jahe memiliki efek analgesik dan antiinflamasi melalui sensasi hangat. Lansia, individu berusia di atas 65 tahun, sering mengalami penurunan kemampuan adaptasi terhadap stres lingkungan dan perubahan fungsi biologis, psikologis, sosial, dan ekonomi yang berdampak pada kesehatan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi kompres hangat jahe merah dan kompres hangat terhadap penurunan nyeri sendi pada lansia di UPTD Puskesmas Geumpang Kabupaten Pidie. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan desain pra-eksperimental dengan sampel 20 lansia terindikasi nyeri lutut/sendi yang berdomisili di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Geumpang, dipilih secara purposif. Analisis data demografi menunjukkan sebagian besar responden adalah perempuan (55%) dan kelompok usia terbanyak (50%) adalah 59-62 tahun. Hasil uji statistik bivariat (uji t-test) menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan kompres air hangat jahe terhadap penurunan nyeri sendi. Nilai signifikansi (α) setelah kompres jahe merah adalah 0,102 dan setelah kompres air hangat adalah 0,111. Disimpulkan bahwa pemberian kompres air hangat jahe (Zingiber officinale roscoe) efektif menurunkan intensitas nyeri sendi pada lansia. Disarankan agar responden memanfaatkan kompres hangat jahe sebagai terapi herbal rutin untuk penanganan nyeri sendi.

Abstract

In the past decade, the global attention to inclusive education has driven structural transformations in learning systems, including in adaptive classrooms. However, even though physical and curricular access is expanding, the emotional voice of children with special needs (CWSN) is still often ignored in the empirical discourse of education. This qualitative research aims to explore and elevate the emotional narrative of CWSN in the context of an adaptive inclusive class. Using a phenomenological approach, data were collected through non-invasive observational techniques combined with journals of teacher reflection and children's creative expression (such as free images and stories) from 12 children aged 7–11 years in three inclusive primary schools. The results show that although adaptive classes have provided structural accommodation, the response to the emotional needs of CWSN is still inadequate. Some of the key themes that emerge in children's narratives include feelings of silence, fragile attachment, and the occasional happiness—suggesting that true inclusion cannot be achieved through physical adjustment alone, but rather requires deeper affective and relational engagement. This research makes an important contribution to the inclusive education literature by emphasizing the importance of emotional literacy, recognition of children's voices, and affectively responsive pedagogy as an integral part of inclusive classroom design. The implications of this study confirm the need for teacher training that places the emotional aspect at the center of a participatory culture and inclusive learning for all learners.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan peran perawat sebagai edukator dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Kota Juang, Kabupaten Bireuen. Penelitian menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan total sampling sebanyak 60 responden. Variabel independen adalah peran edukasi perawat, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kepatuhan minum obat yang diukur menggunakan kuesioner MMAS-8. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat hubungan bermakna antara peran perawat dengan kepatuhan minum obat (p = 0,028). Responden yang menilai peran perawat baik memiliki kepatuhan minum obat lebih tinggi (79,4%) dibanding kelompok yang menilai peran perawat buruk. Disimpulkan bahwa edukasi yang efektif dari perawat berkontribusi meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien hipertensi.

Abstract

Gerakan Keselamatan Pasien Rumah Sakit (GKP-RS), atau dikenal sebagai patient safety, merupakan proses pemberian pelayanan rumah sakit yang lebih aman bagi pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pengetahuan perawat dengan penerapan patient safety. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 responden. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada 19-29 Agustus 2023. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar perawat memiliki pengetahuan yang baik, yaitu sebanyak 22 orang (68,8%), dan mayoritas penerapan patient safety berada dalam kategori baik, sebanyak 20 orang (62,5%). Hasil analisis lebih lanjut menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan perawat dengan penerapan patient safety (P = 0,002). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan perawat dengan penerapan patient safety. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan tersebut dengan variabel yang berbeda di Rumah Sakit Avicenna Bireuen

Abstract

Data menunjukkan, di Indonesia cakupan pemberian ASI tahun 2015 hanya 30,2% sedangkan pada tahun 2017 naik menjadi 35%. Angka tersebut masih jauh di bawah rekomendasi WHO  yaitu  sebesar  50%.  Tujuan  penelitian  ini  untuk  mengetahui efektivitas  pemberian  daun  kelor  terhadap  peningkatan  produksi  ASI   pada  ibu menyusui  di  Puskesmas  Peusangan  Selatan  Kabupaten  Bireuen.  Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pre test post test design. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 20 Maret 2023 sampai dengan Agustus 2023. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua ibu menyusui bayi 0-6 bulan di Puskesmas Peusangan Selatan Kabupaten Bireuen berjumlah 449 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling berjumlah 26 ibu. Pengolahan data dengan editing, coding, processing, tabulating dan menggunakan uji T paired test. Hasil uji univariat diperoleh mayoritas produksi ASI responden sebelum diberikan daun kelor berada pada kategori kurang lancar dengan frekuensi 12 orang (46,2%) dan produksi ASI responden sesudah diberikan daun kelor berada pada kategori Cukup Lancar dengan frekuensi 15 orang (57,7%). Hasil uji normalitas nilai ρ produksi ASI pre-test (0,120) > α (0,05) dan nilai ρ produksi ASI post-test (0,106) > α (0,05), sehingga data produksi ASI terdistribusi normal dengan menggunakan uji shapiro wilk dikarenakan sampel 26 orang. Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan nilai p (0,000) < α (0,05), ha diterima, berarti pemberian daun kelor efektif terhadap peningkatan produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui di Peusangan Selatan Kabupaten Bireuen. Diharapkan ibu dapat menambah informasi dan pengetahuan tentang daun kelor untuk menambah produksi ASI dan mengkonsumsi daun kelor untuk mengatasi menurunnya produksi ASI selama menyusui.Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, Daun Kelor, ASI, MenyusuiData shows that in Indonesia the coverage of breastfeeding in 2015 was only 30.2%, while in 2017 it rose to 35%. This figure is still far below the WHO recommendation of 50%. The aim of this research was to determine the effectiveness of giving Moringa leaves to increase breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers at the Peusangan Selatan Community Health Center, Bireuen Regency. The research used a quasi- experimental design with a one group pre test post test design. This research was carried out from March 20 2023 to August 2023. The population of this study was all mothers breastfeeding babies 0-6 months at the South Peusangan Community Health Center, Bireuen Regency, totaling 449 people. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling totaling 26 mothers. Data processing by editing, coding, processing, tabulating and using the T paired test. The results of the univariate test showed that the majority of respondents' breast milk production before being given Moringa leaves was in the substandard category with a frequency of 12 people (46.2%) and the respondents' breast milk production  after  being  given Moringa  leaves  was  in the Fairly  Smooth category with a frequency of 15 people (57.7%) . The results of the normality test were the ρ value of pre-test breast milk production (0.120) > α (0.05) and the ρ value of post- test breast milk production (0.106) > α (0.05), so that the breast milk production data was normally distributed using the Shapiro Wilk test. because the sample is 26 people. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that the p value (0.000) < α (0.05), ha was accepted, meaning that giving Moringa leaves was effective in increasing breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers in South Peusangan, Bireuen Regency. It is hoped that mothers can increase information and knowledge about Moringa leaves to increase breast milk production and consume Moringa leaves to overcome the decline in breast milk production during breastfeeding.Keyword: Effectiveness, Moringa Leaves, Breast Milk, Breastfeeding
