Abstract

This research is motivated by the limited development of learning media for the subjects of Physical Education, Sports and Health on floor exercise (artistic) material, especially for schools in the regions. This study aims to produce a learning media product for students and students in learning gymnastics. The subjects or samples of this research were FIK UNP students who attended basic and advanced / learning gymnastics courses with a total of 12 people for small group subject trials and 15 people for field trials. The data used in this research are qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data in this study is data obtained through validation from material experts, media experts, while quantitative data in this study were obtained through assessment questionnaires which were analyzed with descriptive statistics.This research was conducted using "Research and Development" (Research and Development), namely the research method used to produce certain products. The model used as a reference is the Borg & Gall development research model with 10 developments, in this study the researcher adopted the following stages: 1) Preliminary Study (research and data collection). 2) Prepare a plan and analyze the media to be made. 3) Initial product development by producing learning media with validation by media experts and material experts. 4) Conduct small group trials. 5) Product Revisions. 6) Conduct field trials. 7) Revise the final product. For this early stage research, it has only arrived at the fourth stage (4), namely the initial stage validation by media experts and material experts. Research results in the form of learning media products for practical material with a score of 3.67 with good criteria and for media with a score of 3.3 with a fairly good category.

Abstract

Masih banyaknya warga nagari Singkarak yang beraktifitas diluar rumah untuk menjalankan kegiatan perekonomian dan kegiatan lainnya menjadikan daerah ini termasuk rawan untuk terjangkitnya virus corona (COVID-19). Situasi dan kondisi nagari terkait penularan virus corona (covid-19) juga semakin mengkhawatirkan terkait karena banyaknya  perantau yang pulang kampung dari berbagai daerah  di dalam dan juga  dari luar negeri.            Solusi untuk mencegah penularan virus coronadenganprogram “K.S.N.H”(knowledge, sports, nutrition and health) yaitu program peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait virus corona, pengembangan  berbagai bentuk olahraga, peningkatan pengetahuan dalam mengkonsumsi makanan yang bernutrisi  serta peningkatan kesehatan selama masa pandemi. Metode pelaksaan kegiatan ini meliputi; 1)  Rekrutmen peserta,  metode pendekatan yaitu dengan Participation Actions Learnig System (PALS), 3) pelaksanaan kegiatan.Hasil kegiatan PKM ini yaitu Program PKM ini digagas secara digital. Pendampingan  nagari yang dimulai dengan sosialisasi ini dilaksankan dengan mematuhi protokol Covid 19, karena setiap peserta diberikan  masker, face shield dan hand sanitizer untuk perlindungan dari penularan covid 19. Dalam kegiatan yang dilangsungkan di Aula  Nagari Singkarak ini dihadiri oleh  80 orang peserta yang terdiri dari  Polsek X Koto singkarak, Kepala Sekolah dari tingkat PAUD sampai  dengan  tingkat SMA sederajat,  Kepala Jorong, Kader-Kader Nagari, Pemuda, PPN, Bundo Kanduang, Ibu-Ibu PKK, KAN, Panitia serta masyarakat dan organisasi lainnya.

Abstract

Pencak silat course is one of the Important practical courses at Universitas Negeri Padang. The unavailability of teaching media that is in accordance with the model and learning method used is the main problem that will be solved in this study. The purpose of this study is to produce teaching media (videos) that are in accordance with the learning model used today (blended learning) and can be used in the process of learning activities. The stages/methods of implementing this research use the ADDIE model development method which has 5 phases of interrelated activities. The research was carried out in the Physical Education, Healt and Recreation Departemen Universitas Negeri Padang with 200 students as respondent and 5 user lecturers. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study are 7 audio-visual media (video) each 5 minutes in duration that has met the Valid and Practical categories for use in pencak silat courses at the Sports Science faculty of Universitas Negeri Padang

Abstract

Preliminary research results show that conventional gymnastics learning and online media in the form of e-learning at the Department of Physical Education, Faculty of Sports Science, have not been able to produce students' gymnastic skills to the fullest, especially for round back roll movements. Therefore it is necessary to design a digital-based exercise learning device with the aim of making it easier for students to understand learning and lecture material, specifically for round back roll material. This research was conducted to produce e-RPS and e-Modules for digital-based gymnastics learning that meet valid, practical and effective criteria for students of the Department of Sports Education, Faculty of Sports Science. Operationally, the design of the e-RPS and e-Module is manifested in the form of learning links and also in the form of pdfs and videos. This research is Research and Development (R&D). The design development process refers to the development of the Ploom & Nieveen model which consists of the preliminary research, prototyping phase, and assessment phase. Field trials were carried out at the Department of Sports Education, Faculty of Sports Science. The results of the study were obtained by the level of effectiveness of the development of digital-based floor gymnastics learning on round back roll material with a gain n score of 60.73%, with a moderately effective category.

Abstract

PE (Physical Education) teachers play a role in shaping students who are physically and mentally healthy, and social. Adequate teacher competence is needed, although challenges such as self-development, technology utilization, and policy support still exist. This study analyzes the influence of self-development, potential, and educational policies on the competence of PE teachers in Pasaman Barat using  the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results showed that self-development had a significant effect on teacher competence with a coefficient of 0.585 and also increased teacher potential (coefficient 0.765). Potential plays a role as a mediation variable with a significant influence (0.442) on competence. However, education policy did not show a significant direct influence on competence (coefficient 0.015) but contributed to an increase in potency (0.119). These findings emphasize the importance of continuous self-development programs and more effective policy support to improve the competence of PE teachers.

Abstract

This research was conducted on the basis of a lack of knowledge about the psychological characteristics of high school female futsal athletes in Bengkulu City. This study aims to determine the Psychological Characteristics of High School Female Futsal Athletes in Bengkulu City. This type of research is descriptive research with survey method.  The subjects of this study were all athletes who were active in the high school women's futsal club in Bengkulu City consisted of 3 schools namely SMAN 1 Bengkulu City, SMAN 6 Bengkulu City and SMAS Muhammadiyah 4 Bengkulu City which amounted to 57 athletes. Instruments and data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis with percentages. The results stated that the percentage of questionnaires in general was 56% good, the motivation aspect questionnaire was 65% very good, the self-confidence aspect questionnaire was 44% good, the anxiety control aspect questionnaire was 42% quite good, the mental preparation aspect questionnaire was 35% good, the teamwork aspect questionnaire was 46% very good, the concentration aspect questionnaire was 37% quite good and the interview was generally 54% good. It can be concluded that, aspects of the psychological characteristics of high school female futsal athletes in Bengkulu City that need to be improved and improved are aspects of anxiety control and concentration

Abstract

Petanque is a sport that requires a high level of accuracy in shooting to achieve the best results in the match. The physical condition of athletes is an important factor that affects shooting accuracy, so effective training methods are needed to improve athletes' performance. One of the methods that can be applied is the use of e-modules as an interactive learning medium in improving the physical condition of athletes. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the use of e-modules in improving physical condition and its impact on the shooting accuracy of petanque athletes through literature studies. The research method used is The inclusion criteria for the selected literature focus on studies related to e-modules in sports training, physical conditioning for precision-based sports, and the role of physical fitness in petanque performance. Databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and PubMed were used to ensure comprehensive data collection. The results of the study show that the use of e-modules as a physical training aid provides significant benefits in improving endurance, strength, and body balance of athletes, which contributes to improving shooting accuracy. In addition, the e-module allows athletes to get more systematic, flexible, and easily accessible training materials at any time. The conclusion of this study is that e-modules can be an effective alternative in learning and training the physical condition of petanque athletes to improve shooting accuracy. Therefore, the integration of e-modules in the petanque training program is recommended as an innovative strategy that can support the development of athletes more optimally

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman disiplin siswa melalui layanan bimbingan klasikal dengan menggunakan media audio visual pada siswa kelas IX 10 SMP Negeri 9 Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling (PTBK,) dengan subjek penelitian siswa 30 orang siswa, terdiri dari laki-laki 13 orang dan perempuan 17 orang. Adapun tahapan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari empat fase yaitu planning, action, observation dan reflection. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan angket. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan deskriptif kuantitaif . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan klasikal dengan menggunakan media audio visual memberikan peningkatan terhadappemahaman disiplin siswa. Sebelum tindakan tidak ada siswa yang masuk kategori tinggi. Setelah diberikan tindakan siswa relatif masuk kategori tinggi. Dengan menggunakan media video memungkinkan siswa tertarik untuk mengikuti proses pembelajaran serta memudahkan siswa untuk memahami materi layanan.
