Methods included educational seminars, health screening using Easy Touch GCU (blood pressure, random blood sugar, cholesterol, uric acid), and waist circumference measurement. Results indicated a high prevalence of hypertension (43%), prediabetes (26%), borderline cholesterol levels (28%), high uric acid (17%), and abdominal obesity risk (70%). In conclusion, culturally-tailored educational interventions combined with routine health screenings effectively improved elderly awareness and self-detection skills for hypertension and DM, with potential applicability to similar community settings.ABSTRAKPrevalensi hipertensi dan diabetes melitus (DM) pada lansia terus meningkat, khususnya di wilayah pedesaan dengan akses terbatas terhadap layanan kesehatan.
