Abstract

The development of religious attitudes in early childhood is almost completely authoritative, which means that it will develop under the influence of factors from outside the child. One of the factors that influence the religious attitude of early childhood is the religious understanding possessed by the teacher. The purpose of this study was to find out the teacher's religious understanding and religious attitudes of children in IT Al-Washliyah Kindergarten, and to find out what obstacles were found in building children's attitude of religious inclusiveness in IT Al-Washliyah Kindergarten, Hamaparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques carried out participant observation, in-depth interviews. All existing data were analyzed by means of data condensation, data display and verification stages. The findings in this study are that the teacher's religious understanding determines the religious attitude of children. The teacher's religious understanding at TK IT Al-Washliyah prioritizes humanist values and inclusiveness, children are given freedom of thought, carry out activities carried out by children in religious activities by respecting differences in the way friends worship, helping friends who are in trouble, being friendly to friends who have different understandings with him. The inclusive attitude that children have in religion is an explanation of children's openness to tolerance, being able to accept and interact with friends who have different understandings and cultures than children.

Abstract

Sexual violence is defined as any act that, as a result of power dynamics or gender relations, degrades, harasses, or attacks a person's body, causing or possibly causing psychological or physical suffering, as well as interfering with and preventing them from safely and effectively pursuing higher education. Anywhere can experience sexual violence, including on campus. When technology is misused, as in the instance of sexual harassment, a person's ignorance of its use might have detrimental effects. This study combined a qualitative approach with a library research methodology, whereby data was collected from books, journals, and other reading materials, and conclusions and suggestions were drawn in response to the issues found. When it comes to sexual harassment on campus, the researchers found that some incidents happened in locations that students don't often visit—namely, the library room—because there are so many online resources available for information. As a result, the researchers reached conclusions and recommendations regarding how to stop sexual harassment in higher education. They suggested creating online action in the form of slogans and posters that are shared by colleges, students, and the campus community through social media platforms already in place, as well as providing a platform or facility like a Counseling Service Unit related to sexual violence as a form of complaint to the Integrated Service Unit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berlatar belakang mengenai kesadaran orangtua dalam memberikan pola pengasuhan kepada anak usia dini. Pola pengasuhan yang berdasarkan pada pengasuhan positif yang telah dianjurkan agama. Pola pengasuhan positif ini disarankan oleh kementerian pendidikan dan kebudayaan kepada para orangtua yang memiliki anak dan orangtua muda yang akan memiliki anak. Dengan adanya kesadaran orangtua dalam memberikan pola pengasuhan yang positif, akan terciptanya hubungan antara orangtua dan anak yang aman serta nyaman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perspektif orangtua mengenai pola pengasuhan positif yang akan diterapkan kepada anak usia dini agar terciptanya keluarga yang harmonis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pun berdasarkan studi literatur dengan teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan sumber-sumber tertulis yang relevan. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini pada dasarnya disebabkan oleh komunikasi yang buruk antara orangtua dan anak. Salah satu cara orang tua dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik dengan anak mereka adalah dengan mengasuh dengan penuh kesadaran. Jika orangtua menerapkan kelima dimensi kesadaran orangtua secara konsisten dan terus menerus, orangtua akan dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik dan menciptakan pengasuhan yang positif. Kelima dimensi tadi terdiri dari mendengarkan dengan penuh perhatian, tidak menghakimi, sabar, bijaksana, dan belas kasih.
