Abstract

Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Aji Muhammad Idris Samarinda, institusi pendidikan tinggi yang berbasis keislaman di Kalimantan yang telah berperan aktif pada pembangunan masyarakat melalui pendidikan, pembimbingan, penelitian serta tri dharma atau pengabdian masyarakat. Universitas ini didukung dengan sumber daya manusia atau dosen-dosen yang berkompeten di bidangnya untuk membantu mewujudkan tujuan institusi tersebut. Salah satu yang dilakukan untuk menjamin mutu setiap sumberdaya manusianya, yaitu dengan melakukan penilaian kinerja dosen melalui sistem pendukung keputusan berdasarkan  beberapa aspek kriteria menggunakan metode profile matching. Sistem ini juga diharapkan dapat membantu manajemen kampus untuk menilai kinerja dosen dan dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan untuk pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap budaya kerja di MIN 2 Samarinda. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian terdiri dari 50 staff dan guru sebagai objek penelitian. Dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan keseluruhan populasi sebagai sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan angket. Instrumen angket digunakan untuk memperoleh data variabel X (gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah) dan data variabel Y (budaya kerja), adapun dokumentasi digunakan untuk menguatkan data penelitian. Hasil pengumpulan data tersebut selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh persamaan regresi Ŷ = 43.773+0,540X. Diperoleh nilai R sebesar 0, 646 berada posisi “kuat” dengan interpretasi antara 0,60 - 0,799. t hitung (5,872) > t tabel (1,677) yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap budaya kerja di MIN 2 Samarinda. Nilai R Square (R2 ) menunjukan sebesar 41,7% sedangkan 58,3% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya.

Abstract

Paradigma pembelajaran abad 21 yang memiliki karakteristik multitasking, multimedia, dan pencarian informasi secara online, disatu sisi menjadi tren positif dari masifnya digitalisasi pendidikan, namun di sisi lain memunculkan kritik dan tak jarang mengundang polemik terhadap suburnya demoralisasi dikalangan siswa. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah terus meningkatkan program penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui pendidikan dan pembelajaran di sekolah dan madrasah. Guru dituntut mampu mengintegrasikan pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada pendidikan karakter dan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS). Masalah pembentukan karakter hari ini dipengaruhi oleh sistem pembelajaran jarak jauh akibat pandemi Covid-19 yang kurang mendukung dalam proses pembiasaan karakter. Kajian ini ingin melihat implementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter berorientasi HOTS era Covid-19 di Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Kalimantan Timur melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil kajian menemukan fakta bahwa di era Covid-19 interaksi antara guru-siswa dan antara siswa dengan siswa menjadi terbatas sehingga kurang ada ruang dalam melakukan pembelajaran berbasis karakter berorientasi HOTS. Selain itu fokus guru dalam pembelajaran online lebih sebatas penyampaian materi pelajaran dan kurang dapat mengeksplore pembelajaran karakter berorientasi HOTS, hal ini dipengaruhi karena pembelajaran online yang terbatas dari sisi waktu, aplikasi, minat siswa, serta minimnya bimbingan orang tua.

Abstract

There is a tendency of some communities in Indonesia has always made the learning outcomes in the form of the final value to measure educational success, even being the only measure used to jasticed intelligence of a learner. Children who are considered smart and smart is just a child or children who have ranked highest. While children who have a low value is considered not successful and failed in learning. In this case, some of our communities less attention to aspects of children's behavior in the form of the attitude of honesty, hard work, creativity, independence, thinking skills and responsibilities and others. Noting the tendency of some communities, the authors saw that the assessment perenialisme still a dominant aspect in the assessment at the schools, including madrasah. This paper attempts to explore how the concept of assessment of learning outcomes perenialisme in madrasah, which is presented by first seeing perenialisme as one of the schools of philosophy of education. Next in succession, the flow is presented that supports education, orientation and model concepts relevant curriculum, policies and implementation of assessment in Madrasah

Abstract

Forest fires in East Kalimantan almost always occur in very dry season. Therefore, forests and land, especially protected areas such as Bontang Protected Forest require the attention and participation of surrounding communities. The objectives of this study were: to analyze community perception of Bontang Protected Forest area, analyze community participation in conservation efforts, and forest fire prevention efforts in Bontang Protected Forest. The results indicated that perception of community about Bontang Protected Forest area is very good. The community has understood the benefits of protected forest, as well as on the community’s dependence on forests and land. Similarly, community participation in forest fire prevention, they have been proven to participate actively.

Abstract

Abstract Religious learning in the era of information technology development, especially in formal education institutions, faces serious challenges, if the teaching materials used are the majority of printed teaching materials and teacher teaching strategies are more dominant in applying a teacher-centered approach. Thus, in this millennial era, teachers are required to be more creative and innovative in developing and designing teaching materials, media, and student-centered learning strategies to increase motivation and interest in learning. This study aims to design an electronic-based Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teaching material model to increase student interest in elementary school (SDN) in Indonesia. Theories related to this design are the characteristics of the content and teaching materials of Islamic Religious Education, constructivist learning theory, technological and humanistic curricula as well as the characteristics of lower grade Public Elementary School (SDN) students. The type of research used is research and development with data collection techniques, interviews, and observations. The research findings show that the results of limited trials and extensive trials of the design of the electronic-based teaching material model of the development results indicate a significant increase in the learning interest of low-grade Public Elementary School (SDN) students in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) after the treatment. (µ ≤ 0.05).

Abstract

This article explores the anatomical characteristics of the Islamic Education Curriculum based on personal and community development in General Higher Education in Indonesia. This research is a qualitative study, words or actions of people observed and interviewed are the main data sources. The primary data sources of this study were elements of faculty leaders, heads of study programs, students, and lecturers of Islamic Religious Education. This study illustrates how the anatomical characteristics of Islamic Higher Education of General Islamic Education curriculum support strengthening personal and community development.  The research findings show that the learning achievements of graduates, the content and teaching materials, the learning process or learning experience, and the assessment model illustrated in the curriculum structure, strongly support the development of responsibilities as individuals of Allah's servants and as Khalifah fi al-ardh. The aspect of personal development is the aspect of tathwir al-nafsi in the form of individual monotheism which includes the teaching of Islamic belief, strengthening of mahdhah and others. The aspect of tathwir al-ijetimaiy, illustrated in the strengthening of student social monotheism in the form of al-amr bi al-makruf wa al-nahy an al-mungkar, the human concept as caliph, democracy, science, technology, art, harmony, civil society, welfare, religious people, Islamic culture, Islamic political system, and democracy. The learning process is still dominated by increasing the understanding of the propositions, concepts, and theories with the teaching model of information processing. The internalization process through practice with social and humanistic teaching models still needs to be improved.

Abstract

Early childhood education is an important foundation for a child's future. Early childhood education services need to pay attention to a curriculum that carries the concept of humanizing humans in order to fulfill all their psychological needs. This study aims to analyze the independent curriculum based on differentiated learning at the PAUD level. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach to the type of literature study research. Data collection in this study refers to secondary sources in the form of books or journal articles. The results of this study led to theoretical studies that could be used as educators and school principals in compiling curricula and designing learning in accordance with the natural nature of children. From this study it can be concluded that the independent curriculum based on differentiated learning provides opportunities for children to explore their abilities in the learning process. Students are more motivated in learning because assignments are adjusted based on the child's readiness through activities that interest and can be completed according to a learning style that suits students ABSTRAK Pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan pondasi yang penting bagi masa depan anak. Layanan pendidikan anak usia dini perlu memperhatikan kurikulum yang mengusung konsep memanusiakan manusia demi memenuhi seluruh kebutuhan psikologis anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kurikulum merdeka berbasis pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada jenjang PAUD. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi literatur. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini mengacu pada sumber sekunder berupa buku ataupun artikel jurnal. Hasil penelitian ini memunculkan kajian teori yang dapat dijadikan pendidik dan kepala sekolah dalam menyusun kurikulum dan mendesain pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kodrat alam anak. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kurikulum merdeka berbasis pembelajaran berdiferensiasi memberikan kesempatan bagi anak untuk mengeksplorasi kemampuannya dalam proses belajar. Peserta didik lebih termotivasi dalam belajar karena pemberian tugas disesuaikan berdasarkan kesiapan anak melalui kegiatan yang menarik minat serta dapat diselesaikan sesuai dengan gaya belajar yang cocok dengan peserta didik

Abstract

The concept of independent learning is a concept that emphasizes the ability to think independently. Merdeka is here aimed at providing educators, students and parents with comfort and enjoyment in learning to facilitate innovation and creativity. This is based on the fact that individuals with an independent disposition are more likely to experience freedom in using their innate abilities effectively. Talking about the concept of freedom to learn is actually not something new, but has been propagated for a long time by Ki Hajar Dewantara. The ideas and concepts put forward by him have contributed to the formation of a more organized and well-defined framework in the field of education in Indonesia. However, in reality, currently it can be said that the quality of education still needs to be improved, especially in Early Childhood Education Institutions. So the aim of the research was to describe the concept of independent learning for young children from the perspective of Ki Hajar Dewantara. This research uses qualitative methodology, namely descriptive analysis which includes library research. Research findings show that freedom to learn is one of the efforts to achieve humanist education. One of the educational ideas that is very important to be disseminated in the learning practices of the society 5.0 era. According to Ki Hajar Dewantara, the presence of free learning for young children fosters a sense of unlimited freedom in carrying out play activities. Children will freely explore as an indication that children have physical and psychological independence. Not only that, Ki Hajar Dewantara included the concept of freedom of learning as one of the five basic principles of Panca Dharma which includes "freedom or independence, culture, nature, nationality and humanity".

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain the attributes of the activities included in the process of evaluating or assessing learning outcomes in Islamic religious education sessions, with special emphasis on the independent curriculum. This research uses qualitative research methodology, specifically using phenomenological descriptive techniques. The data collection approach includes the use of a variety of methods, including observation, interviews, and documentation techniques, during the evaluation. The data analysis process requires the application of the Miles and Huberman paradigm. This research involves the use of data analysis techniques to examine the summarized data. The data validation process involves the use of triangulation techniques to ensure accuracy and reliability. Implementation of learning outcomes evaluation includes three main elements: planning, implementation, and identification of factors that facilitate or hinder the implementation of the evaluation. The findings of this research indicate that the process of planning and evaluating learning outcomes requires identifying evaluation objectives, implementing evaluation activities based on these objectives, and considering supporting factors such as student readiness in participating in the learning process. One of the problems that hinders progress is the lack of use of the teaching tools that educators have.
