Abstract

Implementation SNP (Education National Standard) in schools in each grade is the minimum criteria that must be met as a measure of achievement in education. One of the positive implications of achievement is the outcome of consistency in implementing the SNP is the emergence of the advantages possessed by the school. The schools’ competition in Samarinda had run to meet the demands of eight educational standards. Excellences that owned by the Madrasah (Islamic Schools) where both of the Madrasah were as a model among many madrasah (Islamic Schools) in Samarinda. The excellences are based on the fulfillment of the standards established in the SNP. These advantages are also implications for the public interest in both of Madrasah to send their children. The schools effort to bring school-superiority in terms of educating the students on aspects of cognitive, affective and psychomotor by presenting models of learning that are innovative, creative and fun. In addition, the schools have also implemented a school-based management model (SBM). School strategies in planning, implementation, and evaluation for the attainment of the eight standard of SNP are by involving various parties through school committee and stakeholders that are considered competent in fulfill the needs of the development of madrasah

Abstract

This research was to measure the level of satisfaction users of Management Education Islam alumnus at public and privat sectors. Furthermore, the research is to mapping the types of professions and distribution of alumnus in East Kalimantan. The aims of this research are to know key position and to measure level of satisfaction of the carrier institutions that use alumnus of Management Education Islam at East Kalimantan. This research is qualitative descriptive with study case approach. Writer used observation, questionnaire and documentation to collect data. Analysis of data using percentage formula and mean test. The conclusions are: (1) Alumnus of Management Education Islam has key position at carrier world with professions: Administration Staff at College, Bank Teller, Customer Service at Bank, Administration at Finance and at Telkomsel, Imam KUA, and Board on Religius Organizations; (2) Distribution of alumnus: Samarinda, Balikpapan, Nunukan, Tarakan, Bulungan and Paser; (3) 59% alumnus has key position appropriate with their academic background and 41% not appropriate; and (4) Level of measurement of the user of the alumnus at 2,318. It is at range 1,668-2,334 that means satisfy.  So we can say that alumnus of Management Education Islam in order to do their job is good enough.

Abstract

The emergence of Islamic excellent schools in the archipelago, being a cue that there will raise ghirah moslems to increase their education quality. One of efforts made in sustaining the excellence is by press pint on the Human Resources Management (read: educators and educational). In Samarinda, the existence of the Islamic excellent schools also being a trend and idol of moslem society in general, it can be seen from the society anemo to send their children to the Islamic excellent schools. This matter becomes the early inspirations in this research, by focusing the research on the efforts and strategies in the development of excellent schools of Samarinda in the case of the Human Resources. Among the Islamic excellent schools, the research objects are SD Muhammadiyah 1 and SDIT Cordova.

Abstract

Pentingnya keberadaan seorang kepala sekolah dalam organisasi yang bisa membawa organisasi kepada tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Kepala sekolah sebagai orang yang paling bertanggung jawab atas kelancaran dan keberhasilan di sekolah, karena ia mempunyai kewenangan untuk mengelola dan meningkatkan kualitas kinerja para guru, karena dari guru perubahan dalam bidang pendidikan insyaAllah akan segera tercapai. Oleh karena itu peran kepala sekolah sangat dibutuhkan dalam rangka membantu guru agar bisa lebih profesional. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dari peran tersebut adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru sehingga dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran disekolah bisa lebih terarah dan lebih mudah dalam merealisasikan tugas-tugasnya agar pelaksanaan tersebut bisa menjadi lebih efektif dan efesien. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MTs Darul Ihsan Anggana. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yaitu mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian dalam bentuk narasi atau kata-kata. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian field research penelitian lapangan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan yaitu ketekunan pengamatan dan triangulasi data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran kepala sekolah diantaranya ialah sebagai educator yakni membentuk kelompok kerja yang aktif dan kreatif, pembinaan disiplin para guru dan pelaksanaan tugas-tugasnya yang terkait dengan kegiatan pembelajaran, peran kepala sekolah sebagai manajer yaitu dengan membuat indikator-indikator keberhasilan, seperti melaksanakan kegiatan pengembangan profesi melalui berbagai kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan baik didalam sekolah atau diluar sekolah, peran kepala sekolah sebagai motivator diantaranya melalui pemberian motivasi dan penghargaan (reward). Adapun hambatan-hambatan yang mempengaruhi kinerja para guru yaitu seperti pengelolaan honor guru yang kurang optimal, kedisiplinan sebagian guru-guru yang masih kurang, keterbatasan wawasan guru, kurangnya alat-alat praktek dalam mengajar.

Abstract

Dalam rangka menunjang kelancaran proses belajar mengajar di instansi sekolah diperlukan suatu bagian yang mendukung proses kegiatan tersebut yaitu ketatausahaan, subsistem yang lain seperti bagian kesiswaan, kurikulum, administrasi personel, dan lainnya. Bila administrasi ketatausahaan berjalan dengan baik maka kegiatan yang menyangkut pembelajaran dan tujuan pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan baik, maka dari itu untuk memperlancar dan meningkatkan efektivitas proses administrasi maka diperlukan manajemen ketatausahaan yang baik pula. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen tata usaha yang mengacu kepada kegiatan manajemen tata usaha menurut Ngalim Purwanto yang meliputi organisasi surat-menyurat, organisasi dan struktur pegawai, keuangan dan rencana anggaran belanja sekolah, serta kesejahteraan perseonel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Research). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, sedangkan tujuan penelitian deskriptif adalah untuk menjadikan penulisan secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta yang ada. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah kepala tata usaha serta pegawai staf tata usaha bidang administrasi persuratan, administrasi umum, keuangan, dan kepegawaian. Hasil penelitian di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Samarinda munujukkan  bahwa pelaksanaan dan penerapan manajemen tata usaha di madrasah ini telah berjalan sangat baik,. Kegiatan tata usaha yang direalisasikan secara prakteknya di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Samarinda adalah administrasi persuratan, kepegawaian, keuangan, kesiswaan, serta sarana dan prasarana, juga  adanya kerjasama yang baik antara kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, kepala tata usaha dan pegawai tata usaha dalam pengelolaan administrasi sekolah demi mencapai tujuan kelembagaan.

Abstract

Paradigma pembelajaran abad 21 yang memiliki karakteristik multitasking, multimedia, dan pencarian informasi secara online, disatu sisi menjadi tren positif dari masifnya digitalisasi pendidikan, namun di sisi lain memunculkan kritik dan tak jarang mengundang polemik terhadap suburnya demoralisasi dikalangan siswa. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah terus meningkatkan program penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui pendidikan dan pembelajaran di sekolah dan madrasah. Guru dituntut mampu mengintegrasikan pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada pendidikan karakter dan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS). Masalah pembentukan karakter hari ini dipengaruhi oleh sistem pembelajaran jarak jauh akibat pandemi Covid-19 yang kurang mendukung dalam proses pembiasaan karakter. Kajian ini ingin melihat implementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter berorientasi HOTS era Covid-19 di Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Kalimantan Timur melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil kajian menemukan fakta bahwa di era Covid-19 interaksi antara guru-siswa dan antara siswa dengan siswa menjadi terbatas sehingga kurang ada ruang dalam melakukan pembelajaran berbasis karakter berorientasi HOTS. Selain itu fokus guru dalam pembelajaran online lebih sebatas penyampaian materi pelajaran dan kurang dapat mengeksplore pembelajaran karakter berorientasi HOTS, hal ini dipengaruhi karena pembelajaran online yang terbatas dari sisi waktu, aplikasi, minat siswa, serta minimnya bimbingan orang tua.
