Abstract

Study This aim is to know the influence use media online learning Edmodo on simulation learning outcomes and digital communication class X student at SMK Negeri 1 Kakas. The population in this study were all students Class X of SMK Negeri 1 Kakas has 92 students. The sample in this research is class X TKJ with 20 students as the experimental class, and class X TKR amount 20 students as the class control. Study This uses an experimental method study Pre-Test, Post-test research type Control Group Design. Method analysis data use test normality Liliefors obtained Fcount = 0.137 And Ftable = 0.19 with level significant 0.05, showing data distribute normal, test Homogeneity use F-test showing sample Which researched obtained Fcount = 1.55 And Ftable = 2.17 based on criteria testing Fcount < Ftable so class experiment And class control Variance Which The same or Homogeneous And test hypothesis use T-test obtained Tcount = 7.13 and Ttable = 2.20 based on the test criteria tcount > ttable shows that the experimental class learning outcomes are greater than the classroom learning outcomes control. Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of online learning media Edmodo on simulation and communication learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study is motivated by studies introduction which shows para educator / Teacher in SMP Negeri 1 Tondano was not involved in the selection. However, they are still educators/teachers this is involved in management in field studentship, based on the results of interviews with the head school. So, researchers offer the involvement of students and teachers in educational management. This research aims to find out how student management is implemented at SMP Negeri 1 Tondano. This research method is quantitative research, meaning research that focuses on or produces numbers ( descriptive data) with a sample of 37 people. The results of this research show that the results of inferential statistical analysis regarding the influence of student management on student learning achievement at SMP Negeri 1 Tondano show that the results of a simple regression test show the influence of student management as seen from the results of the assessment of 37 respondents on student learning achievement which has T = - 1.211 with a significance value of 0.234 > 0.05, which means that H 0 is accepted and H 1 is rejected or there is no influence of student management on student learning achievement at SMP Negeri 1 Tondano.

Abstract

Performance service public become matters Which important in giving service to users service. one of the things that can influence the level of education of employees is human resources. This research reveals the extent of level education (x) employee influence on employee performance (y) in serving the community at the East Tondano District Office, Minahasa Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach using field surveys. 40 people volunteered as respondents with a response rate of 80%. Regression test results obtained is that the level of education influences employee performance by 38%. In this research, several moderating variables were also used, such as employee rank or position, length of service, and training experience thereby influencing the results obtained.
