Abstract

The performance of an organization is very dependent on the performance of its employees, in other words, the performance of employees will contribute to the performance of the organization in which they are located. This means that the behavior of organizational members, both individually and in groups, can provide strength or influence over the organization's performance. The research results show that leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation significantly affect employee performance. Where the significance value (Sig) is less than the significance level (α) and the FCount value is greater than FTable, indicating that the null hypothesis (Ho) can be rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that employee performance (Y) at the Tomohon City Regional Secretariat is influenced positively and significantly by leadership (X1), organizational culture (X2), and work motivation (X3). Additional analysis shows a strong influence between these variables, with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.835 and a coefficient of determination (r2) of 69.85%, it can be concluded that leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation positively contribute to employee performance. Good leadership and being a role model, authoritative, responsible, and nurturing which can move employees to improve their performance is supported by an organizational culture that is supportive, open, and focused on common goals as factors that play an important role will stimulate employee work motivation so that it will influence employee performance to be even better. The integration of these variables shows that improving employee performance can be achieved through holistic attention and action towards these factors.

Abstract

This research aims to test 1) Whether or not there is an influence of allowances certification of teacher work performance at Bitung City State Middle School, 2) Whether there is or not The influence of commitment to tasks on teacher work performance in Bitung City State Middle School, 3) There is or No influence allowance certification And commitment on task to Performance Work In Bitung City State Middle School. Study This uses the method quantitative. Collection data were collected with a questionnaire and documentation. Data was analyzed descriptively using the SPSS version 16 for the Windows program. From the results research can be concluded that 1) There is an influence of certification allowance (X 1 ) on work performance (Y), 2) There is an influence of commitment to the task (X 2 ) on teacher work performance (Y), and 3) There is an influence of certification (X 1 ), and commitment to the task (X 2 ) on teacher work performance (Y) at Bitung City State Middle School. The deep implications of this research are: 1) Teacher certification is a program where teachers will be monitored and tested in a way periodically with the use of tool tests that have been set government. Certification Teacher will create a capable source Power teacher which is better. 2) Commitment to the duties of each teacher is very important because with commitment a teacher can become more responsible for his job. Teachers who own something committed will Work in a way optimal so that can pour out attention, thought, power, and time for their work so that what he has done follows what is expected by the school. 3) Teacher work performance is a contribution made by a person teachers towards their duties and functions through the totality of their abilities For reach national education goals.

Abstract

Society and schools are an inseparable unit to educate the nation's children. Both are part of the center of the tricenter of education. This research aims to describe public relations management (PR) in developing educational institutions. The background of this research is Middle School in Minahasa Regency. This study uses an approach qualitative with descriptive study methods. Data collection was carried out through interview techniques, observation, and document study. Furthermore, data analyzed use technique reduction, presentation data, And withdrawal conclusion. Testing the validity of the data was obtained through triangulation techniques. The results of this research show that public relations management at SMP Negeri 2 Tondano is carried out well, this is seen from the implementation of management functions in developing the school. Furthermore, public relations performance is carried out well, in the form of direct involvement with student guardians, government and related agencies, committees, and the community general, added Again with involvement field public relations in socialization on line school the on various social media.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze: (1) The role of Google Form in facilitating teacher-student collaboration in the selection of digital learning resources; (2) The implementation of teacher-student collaboration in selecting digital learning resources using Google Form; and (3) The supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of such collaboration. This research employed a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research procedures included: (1) Case selection, (2) Data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation, and (3) Data analysis. Data collection techniques consisted of interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results show that Google Form plays a significant role in supporting teacher-student collaboration through several aspects, namely: collecting students' learning resource preferences, sharing and recommending resources, encouraging self-directed learning, creating a more democratic and inclusive learning environment, and fostering students' sense of ownership in the learning process. The collaboration process took place through several stages, including teacher planning, distribution of the Google Form to students, student responses, teacher analysis of the data, and the use of the results to determine appropriate learning resources. Supporting factors for this collaboration include adequate access to technology, high student participation, availability of time and resources, and ease of data processing using Google Form. Inhibiting factors include limited technology access, varying levels of digital literacy, time constraints and lack of focus, students' unpreparedness, and teachers' difficulty in processing data. In conclusion, the use of Google Form has proven effective in enhancing student participation and engagement in the learning process, provided that sufficient digital infrastructure and literacy are in place for all parties involved.

Abstract

Learning effectiveness is the relationship between the objectives and outcomes of a learning. The completion of learning outcomes indicates the achievement of the planned learning objectives so that learning is said to be effective. This study aims to determine the effect of Principal Academic Supervision and Performance on the Effectiveness of Learning of Teachers at Tondano State Senior High School, Minahasa Regency: Principal academic supervision has a significant effect on the effectiveness of learning of teachers at Tondano State Senior High School, Minahasa Regency. High School, Minahasa Regency. The population in this study were teachers at Tondano State Senior High School, Minahasa Regency with a sample of 89 teachers. The method used is regression. The data of this study were collected using a questionnaire technique and analyzed using simple and multiple regression techniques tabulated with the SPSS for Windows version 25 program. The results of the study: there is a significant influence between the principal's academic supervision on the effectiveness of teacher learning at Tondano State Senior High School, Minahasa Regency. It is recommended: The effectiveness of teacher learning at Tondano State Senior High School, Minahasa Regency needs to be improved continuously. The principal of Tondano State Senior High School, Minahasa Regency, controls good academic supervision in supporting maximum teacher performance and effectiveness of learning. can improve learning effectiveness optimally.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of information technology (IT) in optimizing educational management within the Family Welfare Department of a vocational higher education institution. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, direct observations, and document analysis involving department heads, lecturers, administrative staff, and students. Thematic analysis was applied to identify key strategies, supporting factors, challenges, and solutions related to IT adoption. Findings reveal that IT integration improves administrative efficiency, enhances curriculum management, and fosters better communication among stakeholders. Key enablers include leadership commitment, ongoing training, and adequate infrastructure. However, challenges such as limited human resources, resistance to change, and unstable internet connectivity persist. The study recommends a phased implementation strategy, targeted professional development, and policy support to strengthen IT-based management. This research contributes to the understanding of technology-enhanced educational management in vocational settings, offering practical insights for similar departments seeking digital transformation.
