Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of VAT on national income. This research aims to find out how VAT can affect national income and how national income can be affected by VAT.and how national income can be affected by VAT. Research methodused in this study is a qualitative method. Qualitative methodmethod was chosen because the purpose of this research is to understand how VAT affects national income and how national income is affected by VAT.affects national income and how national income is affected by VAT.by VAT. The research method used in this research is aqualitative method with a document analysis approach. Value-added tax (VAT) is an important instrument in a country's fiscal policy, including Indonesia.in a country's fiscal policy, including Indonesia. Abstract

The restaurant industry in Indonesia, especially in the city of Medan, has experienced rapid growth in recent years. Increasingly fierce competition encourages restaurant businesses to continue innovating to provide the best service to consumers. One of the factors that greatly influence customer satisfaction in the restaurant industry is the quality of service and the restaurant atmosphere. The aim of this study is to find out whether service quality and store atmosphere have an influence on customer satisfaction. The method used in this research is associative-causal. Collecting data through observation and interviews. The subject of this study are consumers at Cassiavera Restaurant Medan. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling. Data analysis shows that both service quality and atmosphere have a significant impact on consumer satisfaction. The results of this research provide important implications for restaurant management in efforts to increase customer satisfaction and organizational competitiveness

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Sosial Media Marketing, Pengalaman, dan Kepuasan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen E-Commerce Shopee pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Medan yang menggunakan E-Commerce Shopee. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 140 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sosial Media Marketing tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen. Namun, Pengalaman dan Kepuasan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen. Secara simultan, Sosial Media Marketing, Pengalaman, dan Kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi E-Commerce Shopee dalam merancang strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen Keywords: Social Media Marketing, pengalaman, kepuasan, Loyalitas Konsumen.
