Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variables of price, sales locations and product quality toward dodol purchase decisions in Tanjung Pura Langkat. The number of population in this study are 7000 consumers and the number of samples determined by Slovin formula as many as 100 people.Sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data collected by Likert scale questionnaire. Questionnaire first tested the validity and reliability. Further data are analyzed by multiple regression. Hypotheses were tested by t-test and f test with data classical assumption tested first. Research findings are partially obtained that the price, product quality positively and significantly influence the purchase decision. However, the sales location has no effect towards the purhacasing decision. While joint test of price variables, location of sales and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision of dodol. 49,4% variation in purchases of dodol is explained by the three variables. The remaining 50,6% is explained by other variables outside the research model. Keywords : Price, Location, Product Quality, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This research aims to analyze whether knowledge of entrepreneurship, self-efficacy, family factors and educational background affect intention of student’s entrepreneurship and roles of gender moderator on the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on student’s entrepreneurial intention. This research was conducted on students of Economics Faculty, Universitas Negeri Medan with a population of 2732 students in the odd semester of 2017. 349 students were analysed as sample and used simple random sampling technique, but the eligible sample were 319 students. It was measured by using Slovin Formula. 6 study programs of Economics Faculty i.e. Accounting, Management, Education Administration Office, Accounting Education, Economic Education, and Education of Commerce used as sample. Data collection of entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intention were collected by using instruments; while data of family background, educational background, and gender were obtained from the identity of the respondents. Data analysis techniques used multiple regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The research finding is entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy, and family factor have a significant impact on student’s entrepreneur intention respectively. The educational background variable does not affect the entrepreneurial intention. While gender is not as a moderating variable on the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

Tinggi rendahnya kinerja akademik mahasiswa dipengaruhi banyak faktor. Penelitian ini mencoba menguji apakah kecerdasan spritual, kecerdasan emosional, dan efikasi diri akademik sebagai prediktor kinerja akademik. Disamping itu juga menguji mediasi efikasi diri akademik pada pengaruh kecerdasan spritual, kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja akademik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex post facto. Populasi penelitian  adalah seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan  Ekonomi stambuk 20162018 FE Unimed yang berjumlah 324 orang. Sampel ditetapkan 35% atau sebanyak  113 mahasiswa dan diambil secara proportional. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah  instrumen dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliablitas. Uji prasyarat data dilakukan  dengan uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji multikolinieritas serta uji hipotesis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kecerdesan spiritual, kecerdasan emosional dan efikasi diri akademik terbukti sebagai prediktor kinerja akademik. Efikasi diri akademik terbukti memediasi pengaruh  kecerdesan spiritual, kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja akademik. Keyword: Efikasi Diri Akademik, Kecerdasan Emosional, Kecerdasan Spiritual, Kinerja AkademikImpact of Spiritual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Mediation of Academic Self-Efficacy on Student Academic Performance  Many factors influence the level of student academic performance. This study tries to test whether spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and academic self-efficacy are predictors of academic performance. Moreover, it also examines the mediation of academic self-efficacy on the effect of spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence on academic performance. This type of research is ex post facto. The study population was all students of the 20162018 Economic Education Study Program, Economic Faculty in Universitas Negeri Medan, totaling 324 people. The sample was set at 35% or as many as 113 students and was taken proportionally. The data collection techniques used were instruments and documentation. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability. The data prerequisite test was carried out using the normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test, pat analysis as hypothesis testing. The results showed that spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and academic self-efficacy were proven predictors of academic performance. Academic self-efficacy has been shown to mediate the effect of spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence on academic performance.  Keywords: Academic Performance, Academic Self-Efficacy, Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the feasibility of booklet teaching materials based on the 5E learning cycle model developed in accounting subjects for class X SMK BM Panca Budi 2 Medan. The location of the research was at SMK BM Panca Budi 2 Medan, on Jalan Gatot Subroto KM 4,5. The class was class X Accounting for the 2020/2021 Academic Year.  This research applied quantitative research and development with a 4-D teaching material development model (Four D Model), or 4P by Thiagjaran and Semmel (Trianto, 2013). The 4D development model consists of 4 main stages, namely: (1) define, (2) design, (3) develop, and (4) disseminate. The data analysis technique used was descriptive and inferential techniques. Based on the results of the research, the product of booklet teaching materials based on the 5E learning cycle model in accounting subjects with general journal material in class X SMK BM Panca Budi 2 Medan was feasible to use based on material expert validation with an average of 96.37% design experts, an average of 95, 8% and media experts with an average of 92.9%. Thus, it is suggested to teachers, especially at SMK BM Panca Budi 2 Medan to be more creative in making teaching materials.

Abstract

The background of the research was the observations regarding the low student learning outcomes because the learning process takes place without a student handbook and the teacher's lack of ability in developing teaching materials so that the learning process still uses the lecture method. Thus, it causes the learning process to be less effective. Abstract

SMK sebagai lembaga pendidikan menengah selama ini hanya dipersiapkan untukmengisi lapangan pekerjaan yang ada belum sebagai pencipta lapangan kerja.Sementara perguruan tinggi yang diharapkan penghasil lulusan yang memilikipengetahuan, keterampilan, daya kreasi dan daya juang yang tinggi untukmembuka dan mengembangkan lapangan kerja juga belum berhasil menjalankantugasnya. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena model dan/atau metode pembelajaranyang digunakan belum mampu menginternalisasikan sikap, jiwa dan karakterwirausaha kepada peserta didik. Selama ini metode pembelajaran kewirausahaanyang berlangsung di SMK umumnya ceramah, penugasan menjual produk, sertapengamatan.Sehingga pendidikan kewirausahaan perlu direvitalisasi yangmeliputi; penataan kurikulum, peran sekolah, pengorganisasian prosespembelajaran, pembenahan pada diri guru agar mampu menghasilkan lulusan yangberdaya saing. Pembelajaran kewirausahaan hendaknya berlangsung secarainteraksi inspiratif, interaktif, menantang, menyenangkan, dan memotivasi (I2M3).Model pembelajaran yang cocok untuk tingkat SMK adalah model pembelajarankoperatif Model grup Entitas (MGE). MGE merupakan pembelajaran secarakelompok yang terdiri dari unit-unit usaha yang saling berkaitan. Sedangkan modelpembelajaran kewirausahaan yang relevan untuk tingkat perguruan adalah : metodegroup project, lectures, writing essay, case study, writing business plan, roleplaying, business simulation, video, intercaction with entrepreneurs.Kata Kunci: pendidikan kewirausahaan, model pembelajaran, entrepreneur

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan tujuan untukmeningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar mahasiswa dengan menerapkanpembelajaran yang inovatif yaitu pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PBL).Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliahPengantar Ekonomi Pembangunan yang terdiri dari kelas A dan kelas B dan yangdijadikan sampel adalah mahasiswa kelas B yang berjumlah 33 orang. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PBL dapat meningkatkan motivasi danhasil belajar mata kuliah Pengantar Ekonomi Pembangunan pada mahasiswajurusan Manajemen FE Unimed. Ketuntasan belajar dapat diperoleh pada siklus IIdari dua siklus yang direncananakan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk mengetahui : (1) Meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi kelas X IPS 4 di SMA Negeri 1 Stabat tahun ajaran 2022/2023 melalui penerapan metode snowball throwing. (2) Meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X IPS 4 di SMA Negeri 1 Stabat tahun ajaran 2022/2023 melalui penerapan metode Quantum Learning. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IPS 4 SMA Negeri 1 Stabat tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 yang berjumlah 35 siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dreskriftif kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), yaitu dua siklus dimana pada setiap siklusnya terdiri dari kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan (tindakan), pengamatan (observasi), dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Penerapan metode Quantum Learning dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar kelas X IPS 4 SMA Negeri 1 Stabat. Aktivitas belajar siswa yang meliputi enem indikator yaitu: membaca materi pelajaran, memperhatikan saat guru menerangkan, bertanya kepada guru atau teman saat pembelajaran berlangsung, mendengarkan penjelasan guru, mencatat materi pelajaran yang telah dijelaskan oleh guru, berdiskusi dengan sesama anggota kelompoknya, antusias dalam mengikuti pembelajaran yang berlangsung. Peningkatan aktivitas belajar secara keseluruhan dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan persentase aktivitas belajar sebesar 33,33%, meningkat dari siklus I sebesar 48,57% menjadi 81,90% pada siklus II. (2) metode Quantum Learning dapat meningkatkan Hasil Belajar kelas X IPS 4 SMA Negeri 1 Stabat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penilaian harian. Hasil belajar ekonomi siswa dari penilaian harian siklus I ke penilaian harian siklus II mengalami peningkatan dan sudah menunjukkan tujuan indikator keberhasilan yaitu sebesar 75%. Siswa yang mampu memenuhi Kriteria Ketutasan Minimal (KKM) 65, sebanyak 21 siswa atau 60,00% pada siklus I menjadi 32 siswa atau 91,43% pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 11 siswa atau 31,43%.

Abstract

Pendidikan tinggi menjadi medan yang krusial dalam membentuk individu yang siap menghadapi tuntutan dunia kerja yang terus berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis pemberdayaan edupreneurship di perguruan tinggi, dengan fokus pada integrasi kreativitas, kewirausahaan, dan pendidikan berbasis inovasi. Pendekatan deskriptif digunakan untuk merinci kondisi saat ini, faktor pendukung, dan hambatan dalam implementasi edupreneurship. Metode penelitian melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan dosen, mahasiswa, dan pihak administratif, serta survei untuk mengukur kesadaran dan partisipasi dalam program-program edupreneurship. Hasil penelitian ini mencerminkan bahwa terdapat keragaman dalam tingkat pemberdayaan edupreneurship di perguruan tinggi, dengan beberapa lembaga telah berhasil mengintegrasikan kreativitas, kewirausahaan, dan pendidikan berbasis inovasi ke dalam budaya akademik mereka. Faktor-faktor pendukung melibatkan dukungan administratif yang kuat, kebijakan kampus yang mendukung inovasi, dan pengembangan kurikulum yang responsif. Di sisi lain, hambatan melibatkan resistensi terhadap perubahan dan kurangnya sumber daya. Penelitian ini memberikan pandangan yang mendalam tentang implementasi edupreneurship di perguruan tinggi dan memberikan dasar untuk rekomendasi kebijakan dan praktik terbaik dalam memfasilitasi pemberdayaan edupreneurship yang lebih luas di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi.
