Abstract

This research aims to determine the Influence of Brand and Country of Originto Consumer Attitude when Choosing Handphone Product at Erafone Medan Fair. Population in this research is 4210 persons. and sample is 98 persons. Sampling technique that use in this research is random sampling technique. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Before we do the regression, first we need to test is the relationship between variables using classical assumption test. Then t test for parcial test and F test for simultaneous test, to know whether there is influence of brand to consumer attitude in choosing handphone product, influence of country of origin to consumer attitude in choosing handphone product, and influence of brand and country of origin simultaneous to consumer attitude in choosing handphone product. Based on research that conducted, found that brand and country of origin have positive effect to consumer attitude when choosing handphone product. Keywords: Brand, Country of Origin, Consumer Attitude

Abstract

Ketepatan dalam mencatat semua transaksi keuangan dalam UPPKS berdampak pada kesiapan kelompokusaha tersebut dalam memiliki informasi/data keuangan yang bermanfaat. Beberapa manfaat yangdidapat dari informasi keuangan antara lain : (1) dapat mencari informasi laba/rugi dalam satu periode, (2)informasi tentang arus kas usaha, (3) membuat keputusan dari informasi keuangan perihal rencanakedepan UPPKS. Secara umum kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk  Meningkatkan kemampuan kelompok UPPKSdalam membuat catatan keuangan, Meningkatnya kemampuan UPPKS dalam memanajemen usahanya.Mampunya sebuah UPPKS melaksanakan pencatatan keuangan yang baik akan memberi nilai tambahdalam persaingan pasar.Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan tanggal 4 September 2014 bertempat di Gedung LPM Unimed Medan. Kegiatanini dibuka oleh Kepala BKKBN Kota Medan.  Yang menjadi narasumber dalam kegiatan ini adalah Instrukturdari Unimed Bapak Armin Rahmansyah, Bpk Syahmi Edi dan Bpk Nurman Hsb. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 10Orang Anggota Kelompok UPPKS.Hasil akhir kegiatan ini adalah mampunya kelompok UPPKS membuat catatan keuangan dalam satuperiode yang berisi catatan tentang kas, pembelian, penjualan, buku utang dan piutang serta estimasiprofitabilitas (laporan laba/rugi).

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Konflik Peran Ganda,  Kecerdasan Emosional dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Perawat di RSUD Sultan Sulaiman Sei Rampah. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat wanita yang sudah menikah, memiliki anak serta berstatus tenaga kerja honorer sebanyak 78 orang.Pengujian yang digunakan adalah uji kualitas data dan uji asumsi klasik. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F dan uji t. Konflik Peran Ganda, Kecerdasan Emosional dan Komitmen Organisasi bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perawat di RSUD Sultan Sulaiman Sei Rampah. Kata Kunci :   Konflik Peran Ganda, Kecerdasan Emosional, Komitmen Organisasi,   Kinerja  AbstractThis study aims to determine whether there is influance of between dual role conflict (work-family conflict), emotional intelligence and organizational commitment performance againts nurses in Hospital Sultan Sulaiman Sei Rampah.The sample in this study aims all nurses women who are married, have children and employment status of honorary many as 78 people. Test are used to test the quality of the data and classical asumption. The hypothesis test uses multiple linear regression analysis F test and t test. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the world has brought various impacts on human life, including human development achievements. Development can be interpreted as an effort or process to make changes for the better. The development process occurs in all aspects of people's lives, such as economic, political, social and cultural aspects. The purpose of this study is to see the difference in the Human Development Index before and during the covid 19 pandemic. The research method used is the Paired Sample T-Test which is an analytical test to determine the average difference between matched data points. The results of the study show that there are differences in the Human Development Index in Indonesia, as seen from the results of the Paired Sample T-Test table. The significant value of HDI shows that there are differences in the Human Development Index in Indonesia before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. This means that the Indonesian government needs to take strategic steps and good policies to increase the human development index.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana desentralisasi fiskal dan politik dalam pelaksanaan otonomi daerah di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang berasal dari jurnal,buku,makalah skripsi dan majalah lainnya. Pada pembahasan penelitian ini yaitu fenomena yang sedang berlangsung dalam kebijakan desentralisasi fiskal dan hubungannya dengan kontrol politik terhadap kepentingan elit adalah kecenderungan daerah untuk membentuk daerah otonomi baru, yang pada dasarnya tidak didasarkan pada aspirasi atau tujuan. Fenomena lain yang berkembang dalam penerapan desentralisasi fiskal terlihat pada semakin leluasnya daerah otonom khususnya kabupaten/kota untuk meningkatkan anggaran belanja pegawai daerah pada APBD. Anggaran transfer fiskal khususnya Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) yang dimana menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah daerah, khusunya kabupaten/kota tidak dapat diatur sebagai otoritas atau tunduk pada kendali pemerintah yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of economic structural transformation on economic growth, income inequality, labor distribution, and community welfare. The method used is a literature study, by reviewing various academic literature, government agency reports, and case studies of countries that have undergone structural transformation. The results show that economic structural transformation generally increases economic growth and productivity through labor shifts from the primary sector to the secondary and tertiary sectors. These sectors tend to be more productive and efficient, resulting in increased output and new economic opportunities. However, these positive impacts are often accompanied by rising income inequality, as the industrial and service sectors offer higher compensation than the primary sector. In addition, this transformation brings significant changes to labor market dynamics, requiring new skills that the primary sector workforce may not possess, thus risking increased unemployment and skills gaps. From a social perspective, the structural transformation of the economy may lead to lifestyle changes and rapid urbanization, leading to infrastructure stress and social disintegration. To address these challenges, the study recommends a range of policies, including training and education programs that focus on inclusion, as well as income redistribution policies to reduce inequality. In conclusion, the structural transformation of the economy presents significant growth opportunities, but requires an inclusive and sustainable strategy to ensure its impact is felt equally across society. This study provides relevant recommendations for policymakers in managing economic structural transformation with a balanced approach between growth and social inclusion.

Abstract

Development is a planned process of social change to improve the quality of life. In improving human development, welfare equalization is necessary because it is an important aspect of human development. Unfortunately, poverty is a major obstacle in achieving welfare equality. Therefore, this study was made with the aim of examining the relationship between the poverty rate and the Human Development Index (HDI) in North Sumatra Province. This research is a quantitative research, data collection using secondary data sourced from books, journals relevant to the current research and reports at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of North Sumatra Province. The data studied includes the poverty rate and human development index (HDI) in North Sumatra for the 2018 period. Based on data from BPS North Sumatra Province in 2018, the results found that the poverty rate has a negative and significant effect on the Human Development Index.

Abstract

Socioeconomic conditions in many countries, including Indonesia, have been significantly impacted by the COVID-19 epidemic. To alleviate poverty during the pandemic, the government has launched several social assistance programs, including Direct Cash Assistance (BLT). This research aims to determine and explain the impact of social assistance programs in reducing poverty during the COVID-19 pandemic in Medan City. The analytical method used is qualitative and uses the literature review method. The data collection method used in this research is called secondary data collection. The research uses content analysis techniques, where this method are used to analyze data, news sites, theses, and official government documents related to social assistance programs during the COVID-19 epidemic. The results of the research show that social assistance had a positive effect during the pandemic where the number of poor people in Medan City in 2020 was 183.54 thousand people, this figure only decreased slightly compared to one year before the pandemic occurred (2019) when the number of poor people was 183.79 thousand souls. However, social assistance alone is not sufficient and efficient to reduce poverty levels significantly. For social assistance to have a significant impact, it must be provided quickly, precisely, and on time.

Abstract

Gagasan yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kemajuan dan pembangunan bangsa di zaman sekarang ini adalah globalisasi. Globalisasi berdampak pada hampir setiap aspek kehidupan peradaban kita. Globalisasi melibatkan lebih dari sekedar interkoneksi perekonomian; itu juga melibatkan perubahan ruang dan waktu dalam keberadaan manusia. Dalam kerangka sistem politik dan ekonomi negara-negara berkembang, globalisasi berubah menjadi aparatus politik yang canggih. Namun, skenario industri juga mengalami ketidakpastian dan distribusi pendapatan yang semakin tidak merata di antara individu seiring dengan meningkatnya globalisasi saat ini. Artikel ini membahas topik liberalisasi keuangan dan globalisasi serta pengaruhnya terhadap Amerika Serikat sebagai komunitas global. Globalisasi juga dianggap mengeksploitasi gelombang demokrasi di beberapa sektor perekonomian. Terkait dengan keadaan sosial-moneter di Indonesia pada masa liberalisasi moneter, ketimpangan sosial-keuangan merupakan salah satu hal yang terjadi dalam masyarakat Indonesia. Kenyataan lainnya adalah bahwa globalisasi kini lebih bersifat lokal, seperti di tingkat provinsi, kabupaten, atau kota, dan bukan hanya di tingkat negara.
