Abstract

Results show that social media has a dominant role in shaping the cultural identity of the millennial generation. There have been significant changes in language use, with many English terms and phrases being used in everyday communication. Global fashion trends spread through social media are also widely adopted, leading to a mix of traditional and modern clothing styles. In addition, social values ​​such as freedom of expression and gender equality are more accepted and adopted by the millennial generation. Social media plays a dual role in cultural preservation and change. On the one hand, this platform enables the preservation of local culture through online communities that focus on specific cultures. On the other hand, strong foreign cultural influences can erode local cultural elements. Therefore, digital literacy and critical awareness in using social media are important to maintain a balance between adopting global culture and preserving local culture.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk melngeltahuil komunilkasil interpersonal  orang tua dalam pelnggunaan gadgelt pada anak usila dilnil dil Kampung Utan Jatil dan Untuk melngeltahuil faktor pelnghambat orang tua dalam  pelnggunaan gadgelt pada anak usila dilnil dil Kampung Utan Jatil. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah ialah wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Untuk menguji keabsahan data, penenlitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu triangulasi. Hasil penenlitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Komunikasi Interpersonal yang dilakukan oleh orang tua kepada anak usia dini saat menggunakan gadget berjalan baik dalam keseharian di keluarga. Dapat dilihat dari 5 keefektifan teori Devito yang di mana anak diajarkan untuk menjadi pribadi yang terbuka, orang tua berempati dengan anak saat menggunakan gadget, sikap positif orang tua yang bisa dicontoh oleh anak, sikap mendukung orang tua usia dini dalam mengatur penggunaan gadget pada anak, dan juga kesetaraan antara orang tua dengan anak saat mengunakan gadget.Kata kunci: Komunikasi Interpersonal, Penggunaan Gadget, Anak Usia DiniAbstractThus interpersonal communication that occurs between parents and early childhood in the use of gadgets in Kampung Utan Jati, Kalideres, West Jakarta, where children aged 1-6 years are a golden period that still requires parents to care for and look after them, especially when using children's gadgets. must be accompanied. The purpose of this study was to find out the interpersonal communication of parents in the use of gadgets in early childhood in Kampung Utan Jatil and to find out the inhibiting factors of parents in the use of gadgets in old age children in Kampung Utan Jatil. In this study using qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and observation. To test the validity of the data, this research uses a data analysis technique, namely triangulation. The results of this study indicate that Interpersonal Communication carried out by parents with early childhood when using gadgets goes well in everyday life in the family. It can be seen from the 5 effectiveness of Devito's theory where children are taught to be open individuals, parents empathize with children when using gadgets, positive attitudes of parents that can be emulated by children, attitudes of supporting parents at an early age in managing the use of gadgets in children, and also equality between parents and children when using gadgets.Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Use of Gadgets, Early Childhoo

Abstract

Abstract  - Technology is the overall means used to provide goods necessary for human survival and human comfort. In the digital era, technology has developed at an accelerated pace. One of the most prominent aspects of the changes that occur in human life and make all human activities from manual to digital is technology. The purpose of this article is to explain how technology affects the culture and communication patterns of society, as well as the challenges and opportunities that will be faced by society in the era of digital technology. The influence of technology on human life is pervasive, particularly in the domains of culture and communication. In the digital era, technology has made it easier for individuals to perform daily activities, which has led to social changes. These changes can be beneficial or detrimental, depending on their nature and the context in which they occur. The positive influence of technology on culture and communication patterns is evident in the ease of long-distance communication and the preservation of local culture through the use of online media from various platforms. However, the negative effect is the potential loss of traditional values due to advances in information and communication technology. Abstract

This study aims to explore the strengthening of MSMEs that have a positive impact on the environment in Batusari Village through collaborative training focused on sustainable economic development. In this context, strengthening MSMEs involves local entrepreneurs, village governments, and local communities, with the aim of increasing understanding and capabilities in running businesses that are oriented towards environmental sustainability. The training programme covers increasing awareness of environmentally friendly technology, sustainable business management plans, and the importance of cooperation in local economic development. For the research approach, a qualitative method with a case study design was used in Batusari Village, as this area has great potential in the SME sector that needs to be strengthened with environmentally friendly principles. The research results indicate that this training is effective in improving the management and technical skills of SME actors, as well as strengthening the relationship between business actors and the village government. These findings provide an important perspective for the development of more effective SME empowerment policies in other places, as well as encouraging the implementation of similar programmes that can support sustainable economic development in local communities.
