Abstract

Penelian ini mengkaji tentang pelaksanaan Standar Operasional Prosedur pada PT.XYZ. Dengan tujuan memberikan peningkatan efektivitas kinerja karyawan di area kerja sehingga dapat membantu instansi perusahaan terus berkembang. Penelitian ini mengggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk mendapatkan informasi dan gambaran yang akurat terkait efektivitas pelaksanaan standar operasional prosedur pada PT.XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penggumpulan data berupa observasi langsung di lapangan,wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Dari hasil ta ini yang dilakukan bahwa pelaksanaan SOP pada PT. XYZ di latar belakangi untuk memperjelas proses alur kerja dan menekankan konsep kerja sama team yang ada. SOP yang di terapkan bersifat fleksibel serta lebih mengutamakan nilai kerja Namun keberhasilan organisasi dalam pelaksanaan SOP tersebut tergantung dari kemampuan pemimpin dalam menghubungkan antara kebutuhan pribadi anggota dan kebutuhan organisasi secara menyeluruh dimana masing- masing anggota mempunyai peranan yang telah ditetapkan secara formal yang tertuang dalam deskripsi pekerjaan

Abstract

The review means to decide the viability of personal selling in drawing in understudies during the confirmations cycle. Implementing a variety of marketing strategies, including product, pricing, promotion, and presenter strategies, is frequently necessary for the success of businesses, including educational establishments. It is believed that a key strategy for attracting prospective students is the presenter's role. The exhibition of moderators can be estimated by inspecting the proportion of candidates who come to enroll and thusly become new understudies. Maintaining a balance between registered applicants, accepted students, and incoming prospects appears to be a problem. The Jakarta ABC Polytechnic is the specific focus of the study, which is a school that focuses on training workers who are ready for work and developing human resources. The research takes a quantitative approach with the goal of describing and analyzing the role that presenters play in marketing educational products across the archipelago for professional development and educational institutions. To direct the investigation, the specialists mean to use SPSS Rendition 24, a measurable programming bundle generally utilized for information examination. SPSS can help with coordinating, breaking down, and deciphering quantitative information, permitting the scientists to reach significant determinations from their exploration discoveries.

Abstract

Sekolah merupakan tempat untuk pembentukan karakter bagi anak, akan tetapi saat ini maraknya perilaku anak sekolah yang melakukan tiga dosa besar seperti perundungan, intoleransi dan juga kekerasan seksual. Selain mempengaruhi fisik tiga dosa besar ini akan mempengaruhi psikologi dan mempengaruhi perkembangan anak. Sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu siswa dan siswa SMK Karya Nasional Kuningan memahami pemahaman mereka tentang tiga dosa besar serta dampak negatifnya. Dalam sosialisasi ini diharapkan siswa dan siswi dapat memperoleh Solusi pengembangan kepribadian secara sempurna. Dari hasil yang diperoleh peserta didik dapat belajar dari akibat Tindakan tiga dosa besar dengan mencegah bahkan dapat dihilangkan. Sosialisasi ini melibatkan 25 peserta didik yang dilaksanakan pada 27 September 2024.

Abstract

As a prospective employee, you must understand what soft skills the job seeker requires before starting work. During recruitment, one of the effective searches for human resources is administrative selection through Curriculum Vitae (CV), then interviews, and having personal branding. Through this process, organizations can find out the qualities and abilities of prospective employees before undergoing the next selection test. Cikarang Global Laboratory Vocational School which has the hope of being able to continue to improve and innovate, to be able to produce quality output or graduates who are able to answer future challenges, either for work (B) or continuing their studies at higher education (M) or entrepreneurship to become successful entrepreneurs ( W) or what is usually called BMW. Therefore, students of SMK Laboratoroum Global Cikarang need to be given practical training when facing the world of work, by providing practice on how to make a good and attractive Curiculum Vitae (CV), have strong interview skills, and have unique personal branding.
