Abstract

Menurut Global Nutrition Report tahun 2014 menyebutkan bahwa Indonesia termasuk salahsatu negara yang memiliki tiga permasalahan gizi balita antara lain stunting, wasting dan overweight. Akibat dari permasalahan gizi pada balita yaitu adanya gangguan dalam perkembangan otak, gangguan kecerdasan, terhambatnya pertumbuhan fisik, serta gangguan proses metabolisme dalam tubuh. Rendahnya tingkat pengetahuan serta keterampilan orang tua tentang gangguan tumbuh kembang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan antara lain penyimpangan pertumbuhan, penyimpangan perkembangan serta serta gangguan mental emosional. Semakin bertambahnya perkembangan teknologi di zaman era informatika seperti ini seharusnya informasi tentang stimulasi tumbuh kembang balita bukan merupakan hal yang sulit diperoleh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi stimulasi tumbuh kembang balita terhadap tingkat pengetahuan ibu dan pertumbuhan balita umur 9 – 24 bulan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan pre eksperimen dengan teknik one group pretest posttest design. Dilakukan di wilayah Kelurahan Pesurungan Lor Kota Tegal pada 40 ibu yang memiliki balita usia 9 – 24 bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi stimulasi tumbuh kembang terhadap tingkat pengetahuan ibu dan pertumbuhan balita umur 9 – 24 bulan dengan nilai p sebesar 0,05 (0,035) untuk pengetahuan dan 0,014 (0,05) untuk pertumbuhan. Kata kunci: Deteksi Dini, Pertumbuhan, Perkembangan, Stimulasi

Abstract

Management of medical actions carried out in handling patients who are ODP (people under monitoring), OTG (asymptomatic people), PDP (patient under monitoring) and positive Covid-19 patients is carried out based on assumptions, such as self-isolation, hospitalization, or special treatments in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) room. The condition of the body in each patient is different, a patient may have same symptoms but the treatment is different, especially in elderly patients. Many problems occur in determining medical action because the patient's body condition is different. Therefore, it needs to be appointed as a research. The research method used in this study was Nive Bayes algorithm with supporting application Rapid Miner. It was applied to carry out the process of testing on patient data as much as 500 data, 25 variables or patient symptoms and 3 outputs as a form of medical action. Based on the results of the analysis carried out in this study, prediction of medical actions for ODP, PDP, OTG and positive Covid-19 patients were obtained by comparing training data with testing data using Rapid Miner application. It resulted that an accuracy rate of 76.00% was obtained

Abstract

The increasing age of the elderly experiences biological, physical, psychological and social changes. This change will impact all aspects of life, including health. This is because as you get older, the function of your body's organs will decrease, either due to natural factors or disease. Analytical survey research that tries to explore the influence of fulfilling the needs of the elderly on the quality of life of the elderly. The research method uses a cross sectional design. The needs of the elderly affect the quality of life of the elderly. It can be seen from the physical condition of the elderly that almost all of them experience quality physical condition. The psychological condition of the elderly is in good condition and of good quality. Conditions for elderly social interactions run well and are of good quality. The coverage of the elderly's social environment is very good for the quality of life of the elderly in the Community Health Center area with a sample size of 128 elderly. Research results The characteristics of the elderly in this study consisted of the majority of male respondents, 63 (65.8%) of the total 128 elderly respondents studied. There were several qualities of the elderly studied. The life of the elderly is seen from the physical condition of the elderly as many as 78 (60.9%), The quality of life of the elderly is seen from the psychological condition with the quality category being 102 (79.6%) elderly. There are several qualities of life for the elderly seen from the quality of the social interaction of the elderly as many as 108 elderly (84.3%), some of the quality of life of the elderly is seen from the quality of the social environment of the elderly as many as 96 (75%)
