Abstract

Layanan khusus merupakan kegiatan yang diadakan oleh sekolah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan siswa yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus, dan dalam penyelenggarannya, komite sekolah memiliki peran penting. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi manajemen layanan khusus yang dilakukan oleh komite sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 02 Suci Panti Jember. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dan kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen layanan khusus yang dilakukan oleh komite sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 02 Suci Panti Jember telah berjalan dengan baik. Komite sekolah telah merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi layanan khusus tersebut, dan mereka juga bekerja sama dengan pihak terkait dalam penyelenggaraan layanan khusus. Upaya yang perlu dilakukan oleh komite sekolah untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan khusus, seperti meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang layanan khusus, meningkatkan kerja sama dengan pihak terkait, dan juga meningkatkan fasilitas dan sarana yang digunakan dalam layanan khusus tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how the handling of vandalism behavior can be done through the management of guidance and counseling services at SMAN 1 Yosowilangun Lumajang and some Malaysian schools. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured interviews, passive observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was tested using source and method triangulation. The results of the study indicate that preventive actions carried out by means of socialization and punishment in the form of replacing and repairing damaged facilities which are then recidivists, namely by conducting coaching with member of the Indonesian National Army in collaboration with Yonif 527 Lumajang. And also the results of research in Malaysian schools that the main factors that cause students to behave vandalism are the attitudes of the students themselves, as well as family background factors and peer influence. The role of parents, the role of schools, and the role of social media are steps that can be taken to overcome the problem of vandalism behavior.

Abstract

One of the most important factors in raising organizational members' performance is their motivation at work. The desire to finish a task or activity as well one can in order to maximize work performance is known as motivation (performance). The qualitative method a kind of literature study was used to conduct this research, which involved gathering information from multiple library sources. The purpose of this study is to quantify the degree to which employee performance is enhanced in various firms by motivation. According to the research's findings, 1) work motivation is defined as a state that attempts to motivate an individual to be more excited about their work and to satisfy their desired needs in life. Employee performance, on the other hand, is the outcome of an employee's process of carrying out his or her responsibilities. (2) A manager can use a variety of strategies to increase employee performance through work motivation, including evaluating attitudes, managing well, enhancing member communication, and fostering a culture where it is difficult for a manager to place blame on subordinates. (3) Work motivation plays a critical part in the relationship between organizational members' performance and work motivation because it can motivate employees to perform their jobs to the best of their abilities and to produce positive outcomes for the company.
