Abstract

The role of the teacher is key in the learning process, which is the center of the entire educational process. Apart from their function as educators, teachers also have other important roles in carrying out the learning process. Teachers are educators who help students and their environment identify themselves as humans, role models and educators. In the learning process teachers can innovate learning by using learning media. Learning media is a tool to help teachers facilitate learning activities. Teachers can choose audio-visual learning media because with this media in learning teachers can directly explain and provide real evidence about the properties of substances in the hope that students can see, compare, understand, remember and prove what the teacher has conveyed to students. Apart from that, it can improve students' understanding by using audio-visual because this technology-based learning media will have a positive impact on students' ability and willingness to participate in learning activities. This research aims to determine the role of teachers in increasing elementary school children's understanding of the properties of materials and the properties of substances through audio-visual learning media. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The data collection technique used is library research. Teachers are educators, figures, role models and introducers to the students they teach and their environment

Abstract

 Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap kegiatan realisasi manajemen dan kepegawaian kependidikan serta mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui manajemen pendidikan dan kepegawaian. tenaga kependidikan bisa di katakan sebagai salah satu kunci berhasil tidaknya penyelenggaraan pendidikan maka perlu di pahami apa hakikat dari pengelolaan tenaga kependidikan itu serta aspekaspek pengelolaan tenaga kependidikan. Pengelolaan dapat diartikan sebagai penyelenggaraan atau pengurusan agar suatu yang dikelola dapat berjalan dengan lancar, efektif dan efisien. Pengelolaan juga dapat diartikan sebagai penyelenggaraan kegiatan dengan memanfaatkan seluruh sumber daya yang ada, yang telah direncanakan untuk dilaksanakan serta dievaluasi secara teratur menurut prosedur tertentu guna mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Sedangkan aspek dari pengelolaan tenaga kependidikan terdiri dari, perencanaan, rekruitmen, pelatihan dan pengembangan. Sehingga kalau aspek dari pengelolaan tenaga kependidikan di harapkan bisa meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Hal-hal yang harus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dengan perencanaan yang baik, dan pemilihan apa yang dibutuhkan sekolah, pengembangan melalui pelatihan, sertifikasi, pengamatan dan kompensasi sebagai pembelajar yang adil.

Abstract

Student independence is one of the important indicators in character development and learning ability. However, many students still rely on conventional teaching and are less able to manage the learning process independently. The main problem that needs to be studied is how the application of experiential learning principles can help students develop an independent attitude in learning. This study aims to examine the implementation of experimental learning in improving student independence. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study to analyze the concept of experiential learning and student independence based on previous research findings in the context of education. The results of the study show that this approach encourages students to develop problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to make decisions independently. In addition, experimental learning also plays a role in increasing students' self-confidence and responsibility for their learning process. It is hoped that the results of this study can be a reference for educators in designing more effective learning to improve student independence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pemerolehan Bahasa anak dalam berbicara terhadap peran lingkungan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan kualitatif library research. Lingkungan sangat berdampak terhadap Bahasa anak dalam berbicara. Lingkungan merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam pemerolehan Bahasa anak. Karena dalam lingkungan rutinitas anak dapat berjalan dengan baik tanpa kesulitan dalam berinteraksi dilingkungan sosial dan proses pemerolehan bahasa juga dimulai dari lingkungan, baik lingkungan keluarga maupun lingkungan masyarakat. Rangasangan yang diterima secara perlahan akan mempengaruhi perkembangan Bahasa anak. Rangsangan orang tua terdekatnya kan di proses oleh anak sehingga menjadikan anak itu matang dalam pola pikir, pola, dan pola tutur. Orang tua perlu memahami Langkah-langkah perkembangan bahasa pada anak untuk dapat memberikan stimulus pada tahap perkembangan yang sesuai dengan usianya. Perkembangan bahasa merupakan salah satu indikator perkembangan koknitif seorang anak, hal ini berkaitan dengan keberhasilan atau keterlambatan dalam berpikir dan berkomunikasi. Seorang anak yang dikatakan lambat dalam berbicara dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan koneksi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari secara pribadi atau lingkungan sosial, yaitu untuk mendapatkan kesulitan belajar, bersosialisasi dan aktivitas kerja lainnya ketika dewasa nanti.

Abstract

This study analyzes project-based Student Worksheets (LKPD) in improving student independence and active learning at Pelita Jaya Elementary School. Problems found in the field indicate that the learning process is still dominated by lecture methods, resulting in relatively low student independence and engagement in learning. Therefore, this study aims to determine how project-based LKPD can improve students' ability to learn independently and participate actively during learning. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through observation of the learning process and analysis of student learning outcomes in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. The results show that project-based LKPD is effective in encouraging students to build understanding through direct project activities, stimulate creativity, strengthen critical thinking skills, and increase responsibility in completing tasks. In addition, students show higher motivation, independence in managing the learning process, and increased activeness in playing, solving problems, and completing projects. Overall, project-based LKPD makes a significant contribution to improving student independence and active learning in elementary school students.
