Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive education and the socio-emotional development of students with special needs (ABK) at Sonosewu Elementary School, Bantul Regency. Inclusive education is essential as it provides equal learning opportunities while supporting students’ social and emotional skills in a regular school environment. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews with the principal, teachers, and students, as well as documentation. Data were analyzed through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, while validity was ensured using triangulation. The findings show that the inclusive program at Sonosewu Elementary School has been implemented since 2020. The school provides disability-friendly facilities, adjusted learning resources, counseling services, and individualized learning strategies. Teachers play a central role in adapting methods, conducting assessments, and offering assistance, while parental involvement through regular meetings also supports the program’s success. In terms of socio-emotional development, students with special needs show progress in peer interaction, communication, emotional regulation, and self-confidence. However, challenges remain, such as the limited number of special assistant teachers, unequal facilities, and the diverse needs of students. Overall, inclusive education at Sonosewu Elementary School has a positive impact on the socio-emotional development of students with special needs and may serve as a reference for other schools to build inclusive and sustainable learning environments.Keywords: Inclusive Education, Socio-Emotional, Students With Special Needs

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the use of digital literacy in the implementation of learning at SD Masjid Syuhada Yogyakarta. The focus of the study includes teachers’ abilities in utilizing digital literacy, such as accessing, selecting, understanding, analyzing, verifying, evaluating, organizing, distributing, collaborating, and participating in the use of digital technology during the learning process. In addition, this study also examines the challenges faced by teachers and the solutions implemented. The research was conducted in the 2025/2026 academic year at SD Masjid Syuhada Yogyakarta, located in Kotabaru, Gondokusuman. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to provide an in-depth description of the use of digital literacy in learning. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation.The results showed that the use of digital literacy was categorized as very good, with an average percentage score of 95.25%. Teachers utilized various digital media such as laptops and mobile devices to access applications and develop learning materials according to students’ needs. Moreover, teachers were able to select appropriate digital learning resources that align with instructional objectives and students’ characteristics.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of digital literacy as a means to develop students’ critical thingking skills at Al Amin Sinar Putih Elementary School, with a focus on their ability to distinguish between facts and opinions. This research employs a qualitative approach, with research subjects including the school principal, homeroom teachers, ICT subject teachers, and students at Al Amin Sinar Putih Elementary School. Data were collected using the following techniques: a0 Observation method, b) Interview method, and c) Documentation method. The findings indicate that implementing digital literacy to foster students’ critical thingking requires thorough planning, encompassing teachers’ skill readiness, curriculum adaptation, and the provosion of supporting facilities and infrastructure. Futhermore, its execution must achieve learning objectives through methods, strategies, and media tailored to students’ needs, along with evaluations that assess program effectiveness and yield solutions to existing challenges. Through the integration of digital literacy in learning, students gain a better understanding of the benefits and risks of digital environments in everyday life, thereby enhancing their critical thingking skills in distinguishing facts form opinions, which aligns with current urgencies.

Abstract

Karakter peduli lingkungan penting ditanamkan sejak dini melalui budaya sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan pada peserta didik di SD Negeri Gedongkiwo Yogyakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek kepala sekolah, koordinator Tim Adiwiyata, guru, dan peserta didik. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan dilaksanakan melalui empat komponen utama, yaitu kebijakan sekolah berwawasan lingkungan, kurikulum berbasis lingkungan, kegiatan lingkungan berbasis partisipatif, dan pengelolaan sarana pendukung ramah lingkungan. Implementasi dilakukan melalui berbagai pembiasaan seperti SEMUTLIS, piket kelas, Jumat Bersih, pengelolaan sampah, pembuatan kompos, penghijauan, dan hemat energi. Faktor pendukung meliputi Program Adiwiyata, dukungan kepala sekolah, guru, dan orang tua, sedangkan hambatan berupa rendahnya kesadaran sebagian peserta didik terhadap kebersihan dan pemilahan sampah. Implementasi tersebut berhasil menumbuhkan sikap disiplin, tanggung jawab, kerja sama, dan kepedulian peserta didik terhadap lingkungan sehingga tercipta budaya sekolah yang bersih, sehat, dan ramah lingkungan.
