Abstract

This study raises the theme of criticism of anthropocentric readings implemented in the Qur'an, as Sarra Tlili often voices in his various scientific works and seminars. As commonly known, anthropocentrism (the dominant paradigm of the modern age) is receiving widespread criticism because it is considered the root of the global environmental crisis and various forms of violence against animals. Anthropocentric reading of the Qur'an itself has given birth to a biased view of nature and non-human animals so that they are only assessed from the aspect of their use for human interests (instrumentalism) as God's golden children (favoritism). As an alternative, Tlili (re)promotes theocentrism and ecocentrism which are considered more in line with the cosmology of the Qur’an. This research itself uses the hermeneutic verstehen method and active reading techniques which are carried out on various works of Tlili regarding the research theme. This research concludes that it is necessary to reinterpret some of the core concepts in the Qur'an as Tlili did so that it does not give rise to biased views of nature and various forms of violence against non-human animals.

Abstract

The state through the law has regulated how someone who wants to practice polygamy so that all parties get legal protection. Especially legal protection for wives and children. However, in fact, there are still many who practice polygamy without getting permission from the religious court. Various methods are used to be able to practice polygamy without court permission which is then often referred to as wild polygamy. The main reason is that the husband does not want the first wife to know about his polygamy practice because the first wife did not give permission and could still fulfill her obligations as a wife. The community also still considers that polygamy permission from the religious court is only an additional rule that does not interfere with the validity of polygamous marriages and is not a teaching of Islamic law. The reasons above are what make the practice of wild polygamy still rife in Indonesia. One example and used as research material in this journal is the decision of the Samarinda High Religious Court number 28/Pdt.G/2021/PTA.Smd. The decision explains the application for annulment of the second marriage of a husband (NS) with his second wife (A) which was filed by the first wife (PR) because the second marriage was without permission for polygamy. The results of the court's decision stated that the Panel of Judges did not annul the marriage between NS and A, however A did not have a civil relationship in the form of zaujiyah maintenance, joint property and inheritance in accordance with the Circular of the Supreme Court Number 2 of 2019 Number 1 letter (f).

Abstract

This research wants to present the features found in the interpretation of Fi Ẓilalil Qur'an by Sayyid Qutb. By conducting a study of certain verses interpreted by Sayyid Qutb, tendencies in his interpretation can be identified. In this research it can be concluded that the interpretation of the Fi Ẓilalil Qur'an has a haraki style. Tafsir with a haraki style is an interpretation that links the verses of the Koran to the conditions of social movements that occur at that time or in the future. Interpretation with this style is certainly a new style in interpretation. With this style, it is hoped that researchers will have diversity in research related to the interpretation of the Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

This study aims to examine local economic adaptation, best practices, and policy recommendations in the context of the energy transition in Sepaku District, a buffer zone for the Indonesian Capital City (IKN). Using an exploratory qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation of local policies. Analysis was conducted using thematic coding techniques, source triangulation, and contextual analysis of the relationship between energy policies and community economic practices. The results https://www.adenomyosisadviceassociation.org/hysterectomy indicate that local economic adaptation to the energy transition remains limited, with minimal business diversification and the lack of utilization of renewable energy by MSMEs and Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). Emerging best practices are sporadic and community-based, such as organic farming, waste recycling, and customary forest conservation. This study recommends strengthening village institutions, incentivizing green MSMEs, integrating energy policies into village planning, and increasing energy literacy and community participation. These findings emphasize the importance of a locally-based approach in supporting economic sustainability amidst the national energy transition agenda. Abstract

This study explores the impact of dzikir (remembrance of Allah) and shalawat (blessings upon the Prophet Muhammad) on a person's mindset, focusing on their effects as spiritual therapies and their influence on productive thinking. Through an Islamic philosophical and psychological perspective, it discusses how these practices contribute to inner peace, mental clarity, and improved cognitive functioning. Dzikir is identified as a tool for spiritual purification that enhances focus, reduces anxiety, and leads to a more positive mental state. It also facilitates access to deeper knowledge (ma'rifah) and helps reconcile the rational mind with the heart. The philosophical view highlights dzikir as an epistemological means to attain higher truths beyond the physical realm, serving as a bridge to divine wisdom. In conclusion, dzikir and shalawat promote both psychological well-being and intellectual growth by nurturing a calm, reflective mindset, leading to enhanced productivity in both personal and academic life.

Abstract

This article examines the discourse on non-Muslim leadership through the lens of surah al-maidah verse 51. Because surah al-maidah verse 51 is often used as a reference for prohibiting non-Muslims from becoming leaders. This type of research is library research. This writing will focus on discussions of a literary nature, the study of which is by searching and reviewing various library materials that will be used by the author. This research uses the ma'na cum maghza hermeneutic approach initiated by Sahiron Syamsuddin. After researching using the ma'na cum maghza approach, there is no absolute prohibition in religion that forbids someone who is a non-Muslim from becoming a leader, as long as it does not cause harm. This is because leadership is an ability and readiness that a person has to be able to care for, supervise and protect the people they lead. Then, Indonesia is a nation state that does not adopt Islamic law as the basis of the state, and practices the concept of democracy, so that the appointment of leadership from non-Muslim circles in the country is permitted as long as it brings benefits.
