Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan penelusuran lulusan menunjukan tingkat jiwa kewirausahaan siswa Akuntansi SMKN 1 Demak masih rendah. Hal ini belum sesuai dengan visi misi SMKN 1 Demak menyiapkan tamatan bertakwa berbudi luhur mempunyai etos kerja dan berjiwa wirausaha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bukti empiris pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap jiwa kewirausahaan siswa Akuntansi SMKN 1 Demak tahun 2016. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa Akuntansi SMKN 1 Demak tahun 2016 yang berjumlah 296 siswa. Jumlah sampel 173 siswa yang diambil menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan proportional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif persentase dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh positif pendidikan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga terhadapa jiwa kewirausahaan siswa Akuntansi SMKN 1 Demak tahun 2016 secara simultan sebesar 57,8%. Terdapat pengaruh positif pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap jiwa kewirausahaan siswa Akuntansi SMKN 1 Demak tahun 2016 secara parsial sebesar 25,1%. Terdapat pengaruh positif secara parsial lingkungan keluarga terhadap jiwa kewirausahaan siswa Akuntansi SMKN 1 Demak tahun 2016 sebesar 17,3%. Based obseravtion and graduation data show entrepreneurship spirit Accounting students SMKN 1 Demak are low, there not in line with vision and mission SMKN 1 Demak those are students have religious behavioristic, work spirit, and entrepreneurship spirit. The purpose this research is empirically to know the influence of entrepreneurship education and family environment on the entrepreneurial spirit Accounting students in SMKN 1 Demak. The populations all students of Accounting SMKN 1 Demak in 2016 , total 296 students. Total sample in this research are 173 students, there are from slovin formula. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The collected data were then analyzed with descriptive analysis and inferential statistical percentage .The results showed positive influence of entrepreneurship education and family environment to entrepreneurship spirit Accounting students in SMKN 1 Demak year 2016 simultaneously. There is contribution positive influence of entrepreneurship education to entrepreneurship spirit Accounting students in SMKN 1 Demak year 2016 partialy. Family environment has contributed positive influence to the entrepreneurial spirit of Accounting students SMKN 1 Demak year 2016 partialy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Job Placement and Workload affect Employee Performance at PT. IR Structure Papua Sorong City. This study used descriptive and correlation methods using quantitative approaches. The population of this study was employees working at PT. IR Papua structure of Sorong city numbered 35 people. The collection technique until this study used a saturated sample with a sample of 35 people. The data analysis method uses multiple linear analysis, hypothesis testing (t test, f test and determination test). The primary data of this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents using a measurement scale, namely the Likert scale. Researchers conducted primary testing in this study using the SPSS Version 20 application program for windows. The results of the multiple regression analysis that has been carried out obtained Y = 6.035 + 0.860 X1 + 0.830 X2. The results of the t test obtained the results of the X1 tcount value of 6.197 and the results of the X2 tcount value of 5.960, the X1 coefficient value of 0.860, the X2 coefficient value of 0.830 and the X1 significance value of 0.000, the significance value of 0.000 means that the variables of job placement and Workload have a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Performance. In the coefficient of determination (R2) test, the results obtained were 0.584 (58.4%), which means that the variables of Job Placement and Workload are influenced by the variable of Employee Job Placement 58.4%, while the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other factors from outside this study

Abstract

This service evaluates the impact of village fund management on improving community welfare in Warmon Kokoda Village, Mayamuk District, Sorong Regency. By applying Islamic economic principles that emphasize justice, transparency, and accountability, this study uses qualitative and quantitative approaches to assess changes in various indicators of community welfare, including education, health, income, and access to social services. Through surveys and interviews with local residents, the results of the service show a real increase in community welfare, which is driven by effective and participatory fund management. These findings provide empirical evidence supporting the use of village funds as a tool for village development and community empowerment, recommending management strategies that can be adapted to different contexts to achieve broader and more inclusive outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal review of the implementation of the Qardh Bisyarti Rahni product at KSPPS BMT USA Jepara. In addition, this study is expected to provide a better understanding of the efforts that need to be made to ensure legal compliance and operational sustainability of Islamic microfinance institutions. Qardh Bisyarti Rahni is one of the Islamic financial products implemented in Islamic microfinance institutions, which provides usury-free financing for the community. This study is important to ensure that the implementation of this product is in accordance with Islamic principles and does not violate applicable legal provisions. The approach used in this study is qualitative with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and analysis of related documents. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Qardh Bisyarti Rahni product at KSPPS BMT USA Jepara has complied with applicable legal provisions and Islamic principles. However, there are several challenges that need to be considered, such as a lack of in-depth understanding of the legal aspects of Islamic law and changes in regulations related to Islamic finance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of PAI learning at MI Ma'arif NU Langkap. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this study were madrasa heads, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the Miles & Huberman model: data reduction, data presentation, and reasoning. The results showed that the form of PAI learning at MI Ma'arif NU Langkap was carried out in accordance with the procedural, normative and substantive stages. PAI learning is implemented by paying attention to the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects of students. The management of PAI learning at MI Ma'arif NU Langkap is carried out using planning, implementation, and evaluation steps. The strategies used by teachers in teaching PAI atMI Ma'arif NU Langkap include team building strategies, direct learning engagement strategies, questioning strategies, collaborative strategies, peer teaching strategies, skills development strategies, and strategies for reviewing. The PAI learning process at MI Ma'arif NU Langkap uses a variety of methods, thus making learning more effective and the subject matter becomes more understandable to students, and Islamic values in PAI subjects can be internalized properly. Among these methods are the lecture method, the discussion method, the learning task method, the demonstration method, the question-and-answer method, the training method, the habituation method, the exemplary method, and the storytelling method.

Abstract

In Sorong City, West Papua, financial and digital literacy challenges are still the main obstacles in utilizing full economic potential, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of digital and financial literacy training programs designed to increase the economic independence of local communities. This study uses quantitative and qualitative methodologies to collect and analyze data related to capacity building and implementation of post-training financial and digital literacy knowledge. The results of the study are expected to provide valuable insights into the effect of training on improving the digital and financial skills of Sorong residents, as well as its contribution in expanding access to markets and information networks.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian bertema Pendampingan Peningkatan Santripreneur Melalui Literasi Marketing Mix Di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendikia (MAN IC) Sorong. Pelatihan santripreneur di MAN IC Sorong dilaksanakan untuk membantu habibie dan ainun memahami konsep pemasaran dan bauran pemasaran (produk, harga, tempat, promosi). Pemateri menjelaskan konsep pemasaran dan bauran pemasaran, diskusi dan penguatan materi oleh dosen pendamping. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan sistem koordinasi, penentuan waktu, pembagian materi, penjelasan oleh pemateri, diskusi, penguatan materi, dan sesi foto. Hasil kegiatan meliputi perizinan, penjelasan materi, tanya jawab, penguatan materi, dan sesi foto. Santri diberikan pemahaman dalam pengembangan produk dan pemasaran, dengan fokus pada produk Sistik Daun Kelor. Dalam mengemas produk, label dan kemasan dipertimbangkan untuk mendukung branding. Harga ditentukan melalui perhitungan biaya produksi dan laba, per pcs dijual seharga Rp. 15.000,00. Penjualan produk dilakukan melalui sosial media seperti Facebook, Instagram, dan TikTok dengan promosi menarik.

Abstract

Enhancing Islamic financial literacy and utilizing digital financial systems are crucial, particularly for women in the Al-Muhajirin Majelis Taklim community in Sorong City. This group often faces challenges in financial management, highlighting the need for greater understanding of sharia-compliant financial principles. This community service program aims to provide education through lectures, reinforcement by lecturers, and interactive discussions. An innovative approach through interactive Islamic preaching podcasts was also used to present material in a more engaging and relevant manner. The program has demonstrated improvements in participants’ understanding and skills in managing finances according to Islamic principles, as well as in safely using digital financial technology. The success of the activity is evident from the high level of community participation, strengthening Islamic financial literacy among majelis taklim members. It is expected that this program will serve as a sustainable model for empowering sharia-based financial literacy.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine the influence of motivation, technological advances and financial literacy on students' interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. The method in this research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students from the Sharia Economics Study Program at IAIN Sorong with the 2020 and 2021 classes. The sample used was 66 students. The data collection method in this research uses a questionnaire and the data analysis used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 20 process. The results of this research show that partially motivation and financial literacy have a significant effect on interest in investing in the sharia capital market among IAIN Sharia Economics Study Program students. Meanwhile, technological advances do not have a significant effect on interest in investing in the capital market among Islamic Economics Study Program students at IAIN Sorong. Simultaneous test results of motivational variables, technological advances and financial literacy together have a significant effect on investment interest in the Islamic capital market among Islamic Economics Study Program students at IAIN Sorong.Keywords: Technological Progress, Financial Literacy, Investment Interest, MotivationAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, kemajuan teknologi dan literasi keuangan terhadap minat investasi di pasar modal syariah pada Mahasiswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Prodi Ekonomi Syariah di IAIN Sorong dengan tahun angkatan 2020 dan 2021, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 66 Mahasiswa. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda melalui proses SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial motivasi dan literasi keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi di pasar modal syariah pada Mahasiswa Prodi Ekonomi Syariah IAIN. Sedangkan kemajuan teknologi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi di pasar modal pada Mahasiswa Prodi Ekonomi Syariah IAIN Sorong. Hasil uji simultan variable motivasi, kemajuan teknologi dan literasi keuangan secara berasama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi di pasar modal syariah pada Mahasiswa Prodi Ekonomi Syariah IAIN Sorong.Kata Kunci: Kemajuan Teknologi, Literasi Keuangan, Minat Investasi, Motivasi
