Purpose –The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of advertising and sales promotion on Buying decisions for the president brand luggage at the Pekanbaru Transmart Mall.Methodology/approaches – Source of data obtained from primary and secondary data. the total population is 520 consumers, while the total sample is 84 consumers, the sampling technique is incidental sampling. Data analysis was descriptive and quantitative (in the form of classic assumption tests and hypothesis testing.Findings –The results showed that both the partial and simultaneous tests of all independent variables had a significant effect on the dependent variable. And the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 36.40 percent while the remaining 63.60 percent is influenced by other variables outside the research. Novelty/values –Qhat the factors that influence purchasing decisions are sales promotions and advertising.

This study aims to examine and identify the impact of the study program and coaching conducted by STIE Riau in collaboration with the Bangun Bonai Lestari Village Cooperative Unit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This program focuses on the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on the coaching model that has been implemented in Kuala Lumpur. This study uses a qualitative approach with interviews and observations as data collection methods. The results of the study indicate that the study program and coaching of MSMEs has succeeded in increasing the capacity of local entrepreneurs in terms of managerial and technology utilization. In addition, this cross-country collaboration also shows the importance of support from cooperatives in optimizing the potential of MSMEs. This study suggests that similar programs be expanded with an emphasis on digital marketing aspects and better financial management.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengidentifikasi dampak dari program studi tiru dan pembinaan yang dilakukan oleh STIE Riau bekerja sama dengan Koperasi Unit Desa Bangun Bonai Lestari di Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Program ini difokuskan pada pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dengan berbasis pada model pembinaan yang sudah diterapkan di Kuala Lumpur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara dan observasi sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program studi tiru dan pembinaan UMKM berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas pengusaha lokal dalam hal manajerial dan pemanfaatan teknologi. Selain itu, kerjasama lintas negara ini juga menunjukkan pentingnya dukungan dari koperasi dalam mengoptimalkan potensi UMKM. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar program serupa diperluas dengan penekanan pada aspek pemasaran digital dan pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih baik.

Patient satisfaction in health services is found to be low and is one of the determinants of patient loyalty so that the impact of satisfaction will result in patient loyalty. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence patient satisfaction. Methods: used in this research is descriptive and quantitative with 150 respondents who underwent care and treatment at the Pekanbaru City Regional General Hospital. The variables studied were Service Quality, Patient Satisfaction and Patient Loyalty. To measure the variables studied, a questionnaire was used. Path analysis is used to analyze the relationship between variables. Results: the study found 1) The results showed that service quality at the Pekanbaru Regional Hospital significantly increased patient loyalty, with a P-Value of 0.000 and T-Statistics 11.342. 2) The results showed that the quality of service at the Pekanbaru Regional Hospital significantly affected patient satisfaction, with a P-Value of 0.000 and T-Statistics of 14.437. 3) The results showed that patient satisfaction at the Pekanbaru Regional Hospital significantly influenced patient loyalty, with a P-Value of 0.004 and T-Statistics 2.840. 4) The results showed that service quality in Pekanbaru Regional Hospital significantly influenced patient loyalty through patient satisfaction, with a P-Value of 0.008 and T-Statistics 2.605

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the quality of service, product quality, and customer satisfaction of customer loyalty at central bank asia branch office Riau auxiliary thorn. Population in this research is all customer of central bank of asia of branch office of assistant of thorn which amounts 2889 people. Sampling is done by incindental sampling. Data analysis is done by using validity test, reliability, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F test. The test is conducted to know the influence of independent variable (independent variable) to the dependent variable. Based on the results of this study found that the quality of service, product quality and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty at Bank Central Asia Duri Branch Office Riau

This study was conducted to determine the effect of service quality on costumer satisfaction finance at PT.Bank Sahabat Sampoerna Branch Office Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all customer financing at PT.Bank Sahabat Sampoerna Branch Office Pekanbaru until in the end of December 2015 amounted to 997 People. Samples taken as many as as 91 people refer to the formula Slovin, data collection techniques in this study was a questionnaire and interview. Analysis of the data in this study using descriptive and quantitative analysis. Descriptive is a comparison between the actual reality with the theoris that had to do with problems in order to draw a conclusion and are tabuled in the form of tables of frequency distribution. While the quantitative methods of research based on the data that can be calculated to produce a solid assessment. Simple linear regression results in this study is Y = -1,735 + 0,331X. by using the t test, obtainet ttabel value of 19,636 and a mean value tcount 19,636>ttable 1,986, which means the quality of service have a significant effect on costumer satisfaction finance at PT.Bank Sahabat Sampoerna Branch Office Pekanbaru with great effect 81,20%

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Sales Promotion on Consumer Decisions to Stay at The Premiere Hotel Pekanbaru. Because sales promotion is one of the main factors supporting the success of a company to market its products, in addition to being seen from how consumers' decisions in determining their choices. The population in this study was 64,738 consumers who stayed at The Premiere Hotel Pekanbaru. Thus the number of samples is 100 consumers. From the results of the analysis formulated a simple linear regression equation with the equation Y = 12.050 + 0.733X. Where, the constant is 12,050, meaning that if the independent variable X (sales promotion) value is 0, then the dependent variable Y (consumer's decision) is 12,050. The variable regression coefficient X (sales promotion) of 0.733 means that if the sales promotion has increased by 1 point, then the consumer's decision will also increase by 0.733. Positive coefficient means that there is a positive relationship between sales promotions with consumer decisions. The higher the sales promotion, the consumer's decision will increase. The test results of the significant test (t), obtained tcount of 8.885 is greater than t table with a ttable value of 1.984, with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Thus it means that the sales promotion variable (X) significantly influences the purchase decision variable (Y). So it can be concluded that the sales promotion has a significant effect on consumer decisions to stay at The Premiere Hotel Pekanbaru. R square values (R2) of 0.446 or 44.6% were obtained. This shows that changes in the value of consumer decisions are influenced by changes in the value of the free variable sales promotion by 44.6% while 55.4% is determined by other variables that are not in this research model.

This research was conducted at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Pekanbaru Branch. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at PT Mandiri Tunas Finance Pekanbaru Branch. The population in this study was 2,390 customers. In this study sampling using Accidental Sampling techniques, which amounted to 96 customers. The data used are primary and secondary data with analysis using simple linear regression. The results showed Y = 14.820 + 1.035 and the t test showed that t arithmetic> from t table (18,471> 1,98552) this meant that Quality of Service had a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Pekanbaru Branch. The influence of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction is 78.4% while the remaining 21.6% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract : This research was conducted at CV. Plaza Meubel Masrum Pekanbaru, which is engaged in selling teak, which is located at Jalan HR.Soebrantas KM 9 No 175 Panam Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership on Employee Motivation at CV. Plaza Meubel Masrum Pekanbaru. The population in this study were 30 employees. In this study, sampling using the Census Sampling technique, amounting to 30 employees. The data used are primary and secondary data with analysis using simple linear regression. The results showed Y = 7,015 + 1,039X and the t test showed that t count> t table (10,178> 2,04841) this means that leadership has a significant effect on employee motivation at CV. Plaza Meubel Masrum Pekanbaru. The level of influence of leadership on motivation is 78.7% while the remaining 21.3% is influenced by other variables. Â

Abstract : This research was conducted at Pekanbaru Photo Supply Terminal. This research was conducted proposal seminar. The population of this research is a customer in 2019 amounting to 68 people. Because the population is small, all populations are sampled or called total sampling techniques. So the sample in this study was 68 customers of Pekanbaru Photo Supply Terminal. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive quantitative method. Based on the results of data processing obtained that hypothesis testingwith t test there is a t count of 8.134meanst calculate = 8.134 >ttable= 1.66827 which means there is a significant influence between relationshipmarketing variableson Costumer Loyalty Terminal Photo Supply Pekanbaru. And based on linear regression equation there is a significant influence between RelationshipMarketing variableson Costumer Loyalty Terminal Photo Supply Pekanbaru. indicated by the determinant coefficient (R Square) value of 0.501 this means that relationshipmarketing's influenceon Costumer Loyalty is 50.1% while the rest is (100% - 50.1 = 49.9 %) influenced by other variables outside of this RelationshipMarketing variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions for women's shoes with the Rohde brand at PT. Mahkota Jaya Sentosa Matahari Mall SKA Branch. By using a sample of 98 people. In this research, the writer uses incidental sampling research method using the SPSS method. From the results obtained, the variable tcount of brand image is 5.484 and the value of ttable is 1.66088. so that tcount>ttable (5.484 > 1.66088) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be said that the brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In testing the coefficient of determination (R2), the value of R =0.582 means that the relationship between the independent variables on the purchasing decision variable is 23.9%, meaning a close relationship. The value of R square = 0.239 means that the influence of the independent variable (brand image) on the specified variable (purchase decision) is 23.9% and the remaining 76.1% is influenced by other variables that are not careful. Finallyfrom this study it can be said that the image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, so it is suggested to PT. Mahkota Jaya Sentosa Matahari Mall SKA Branch can improve brand image so that consumer purchasing decisions are even better to achieve company goals
