Abstract

Research in this internship program was carried out to find out the company's work activities resulting in a fairly large turnover and the process of recording financial reports in companies engaged in advertising and stamp making services in Surabaya. The performance of the sales and marketing team as well as the management team has an important role in the process of recording financial reports and the expected stability of turnover. Recording financial reports must involve all necessary activities and aims to serve as an information medium for management to plan and control and report on the company's conditions and operations. Companies need financial reports to evaluate financial performance for stakeholders who need this information. The more balanced the relationship between individual and group performance, the better the value of the company's performance. This business process which operates in the field of advertising and stamp making services in the current era is very popular and is needed by corporate agencies and individuals to introduce their business to the public. Forms in this advertising creation service can include neon boxes, embossed letters, banners and stamps. The management system plays a very important role in this advertising business.

Abstract

Conflict is an inseparable part of human life, including in organizations within companies, which often arises in various conditions. Conflict, although it occurs very often, requires proper understanding and handling so as not to hamper company activities. Good conflict management can not only prevent negative impacts, but also open up opportunities for introspection and improving team performance. This research examines strategies for implementing conflict management in work teams, with a focus on how company organizational leaders play an important role in managing conflict effectively. The research results show that well-managed conflict can strengthen teamwork, increase productivity, and create a more harmonious work environment. On the other hand, conflicts that are not handled well can have a negative impact on the continuity of the company. Strategies such as open communication, mediation, and approaches to decision making are very effective in work team conflict management

Abstract

Along with the excellent development of Indonesia's fashion industry, business competition is currently heating up. Concurrently, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) are expanding at a rapid pace, particularly in Surabaya. In order to thrive in today's cutthroat business environment, it is crucial to devise strategies for business development. One of the fashion-related businesses in Surabaya that sells hijab items is Cuties Hijab. Cuties Hijab product sales continue to be highly unpredictable and have even been known to fall as the company has progressed. The company's stagnating position and low product sales are the consequence of multiple challenges, including insufficient human resources and weak product promotion. This situation provides context for why this study is important; its goal is to analyze internal and external issues affecting Cuties Hijab in order to formulate an appropriate strategy for the company's future growth. Qualitative descriptive research is employed. Primary data comes from in-depth interviews, while secondary data comes from a variety of sources like books, records, and the internet. The IFE Matrix, QSPM, IE, SWOT, and IFE are the analytical tools that are utilized. According to the findings from the strategy analysis conducted at the decision-making stage, the market penetration strategy is the best course of action for Cutis Hijab.

Abstract

LokaFood, one of the culinary businesses, needs to implement a marketing strategy in order to be competitive. The purpose of this study aims are to identify the internal and external factors in LokaFood and to determine the alternative strategies in LokaFood. The SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) method was used in this study. The steps of this study were identifying the internal and external factors, and then determining the matrix of IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), EFE (External Factor Evaluation), position, and SWOT. The results showed that the main strength was good quality and taste; the main weakness was promotional activities that were not optimal; the main opportunity was the increasing public interest in products of LokaFood, and the main threat was more innovative competitors. The results showed that the marketing strategy to be applied by LokaFood Enterprises was the SO (Strength-Opportunity). Alternative strategies that can be used were improving the quality of LokaFood products, expanding the franchise system, especially outside Surabaya, and increasing the intensity of attractive promotion through online delivery applications.
