Abstract

PERAN GURU AKIDAH AKHLAK DALAM PEMEBENTUKAN AKHLAK PESERTA DIDIK DI MTs NU RAUDLATUL MUALLIMIN WEDUNG TAHUN AJARAN 2022/2023 Skripsi, Semarang: Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Islam Sultan Agung Semarang. Januari 2023. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui Peran guru dalam pembentukan akhlak peserta didik Di MTs NU Raudlatul Muallimin Wedung, (2) Untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat dan pendukung guru dalam pemebntukan akhlak peserta didik di MTs NU Raudlatul Muallimin Wedung, (3) Untuk mengetahui Akhlak peserta didik di MTs NU Raudlatul Muallimin Wedung. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian kualitatif dan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data yaitu metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data pada penelitian ini merupakan kepala sekolah dan guru-guru dan beberapa peserta didik. Analisi data yang digunakan yaitu dengan cara mereduksi data yang disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif dan diverifikasi dengan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa peran guru sudah baik dan efektif dalam pembentukan akhlak peserta didik di MTs NU Raudlatul muallimin Wedung. Menurut data yang diperoleh yaitu melalui presensi kehadiran atau keterlambatan ketika kegiatan dan melalui hasil wawancara disimpulkan penerapan yang baik. Hasil data berupa presensi memperlihatkan berkurangnya pelanggaran peserta didik dan semakin tertib pada kegiatan-kegiatan yang ada di MTs NU Raudlatul Muallimin wedung. berdasarkan hasil wawancara peran guru akidah akhlak dalam pemebentukan akhlak peserta didik mencapai 95% efektif diterapkan dalam membangun akhlak peserta didik Kata Kunci: Peran guru, pembentukan akhlak, akhlak peserta didik.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of performance management in increasing company effectiveness at PT. X. In an era of increasingly tight business competition, company effectiveness is the main key to achieving long-term success. Performance management is a systematic process that aims to improve individual and team performance in an organization. The role of performance management is not only limited to measuring work results, but also includes developing a positive and results-oriented organizational culture. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a sample of 35 people from a total population of 55 PT employees. X. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation and interviews. Through the use of effective performance management, companies are not only able to identify and overcome existing problems, but can also create new opportunities for growth. Thus, performance management becomes an integral component in a company's development strategy, which in turn can contribute significantly to business effectiveness and sustainability.

Abstract

LokaFood, one of the culinary businesses, needs to implement a marketing strategy in order to be competitive. The purpose of this study aims are to identify the internal and external factors in LokaFood and to determine the alternative strategies in LokaFood. The SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) method was used in this study. The steps of this study were identifying the internal and external factors, and then determining the matrix of IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), EFE (External Factor Evaluation), position, and SWOT. The results showed that the main strength was good quality and taste; the main weakness was promotional activities that were not optimal; the main opportunity was the increasing public interest in products of LokaFood, and the main threat was more innovative competitors. The results showed that the marketing strategy to be applied by LokaFood Enterprises was the SO (Strength-Opportunity). Alternative strategies that can be used were improving the quality of LokaFood products, expanding the franchise system, especially outside Surabaya, and increasing the intensity of attractive promotion through online delivery applications.
