Abstract

Perpustakaan Modern Provinsi Lampung adalah institusi penting dalam pendidikan dan informasi yang menawarkan koleksi buku kaya dan beragam untuk masyarakat. Namun, proses manual peminjaman dan pengembalian buku seringkali rumit dan memakan waktu. Untuk mengatasi ini, penelitian ini merancang aplikasi peminjaman buku berbasis Android yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi layanan perpustakaan. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pengguna untuk mencari, memeriksa ketersediaan, memesan, memperpanjang periode pinjaman, dan mengetahui waktu pengembalian buku melalui ponsel. Menggunakan metode User Created Design (UCD), penelitian ini berfokus pada kebutuhan dan kesulitan pengguna untuk merancang aplikasi yang intuitif dan efektif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini berhasil dalam membantu pencatatan dan pengelolaan peminjaman buku, memberikan informasi yang jelas dan terstruktur, serta mempermudah pengguna dalam proses peminjaman dan pengembalian buku. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan efisiensi pelayanan di Perpustakaan Modern Lampung.

Abstract

The processed cassava industry in Indonesia plays a strategic role in supporting food security and regional economic development, yet it remains underexplored from the perspectives of economic elasticity and promotional language. This systematic literature review synthesizes recent empirical and theoretical studies on price and income elasticity and linguistic strategies in agro-food marketing. Literature searches were conducted using the Publish or Perish 8 software across Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar databases for the 2019–2025 period with the keywords “cassava industry,” “price elasticity,” “income elasticity,” “marketing discourse,” and “linguistic strategy in agro-food.” From an initial 200 articles, 43 met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed in depth. The findings reveal that the price elasticity of processed cassava products varies across market segments, influenced by product differentiation and consumer income. Promotional language employing metaphors, health claims, and cultural references enhances consumer perception and willingness to pay. This study highlights the importance of integrating economic elasticity analysis with discourse-based marketing strategies to strengthen competitiveness and sustainability in Indonesia’s processed cassava industry.

Abstract

Ornamental fish have become a popular hobby, offering beauty and tranquility to many homes. However, maintaining consistent feeding remains a challenge that often leads to malnutrition, stunted growth, and poor water quality due to overfeeding. This study aims to address these issues by developing an automatic fish feeding system integrated with Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The system employs an LDR sensor, DC motor, and NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller, enabling remote control and real-time monitoring through a mobile application connected to the Adafruit IO cloud. Using the experimental method, the system was tested for accuracy, connectivity, and feed timing performance. The results showed consistent feeding with an average delay of only three minutes, ensuring operational reliability. This research not only provides a practical solution for fish keepers but also supports digital empowerment for small-scale aquaculture businesses through the adoption of smart IoT systems.
