Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of integrative curriculum management in shaping the Muslim character of Pesantren Mahasiswa Al Hikam, Malang. This research used a qualitative approach. Data collection method was conducted by means of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis used the interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman. The results of the study found that 1) The concept of integrative curriculum management was very innovative, because it followed the times by linking academics with student life; 2) The implementation of integrative curriculum management in shaping Muslim character referred to the formulation of philosophy which was then integrated into three institutions, dirosah, learning section, santrian that handlee santri by making scientific works created by teachers and students; and 3) The implications of integrative curriculum management in shaping Muslim character could be seen in positive habits formed in pesantren, such as keeping congregational prayers, reading the Qur'an, and gaining religious knowledge that can be applied on campus. Based on formal findings, the pesantren applied a curriculum that integrated theory and practice in a comprehensive system in which Dirosah became the main teaching aspect.

Abstract

Public relations is the most important part of educational institutions, therefore the quality of management and marketing in an educational institution is one of the important factors in the quality assurance indicators of learning and education. Educational institutions have an important urgency in communicating their goals to the community. The role of public relations as a communicator, building a school image, and marketing. This article aims to describe the management of public relations in developing the marketing of IIBS Ar-Rohmah II Putri Malang boarding school. The method used in this research is qualitative with the type of case study. The data collection techniques are interviews with informants, direct presence in the field for observation, and documentation sources from various reports. The results showed that public relations management consists of public relations planning which includes planning ideas with the main elements of market identification and segmentation, targeting, and positioning. Implementation of public relations consists of coordination between the public relations team and the content creator team then implementing activities under the previous plan. Public relations evaluation consists of two phases, namely the unit evaluation phase and the central evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategies used by public relations in realising vision and mission and school image at DDI Mangkoso Junior High School. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The primary data source in this study is the Vice Principal for Public Relations. The technique used for data analysis is a direct observation in the field. The results of this study indicate that the public relations strategy in realising vision and mission and school image at DDI Mangkoso Junior High School through several effective steps, namely 1) empowering alumni, 2) delegating competitions, 3) social media content and 4) interactive communication with student guardians. The impact of the public relations strategy in realising vision and mission and school image is the significant increase in the number of new student registrants at DDI Mangkoso Junior High School in the last five years. Through the strategy and its impact, it can be seen that the existence of public relations in the school has a very important role in realizing the vision and mission and school image. This research not only contributes theoretically, but also provides an overview of how to plan and implement effective school communication strategies.

Abstract

يُعرّف التعليم الدامج على أنه: ضمان الوصول إلى التعليم للأفراد ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتنفيذ التعلم للأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة والعادية في نفس المؤسسة، مما يعني أنهم لم يعودوا مضطرين للدراسة في أماكن مختلفة، والمعلمين، ومصادر التعلم، والتعلم المرافق، بالإضافة إلى دمج التعلم للأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة والعادية في نفس المؤسسة.             يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن كيفية حصر مفاهيم وقيم واستراتيجيات التعليم الدامج في التحليل في سورة عبس 1-10. منهج البحث هذا نوعي مع نوع البحث المكتبي، مصدر البيانات الأساسي هو أربعة تفسيرات: تفسير ابن كثير، تفسير في ظلال القرآن، تفسير المصباح، وتفسير الأضحى، وتقنية جمع البيانات هي التوثيق، تقنية تحليل البيانات هي تحليل المحتوى، وتجمع بين أساليب التفسير، وتحليل اللغة، وكذلك الأساليب الاستقرائية والمقارنة والمقرنة، لذا فإن هذه الدراسة ذات طبيعة وصفية تحليلية مقارنة. تكشف نتائج هذا البحث أن مفهوم التعليم الدامج في سورة عبس 1-10 هو (1) يؤكد المفهوم على وجوب تعميم المواقف والتعليم والخدمات لكل من الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وغير المعوقين، وحظر تكوين الأحكام المسبقة ضدهم. الأجانب الذين لا يعرفون الحقيقة بعد، وجوب التحلي بالأخلاق الحميدة والنبيلة من خلال تجنب أفعال انتقاد بعضهم البعض، والسخرية من بعضهم البعض، وإطلاق الألقاب السيئة عليهم، ومساواة التنوع بأوجه القصور الموجودة. (2) تؤكد قيمة التعليم على الاتحاد في أواصر الأخوة، أي من خلال التعرف على بعضنا البعض بحيث ينمو شعور الحب والمودة والشعور بالمسؤولية والعدالة الذي يشمل قطاعات التعليم. (3) الإستراتيجية الفعالة هي وجود مدرس مرافق في كل فصل يساعد البنك الأهلي الكويتي ويستخدم أساليب المحاضرات أو السلوكيات مع التفاعل المباشر.

Abstract

Globalisasi telah meniscayakan perubahan yang kompleks dan fundamental, termasuk di dunia pendidikan. Kompetisi, rasionalisme, profesionalisme serta disiplin adalah efek globalisasi yang tak dapat diabaikan. Masyarakat yang semakin rasionalis akan mempunyai banyak pilihan dalam menentukan kepercayaanya kepada Lembaga madrasah tertentu yang menawarkan kualitas pendidikan yang bermutu. Begitu banyaknya kompetisi di dunia pendidikan, sehingga mau tidak mau harus ada perubahan dan inovasi baru yang terus menerus agar sebuah Lembaga madrasah tidak mati tergerus zaman. Solusi menghadapi hal tersebut MIN 2 Mojokerto mengimplementasi program unggulan yang menjadi sarana dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa. Tujuan penelitian pertama, mendeksripsikan dan menganalisis perencanaan program unggulan madrasah dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di MIN 2 Mojokerto. Kedua, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi program unggulan madrasah dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di MIN 2 Mojokerto. Ketiga mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi program unggulan madrasah dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di MIN 2 Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, pengecekan keabsahan temuan dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi sumber, teori, dan metode. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Bahwa: 1) Perencanaan program unggulan madrasah dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di MIN 2 Mojokerto dilakukan dengan cara menjadikan visi dan misi MIN 2 Mojokerto sebagai landasan dan menyusun program melalui rapat tahunan bersama seluruh tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan. Program unggulan madrasah yang sudah dirancang adalah program unggulan bersifat akademik dan non akademik, program unggulan bersifat relgius, dan program unggulan bersifat inovasi kurikulum. 2) Implementasi program unggulan madrasah dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di MIN 2 Mojokerto dilakukan melalui 3 jenis program: (a) Program Unggulan Berbasis akademik dan non akademik meliputi Pendampingan Kompetisi Sains Madrasah (KSM) dan Olimpiade, Kelas peminatan( tahfidz dan bahasa inggris), Pramuka, olahraga, dan PKKM (Panggung Kreatifitas Kantin MIN 2 Mojokerto), (b) Program Unggulan Bersifat Religius meliputi Madrasahku bersujud, Madrasah penyambung mimpi, Kamis berdoa, Madrasah Memancarkan Cahaya, (c) Program Unggulan Bersifat Inovasi Kurikulum meliputi MIN 2 Mojokerto di Dadaku, Salam Satu Tujuan, Green and Clean for Environment Menuju Madrasah ASRI, Pemberdayaan Paguyuban Kelas, Madrasah Bersinergi (Menjalin Kerjasama/MoU), dan Excellent Service. (3) Hasil dari Implementasi program unggulan madrasah dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di MIN 2 Mojokerto yakni: Menjadi Citra Dan Daya Saing Antar Madrasah/Sekolah Lainnya, Menghasilkan Peningkatan Prestasi Siswa Disetiap Tahunnya, Meningkatnya Jumlah Input Siswa/Siswi MIN 2 Mojokerto setiap tahunnya, Menghasilkan Lulusan Siswa/Siswi MIN 2 Mojokerto yang unggul.
