Abstract

Research analyzes the supporting factors from the internal and external aspects of employee performance, namely based on motivation, work culture and work facilities. This study uses an associative method with a type of quantitative approach, with the path analysis method. The instrument uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study, simultaneously the variables of work motivation, work culture at the Office of Education and Culture of Bireuen Regency and work facilities have proven to make a positive contribution to employee performance, which is equal to 56.1%. And partially all exogenous variables have a statistical effect on performance, namely: (a). The direct and indirect influence of work motivation on employee performance is 38.56%, (b). The direct and indirect influence of work culture on employee performance is 45.19%, (c). The direct and indirect influence of work facilities on employee performance is 42.13%.

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of intellectual capital and disclosure of corporate social responsibility on market performance and the quality of corporate governance. Case data for 2015-2021 in the IICG (Institute for Corporate Governance) assessment. This is quantitative research, with a sample of 28 data from 4 companies, using a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the research show that: Intellectual Capital has no effect on market performance. Disclosure of corporate social responsibility has no effect on market performance. The quality of corporate governance as a moderating variable weakens the relationship between intellectual capital and market performance. Abstract

The relationship between trust and quality of patient service has an impact on patient satisfaction, and this has implications for their loyalty in using and recommending the Hospital. This will be proven by this study. Using a sample of 325 outpatients, an inferential test was conducted quantitatively with path analysis. The results found that; 1) there is a direct and indirect influence of patient trust on satisfaction, through the service quality variable, of 25.13%. 2) there is a direct and indirect influence of service quality on patient satisfaction, through the patient trust variable, of 23.59%. 3) Simultaneously, patient trust and service quality affect patient satisfaction. 4) there is a direct and indirect influence of patient trust on patient loyalty, through the service quality variable, of 37.78%. 5) there is a direct and indirect influence of service quality on patient loyalty, through the patient trust variable of 25.4%. 6) The total influence of patient trust and service quality on patient loyalty, through the patient satisfaction variable, is 17.61%.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of recruitment factors, work quality and rewards on improving employee performance. The study was conducted on 75 employees of PT. Cipta Karya Aceh in Bireuen, a construction company engaged in infrastructure development and large-scale commercial projects. An associative quantitative approach was used with an analysis tool in the form of a path model. The results of the study indicate that 1) There is a causal relationship between recruitment variables, work quality and rewards with a moderate category. 2) There is a direct and indirect influence of each suspected factor, namely recruitment has an influence of 32.74% on employee performance. While work quality is 40.22% and the reward factor is very significant at 48.89%. 3) Simultaneously, the contribution of recruitment factors, work quality and rewards is 69.1% to employee performance.
