Abstract

This study aims to determine the perceptions of micro-entrepreneurs towards Bank Aceh Syariah murabahah products in Lhokseumawe City. This research was conducted using quantitative descriptive research methods. The population is all micro business actors in the city of Lhokseumawe, amounting to 1,782. The sample in this study were 178 respondents. Primary data collection was carried out using a google form questionnaire which was distributed through the WhatsApp group covering four districts. The perception of business actors towards Murabahah Bank Aceh Syariah is good. This can be seen from the behavior of business actors / respondent behavior which is influenced by the faktor of education level, most of them are undergraduate, Islamic culture factors, experience factors and percentage of profit from the original price. A stimulus from knowledge will produce a perception as a feedback from the stimulus.The results of this study found that business actors use the services of aceh sharia bank with murabahah products based on the agreed profit margin which is lower than conventional bank interest. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengentahui persepsi pelaku usaha mikro terhadap produk murabahah Bank Aceh Syariah di Kota Lhokseumawe. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah seluruh pelaku usaha mikro Kota Lhokseumawe yang berjumlah 1.782. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 178 responden. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan kuesioner google form yang disebarkan melalui group whatsapp yang meliputi empat kecamatan. Persepsi pelaku usaha terhadap Murabahah Bank Aceh Syariah adalah baik. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari perilaku pelaku usaha/ perilaku responden yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor tingkat pendidikan sebagian besar strata satu/ S1, faktor budaya islam, faktor pengalaman serta faktor persentase keuntungan dari harga asal. Stimulus dari pengetahuan akan menghasilkan persepsi sebagai umpan balik dari stimulus tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pelaku usaha menggunakan jasa bank aceh syariah dengan produk murabahah tersebut berdasarkan margin keuntungan yang disepakati lebih rendah daripada bunga bank konvensional. Kata kunci: Persepsi, Pendidikan, Pengalaman, Budaya, Murabahah.

Abstract

The problem of human resource performance, especially village/gampong apparatus in developing BUMG, is still considered not optimal and efficient, this is evident from the BUMG Meunasah Kulam business unit program in Meureudu District, Pidie Jaya Regency since its establishment in 2022 until now, the benefits have not been felt as expected. This is directly and indirectly related to the ability of the human resources of the perpetrators. BUMG Meunasah Kulam, Meurudu District, Pidie Jaya Regency was established in order to develop and empower the economy of village/gampong communities. However, the problems related to BUMG are that they have not fully synergized in developing village potential and have not supported the sustainability of community economic empowerment. Therefore, Pengabdi carries out community service to foster human resources for village apparatus who run BUMG so that they have performance, especially in organizing programs, developing BUMG business units and making transparent and accountable financial reports. And make BUMG Meunasah Kulam, Meureudu District, Pidie Jaya Regency able to develop in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the background of leadership, capacity development, and good governance in strengthening employee performance. The study was conducted at the DPR secretariat of Pidie Jaya Regency. This type of research is quantitative and uses a causality analysis method. The data analysis technique used is path analysis using SMART-PLS. The results of the analysis show (1) aspects of leadership, capacity development and good governance provide positive support for strengthening employee performance by 23.9%, 19.6% and 31.2% respectively. (2) The leadership factor through good governance contributes to improving performance by 10.8% while through capacity development it has a positive effect on strengthening performance by 14.1%. (3) aspects of capacity development through good governance have a positive impact on strengthening employee performance by 13.2% and (4) simultaneously policies, capacity development and good governance contribute to strengthening employee performance by 28%.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of Keuchik leadership on the economic empowerment of gampong communities.  This is a case study in Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency in 2022. With a quantitative approach using questionnaire instruments and analysis using regression and correlation. The research results stated; (1) the success rate of keuchik leadership is not optimal at 79.81%. And the village government's efforts to empower the community's economy have only reached 75.37%, which is in line with expectations. (2) From the regression analysis, it is proven that there is a significant influence of keuchik leadership in empowering the community's economy. From the correlation analysis, it was obtained that the geuchiek leadership variable contributed 63% to the economic empowerment of the community in Peusangan sub-district, Bireuen Regency.

Abstract

Investors often make irrational investment decisions. Decisions are often based on judgments that are far from rational assumptions. This research aims to examine the influence of experience regret, risk tolerance, illusion of control and financial literacy on investment decisions in the crypto market. Data was collected using an online media-based questionnaire instrument via Google Form involving 112 investor respondents who actively invest in cryptocurrencies. The data was processed and analyzed using the E-Views 10 software application. The types of data in this research are primary and secondary data using quantitative research methods and multiple linear regression models. The results of this research show that experience regret, risk tolerance and illusion of control do not influence investment decisions in the crypto market. Meanwhile, financial literacy influences investment decisions in the crypto market but at a significance level of 10 percent. It is very necessary to have clear regulations in the crypto market in an effort to provide protection to investors. Remember, the definition of crypto currency has different views.

Abstract

The research aims to conduct an empirical study analysis of school culture, Servant Leadership and job satisfaction on their influence on teacher performance. Survey research of 89 elementary school teachers in Sungai Mas District, West Aceh Regency. The research was carried out descriptively associative, with problem analysis using a statistical multiple regression analysis approach. Descriptive research results show: (1) teachers' perceptions of the condition of school culture that they feel and implement are good with an achievement level of 87.34%.  Also, the principal's Servant Leadership factor is generally good, and the teacher's job satisfaction achievement level is 86.49%. (2) school culture, Servant Leadership and job satisfaction provide a positive influence in improving teacher performance, with their respective influence values ​​through the regression model: Y = 29.291 + 0.466 X1 + 0.274 X2 + 0.379 X3.  (3) it is proven that school culture factors, the principal's servant leadership and job satisfaction together make a significant contribution to teacher performance, with an amount of 74.2%.

Abstract

Creativity is a very important skill for facing the challenges of the digital era, which continues to develop rapidly. In this 4.0 era, the ability to think creatively becomes increasingly important when facing rapid and complex changes. In this context, the role of teachers becomes very crucial in helping develop children's creative thinking. Innovative teachers can create a learning environment that stimulates children's creativity, thereby helping develop the creative thinking skills needed in the 4.0 era. One of the teacher innovations that can increase children's creative thinking in the 4.0 era is the application of an active and collaborative learning approach. In this approach, teachers encourage students to actively participate in the learning process through discussions, collaborative projects, or problem-based assignments. In this way, children have the opportunity to develop their critical and creative thinking skills, as well as learn to work in teams and share ideas with others. Through this active and collaborative learning approach, teachers are not only sources of knowledge but also facilitators and guides in the learning process

Abstract

This research aims to determine the differences in company financial performance as proxied by the level of profitability, liquidity and level of leverage between before and after the rights issue on the IDX. The research was carried out quantitatively using data sourced from www.idx.co.id (2023). The research results state that ROA between before and after carrying out the rights issue has a significant difference. However, there is no difference in the Current Ratio (CR) variable before and after carrying out the rights issue. Likewise, there is no difference in the Debt Equity Ratio before and after carrying out the rights issue.

Abstract

This article is a descriptive report on service activities in the form of a digital entrepreneurship training program implemented by MSME administrators in Simpang Jaya Village, Juli District, Bireuen Regency, Aceh. This training program is a service activity for Bireuen Almuslim University lecturers carried out at the Simpang Jaya Gampong Digital Community (RKDG), aimed at equipping local micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) with the skills and knowledge needed to develop in the digital economy. Training covers a wide range of topics, including website and online store creation, search engine optimization (SEO), social media management, and digital advertising strategies. Assistance is also provided in analyzing the effectiveness of the program to empower MSMEs, evaluating participants' perceptions of training output, and exploring their contribution to village economic development. The results of the evaluation, in general, activities were carried out according to the objectives, and participants felt helped, both in terms of knowledge, skills and insight into how to do digital or online entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This service activity aims to improve the understanding and ability of lecturers at STIT Al-Washliyah Aceh Tengah regarding the preparation of research proposals and community service based on Grants. the participants involved in this service activity are lecturers and education staff at STIT Al-Washliyah Aceh Tengah. The stages carried out in this service consist of two stages, namely the delivery of material and the practice of preparing proposals. The material presented is a strategy for preparing research proposals and community service in higher education, using the lecture method and proposal review. The result of this service is an increase in the understanding and ability of lecturers and education staff regarding the preparation of proposals. The results of this service can be used as input for lecturers and education staff to improve the professionalism and competence of lecturers in teaching and careers.
