Abstract

Environmental and technological changes are unavoidable for organizations, thereby making survival dependent on the ability to adapt to the demands of these changes. This signifies a critical weakness for Galuh University, as the current lack of optimal talent management leads to a deficit in skills. Talent management has not been integrated with operational personnel activities in the procurement, placement, development, and retention of human resources (HR) resulting in inadequate skills among lecturers and education staff. Therefore, this study aims to elucidate talent management performed by Galuh University in response to environmental changes. A qualitative method was used in analyzing the actual condition of the university. Participants constituted top management of Galuh University who provided information about talent attraction, development, and retention. The results signified that talent management at Galuh University lacked proper planning, and no talent pool was available. Failure to keep pace with these changes threatens the university’s survival. HR should be optimized to anticipate environmental changes. Highly skilled personnel serve as an essential potential for organization capable of coping with environmental changes. Consequently, Galuh University is expected to execute talent management optimally.

Abstract

Creative Economy (Ekraf) is one of the sectors that is expected to be able to become a new, sustainable force in the national economy and emphasizes adding value to a product or service through human thinking and creativity. Craft products are the sub-sector that is included in the three largest contributors to National Gross Domestic Product in Indonesia. Likewise in Ciamis Regency, this sub-sector is the second leading sub-sector in increasing Original Regional Income. However, creative and creative activities in Ciamis Regency lack the ability to produce, introduce and implement new and unique crafts or products. Meanwhile, creative and creative actors really need innovative behavior to increase business success and survive in tight business competition in the era of a dynamic business world. The aim of this research is to determine the determination of self-efficacy, knowledge sharing and organizational climate towards increasing innovative behavior as well as the role of the Creative Economy Community in increasing innovative behavior in the craft sub-sector in Ciamis Regency. The method used is a mixed method with an explanatory sequential research design. The research results provide an illustration that self-efficacy, knowledge sharing and organizational climate, both partially and simultaneously, have an influence in increasing innovative behavior. The variable that most influences innovative behavior is organizational climate. Qualitatively, the Creative Economy Community (Komenkraf) in the Crafts Sub-Sector in Ciamis Regency has an important role in optimizing self-efficacy, sharing knowledge and organizational climate as an effort to increase the innovative behavior of creative economy actors in the crafts sub-sector in Ciamis Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Price Discount dan Bonus Pack terhadap Impulse Buying pada konsumen Toko Indomaret Kawali. Fokus penelitian diarahkan untuk memahami sejauh mana strategi promosi berupa potongan harga dan paket bonus mampu mendorong perilaku pembelian impulsif di lingkungan ritel modern. Metode penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen Indomaret Kawali, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji korelasi sederhana dan berganda, analisis regresi linier, uji koefisien determinasi, serta uji t dan F, dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 27.0. Hasil dan pembahasan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Price Discount berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying. Demikian pula, Bonus Pack juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku pembelian impulsif, dengan Bonus Pack menjadi faktor yang paling dominan memengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk membeli secara spontan. Implikasi: Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pihak manajemen Indomaret Kawali perlu mengoptimalkan strategi promosi dengan mengombinasikan potongan harga dan paket bonus secara efektif guna meningkatkan pembelian impulsif konsumen dan memperkuat daya saing toko di pasar ritel.

Abstract

UMKM adalah usaha produktif yang dimiliki perorangan maupun badan usaha yang telah memenuhi kriteria sebagai usaha mikro. Perkembangan dan kontribusi sektor UMKM tidak terlepas dari semakin bertumbuhnya wirausaha-wirausaha baru di masyarakat ditambah dahsyatnya arus globalisasi. Saat ini, pelaku UMKM dituntut untuk dapat mengelola keuangan dan Sumber Daya Manusia dengan baik. Namun demikian, kurangnya kesadaran dan literasi mengenai kedua hal tersebut mengakibatkan pengelolaan keuangan dan sumber daya manusia pada UMKM belum berjalan optimal. Begitupun halnya dengan pelaku UMKM yang ada di Desa Jelat Kecamatan Baregbeg Kabupaten Ciamis.  Dengan menggunakan pendekatan ceramah dari 3 (tiga) orang narasumber, kegiatan sosialisasi mengenai pengelolaan keuangan dan sumber daya manusia diadakan di Desa Jelat dengan harapan para pelaku UMKM menjadi wirausaha yang mandiri dan handal. Kerangka dasar dalam pengelolaan keuangan di UMKM yaitu dimulai dari kegiatan: perencanaan, pencatatan, pelaporan, dan pengendalian. Sedangkan, langkah-langkah pengelolaan SDM di UMKM meliputi: membuat struktur organisasi, merekrut karyawan dengan selektif, menempatkan karyawan, menetapkan Standar Operasional Prosedur, menetapkan kebijakan gaji yang sesuai, mengadakan pelatihan, membangun keterlibatan kerja, serta mengadakan evaluasi. Mengelola keuangan dan SDM bagi UMKM merupakan sebuah keterampilan yang harus dimiliki oleh para pelaku UMKM demi mencapai kemandirian usaha.
